设计了一套基于Web技术的用于公安绩效考核的信息系统,系统采用ASP技术和B/S体系架构。该系统可以将评估考核和管理监督紧密地结合起来,全方位地向公安部门提供高效、优质、规范、透明、公平的绩效评估考核体系。系统基本满足了公安系统进行绩效目标考核工作的需求,并对逐步建立较为科学民主的绩效考核和奖惩机制起到了一定的推动作用。  相似文献

针对当前学生评估数据利用单一、主观、操作性要求高等缺点,提出了一种基于单点和过程的分析方法。通过结合聚类与决策树,挖掘学生共有特征和隐含规律,量化学生现状和成长过程。编程实现该分析过程,降低操作难度。以真实数据进行实验,证明了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

如何培养计算思维已成为高等教育的一个热门课题。文章提出一种阶梯型的培养体系,该培养体系从低到高大致划分为知识、能力和思维三个递进层次;基于该阶梯型培养体系,以计算机专业计算机导论课程为例,分析计算思维的组成和在课程每章节的体现,据此设计和改进课程教学、实验内容和课程结束后的测试环节了;根据测试结果我们评估了大学本科计算机专业学生计算思维培养的效果,统计结果表明一门好的课程内容设计和时间能够提升学生理解、体会和应用计算思维的水平。  相似文献

针对目前电力行业对于安全防护较弱、可控性较低的桌面终端、操作终端没有能够反映电力行业信息安全终端特征的评估方法,论文根据电力行业信息系统安全要求,以及桌面终端、操作终端所面临的安全威胁,提出一种融入CVSS的信息安全终端安全评估模型,对安全评估体系和评分标准进行了研究和探讨。该模型能够满足电力行业桌面终端安全评估的需求和目标,包括详细的评估项目以及可量化的评价体系;最后在该评估模型的基础上实现了对电力行业信息安全终端进行自动化安全评估的工具。  相似文献

针对海产品安全评估体系中大量的、冗余的评估指标问题,提出了一种新的混合信息粒度的属性不重要性算法。该算法首先从理论上分析了属性不重要性的可行性,提出了属性不重要性公式,然后为了减少算法的时间复杂度,任意求出算法的一个核属性,最后,通过比较其他属性的属性不重要性值,选择属性不重要性值小的属性,确定最佳的约简属性集。通过具体实例分析和实验结果,表明该属性约简算法可以应用到海产品安全评估体系中。  相似文献

研究卫星星座性能评估体系的设计方法。针对星座设计过程中对星座系统配置方案进行评估和论证的重要性,根据卫星星座性能评估指标体系的设计原则,首先采用层次分析法,构建卫星星座性能评估体系层次结构模型。其次,设计一套完备的星座性能评估体系,并着重设计动态能力评估指标及其定义方法,分析星座在轨运行稳定性能。最后,通过一个具体的应用实例介绍了该设计实现的软件系统的各功能模块,分析论证了所提评估体系的完备性、合理性、科学性和实用性。为卫星系统的顶层设计和方案论证提供可靠的决策依据,以进一步提高所设计星座的性能和效益。  相似文献

研究生奖助学金评价体系的建立是我国高校研究生培养机制改革中的重要问题。通过对研究生奖助学金评选信息相关属性的数据分析,构建了研究生奖学金评价体系数据集,并采用基于信息增益的C4.5决策树分类算法进行数据挖掘。通过具体实例研究发现了研究生奖助学金评选中的一些有趣模式,对建立有效的研究生资助机制,为培养机制改革提供科学的决策支持起到了一定的促进作用。  相似文献

In this paper an evaluation method for assessing the effectiveness, accuracy and validity of a student model was presented. Our method is called PeRSIVA and is a combination of the well-known evaluation method of Kirkpatrick and the layered evaluation framework. These well-known and commonly used evaluation techniques have been selected in order to design an accurate and correct evaluation methodology, since there are no clear guidelines in the literature for the evaluation of the student model of an adaptive tutoring system. Furthermore, PeRSIVA method was used to evaluate the hybrid student model, which combines an overlay model with stereotypes and fuzzy logic techniques, of an e-learning system. Particularly, PeRSIVA assesses the results of student modeling in students' satisfaction, performance, progress, behavior and state, as well as the validity of the conclusions drawn by the student model and the validity of the adaptation decision making. The e-learning system was used by the students of a postgraduate program in the field of informatics in the University of Piraeus and the evaluation results demonstrated learning improvements in students and adaptation success to students' needs.  相似文献

In recent years, solutions based on Internet of Things (IoT) are gaining impetus in educational institutions. It is observed that student performance evaluation system in education institutions is still manual. The performance score of student in traditional evaluation system is confined to its academic achievements while activity-based performance attributes are overlooked. Moreover, the traditional system fails to capitalise information of each student related to different activities in learning environment. In relation to this context, we propose to facilitate automated student performance evaluation system by exploring ubiquitous sensing capabilities of IoT. The system deduces important results about the performance of the students by discovering daily spatial–temporal patterns. These patterns are based on the data collected by the sensory nodes (objects) in the institution learning environment. The information is generated by applying data mining algorithms for each concerned activity. The automated decisions are taken by management authority for each student using game theory. In addition, to effectively manage IoT-based activity data, tensor-based storage mechanism is proposed. The experimental evaluation compares the student performance score generated by the proposed system with the manual student performance evaluation system. The results depict that the proposed system evaluates the performance of the student efficiently.  相似文献

This paper presents the design, implementation, and evaluation of a student model in DEPTHS (Design Pattern Teaching Help System), an intelligent tutoring system for learning software design patterns. There are many approaches and technologies for student modeling, but choosing the right one depends on intended functionalities of an intelligent system that the student model is going to be used in. Those functionalities often determine the kinds of information that the student model should contain. The student model used in DEPTHS is a result of combining two widely known modeling approaches, namely, stereotype and overlay modeling. The model is domain independent and can be easily applied in other learning domains as well. To keep student model update during the learning process, DEPTHS makes use of a knowledge assessment method based on fuzzy rules (i.e., a combination of production rules and fuzzy logics). The evaluation of DEPTHS performed with the aim of assessing the system’s overall effectiveness and the accuracy of its student model, indicated several advantages of the DEPTHS system over the traditional approach to learning design patterns, and encouraged us to move on further with this research.  相似文献

A series of interactive videodisc patient simulations is being used to teach clinical problem-solving skills, including diagnosis and management, to dental students. This series is called Oral Disease Simulations for Diagnosis and Management (ODSDM). A computer management system has been developed in response to the following needs. First, the sequence in which students perform simulations is critical. Second, maintaining records of completed simulations and student performance on each simulation is a time-consuming task for faculty. Third, the simulations require ongoing evaluation to ensure high quality instruction. The primary objective of the management system is to ensure that each student masters diagnosis. Mastery must be obtained at a specific level before advancing to the next level. The management system does this by individualizing the sequence of the simulations to adapt to the needs of each student. The management system generates reports which provide information about students or the simulations. Student reports contain demographic and performance information. System reports include information about individual patient simulations and act as a quality control mechanism for the simulations.  相似文献

In this paper, we evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of the student model of a web-based educational environment for teaching computer programming. Our student model represents the learner’s knowledge through an overlay model and uses a fuzzy logic technique in order to define and update the student’s knowledge level of each domain concept, each time that s/he interacts with the e-learning system. Evaluation of the student model of an Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) is an aspect for which there are not clear guidelines to be provided by literature. Therefore, we choose to use two well-known evaluation methods for the evaluation of our fuzzy student model, in order to design an accurate and correct evaluation methodology. These evaluation models are: the Kirkpatrick’s model and the layered evaluation method. Our system was used by the students of a postgraduate program in the field of Informatics in the University of Piraeus, in order to learn how to program in the programming language C. In this paper we present a web-based innovative education tool designed for automating the collection, evaluation and error detection in practical exercises assigned to computer programming and control engineering students. By using a student/instructor code-fusion architecture, the conceptual limits of multiple-choice tests are overcome by far. The proposed system is also able to individually parameterize the exercises for each student and allows an instructor to implement innovative self-learning techniques in which student can obtain a measure of their knowledge continuously along the whole course length. The proposed automatic evaluation system has been applied to several control engineering courses at the University of Seville and the results several case studies are presented here.  相似文献
