随着故障预测与健康管理系统研究的不断深入,如何对机载故障预测与健康管理系统进行验证和评估是一个较为棘手的问题。首先,在分析故障预测与健康管理系统设计过程的基础上,指出了存在的突出问题;其次,结合实例给出了3种验证方法,通过比较分析,构建了一种机载燃油管理系统半实物仿真平台;再次,对故障预测与健康管理的性能评价指标进行了分类,并给出了相应的应用范围;最后讨论了故障预测与健康管理有关的标准体系,指出构建故障预测与健康管理标准体系是未来的发展方向。  相似文献

针对故障预测与健康管理(PHM)的复杂性,对融合技术进行了深入的分析和研究,提出了一种基于神经网络的特征融合方法,融合结果最大限度的给出决策分析所需要的特征信息,提高了故障诊断的可靠性;在预测方法上,提出了一种基于故障预兆监控与推理和失效物理(PoF)模型方法相融合的预测方法,充分利用了每种预测方法的优势,故障预兆监控与推理的方法能够提供故障诊断功能,而失效物理(PoF)模型的方法则有助于确定故障根源,融合预测方法能更加及时准确的预测故障;融合技术丰富了PHM的理论体系,提高了其实用价值。  相似文献

针对现有飞机维修机制的不足进行了分析,描述了故障预测与健康管理、视情维修和自主后勤的三者之间的关系。提出了三种典型的故障预测与健康管理(PHM)应用模式,在分析比较现有三种模式优劣的基础上,进一步指出PHM的发展趋势。设计了一种飞机故障预测与健康管理(PHM)系统框架,并运用物联网技术完成了对自主保障系统的构建,能够有效提升飞机的自主保障能力。最后论证了故障预测与健康管理和持续采办与全寿命支持(CALS)之间的关系,为装备采购和全寿命支持提供了技术支持和理论依据。  相似文献

在电力信息系统中,中间件的运维工作需要从传统的事后排查提升为故障预判和智能预警,面向电力中间件的故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术成为当前迫切需要研究的课题;分析和利用PHM技术的数据处理流程,突破性将该技术应用于智能化运维管理平台的中间件集群管理;以灰色状态下的马尔科夫预测模型为核心预测算法,结合时间切片管理和动态置信阈值技术,设计并实现了面向中间件集群管理的故障预警模型;以湖北省电力公司构建的智能化运维管理平台上的实施应用为实例,该方法实现对中间件故障准确预警,并大大降低了虚警率;实验结果证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

Assuring the quality of an expert system is critical. A poor quality system may make costly errors resulting in considerable damage to the user or owner of the system, such as financial loss or human suffering. Hence verification and validation, methods and techniques aimed at ensuring quality, are fundamentally important. This paper surveys the issues, methods and techniques for verifying and validating expert systems. Approaches to defining the quality of a system are discussed, drawing upon work in both computing and the model building disciplines, which leads to definitions of verification and validation and the associated concepts of credibility, assessment and evaluation. An approach to verification based upon the detection of anomalies is presented, and related to the concepts of consistency, completeness, correctness and redundancy. Automated tools for expert system verification are reviewed. Considerable attention is then given to the issues in structuring the validation process, particularly the establishment of the criteria by which the system is judged, the need to maintain objectivity, and the concept of reliability. This is followed by a review of validation methods for validating both the components of a system and the system as a whole, and includes examples of some useful statistical methods. Management of the verification and validation process is then considered, and it is seen that the location of methods for verification and validation in the development life-cycle is of prime importance.  相似文献

仿真模型验证是仿真可信性研究的重要组成部分,有着极其重要的意义。模型验证就是比较仿真系统输出和实际系统输出的一致性,分为静态性能验证和动态性能验证。该文在分析研究各种仿真模型验证方法的基础上,主要采用工程上常用的bayes方法和窗谱分析法对某型导弹系统仿真模型进行了定量验证,最后给出结论并讨论了这两种方法的局限性。  相似文献

Complex systems, such as power plants and commercial aircraft, are designed to operate safely under normal and disturbance conditions. Integrated-system validation is one means to evaluate whether safety and productivity goals can be achieved prior to actual operation. While some types of systems can be tested in an actual operational environment, validation is especially difficult when safety or economic considerations preclude testing in the disturbance conditions they are designed to handle. This paper proposes a conceptual model for integrated-system validation based on an integration of current approaches to design validation and concepts adopted from quasi-experimental research methodology. The model identifies important validation principles and the methodological considerations needed to support a logical and defensible inference to be made from validation tests to system performance under actual operating conditions. Central to the model are four general forms of validity: system representation, performance representation, test design and statistical conclusion validity. Threats to the inference process and weakness of the model are also discussed.  相似文献

In traditional research, the validation of simulation models is mainly based on statistical analysis and simulation error evaluating. As simulation models become more and more complex, simulation behavior is more complicated and heavily dependent on simulation conditions, traditional method cannot be applied directly. On the other hand, measured data needed for traditional methods cannot always be available. What’s more, the validation of complex models is usually costly and time-consuming.This research makes effort to settle the problems above. It provides three aspects of advantage for model validation. First, complicated simulation behavior is abstracted and classified as five categories, among which behavior relationship and aggregative behavior is unique for complex simulation models. And the analysis and validation method of each kind of behavior is proposed. Second, besides measured data of real system, it proposed to utilize experience of expert and other kind of domain knowledge for validation task. And third, the simulation analysis and validation method proposed can be implemented in knowledge system and accomplish validation task automatically.Simulation output analysis is the most important step in model validation. Besides classical continuous dynamic fitting and statistical consistency analysis methods, we propose a domain knowledge-based method for the validation of relationship among behavior segments and aggregative behavior which is unique for complex simulation models. Domain knowledge takes the role of reference in model validation, and it varies from measured data of real system to qualitative experience of experts. Knowledge-based system is implemented based on domain knowledge and validation techniques proposed.Validation of electromagnetic rail gun simulation models are introduced as an example. It has been found that this method can provides an automatic validation way for complex simulation models, and validation tasks can be accomplished efficiently.  相似文献

雷达信号模型是雷达系统仿真的重要组成部分,因此雷达信号模型验证在系统可信性分析中具有重要意义。采用经典谱估计和最大熵谱估计两种方法对仿真产生的两组雷达信号进行谱估计,提出了利用相关系数方法在频域对模型进行验证,对比分析了两种方法的优缺点,并对某雷达仿真系统与某次试验采集得到的数据进行了验证,表明此雷达仿真系统具有较高的可信度。  相似文献

Formal validation is a powerful technique for automatically checking that a collection of communicating processes is free from concurrency-related errors. Although validation tools invariably find subtle errors that were missed during thorough simulation and testing, the brute-force search they perform can result in excessive memory usage and extremely long running times. Recently, a number of researchers have been investigating techniques known as partial-order methods that can significantly reduce the computational resources needed for formal validation by avoiding redundant exploration of execution scenarios. This paper investigates the behavior of partial-order methods in an industrial setting. We describe the design of a partial-order algorithm or a formal validation tool that has been used on several projects that are developing software for the Lucent Technologies 5ESS/sup (R/) telephone switching system. 输入验证型漏洞在Web安全领域颇受重视,但其在安卓安全研究领域却在很大程度上被忽视。我们发现由于安卓系统中独特的框架层设计,安卓设备需要对系统服务(System Service)进行具体的输入验证分析。本文工作对安卓系统中的输入验证型漏洞进行了分析,1)我们分析了系统服务的攻击面,介绍了目前系统服务中的输入验证的实现情况;2)我们开发了一个漏洞扫描器,通过向系统服务发送带有畸形参数的请求对其进行模糊测试。在对安卓系统中90多个服务和1900多个函数进行综合的分析后,我们发现了16个系统服务漏洞。最后,我们把这些漏洞报告给谷歌并得到了谷歌的确认。  相似文献
