针对水电机组振动监测与故障诊断的多样性和复杂性,运用PXI总线仪器和LabVIEW可视化的虚拟仪器系统开发平台,设计并组建网络化水电机组在线振动监测和故障诊断系统.该系统实现了水电机组振动信号的数据采集、数据处理和分析,并能通过网络进行故障诊断.实际应用证明这种基于虚拟仪器技术的网络化水电机组在线振动监测和故障诊断系统具有很强的灵活性和可扩展性.  相似文献

LabVIEW是当今虚拟仪器开发最流行的一种图形化编程语言。结合机床振动信号的特点,以LabVIEW 8.5为开发平台,设计了机床振动信号的分析系统。系统由硬件和测试分析软件两大部分组成。软件作为虚拟仪器的核心,由控制底层硬件管理模块与分析功能模块组成,完成虚拟仪器特定的逻辑分析处理过程。信号经过LabVIEW处理后实现了频域、时域分析、相位分析、谱分析、相关性分析等多种功能。相对传统测试方法,本测试系统的灵活性显著增加,测试费用、能耗大大降低。实践证明本系统的测试效果良好。  相似文献

在对振动信号研究的基础上,采用现代计算机测量与控制技术开发了一种新型的振动信号监测系统;硬件以嵌入式微控制器LPC1768作为核心控制芯片,配合891-2型测振仪完成振动信号的采集和传输;软件采用LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术设计完成,实现了振动信号的时域分析、频域分析以及实时显示等功能;系统采用USB2.0总线实现数据传输,有效提高了传输速度,方便现场工作;试验测试表明,系统性能稳定,传输速度快,采集精度高,可适用于各种振动信号的工程监测,具有一定的实用和推广价值。  相似文献

The seats may significantly reduce the exposures levels transmitted to the driver, but the European Directive 2002/44/EC (2002) requires only tests on the damping seat capacity along the vertical direction, whereas nothing is required for the longitudinal and transversal directions.Field tests were carried out using a 93 kW tractor to verify the vibrational comfort values given by seat with pneumatic suspension. The tests were executed with the tractor running on different surfaces, at two different forward speed and tire pressures and with different tractor masses. Three repetition were carried out for each configuration. Accelerations were always measured on both the seat and the cabin platform and the calculations were done using the ISO 2631 standard suggestions. The vibration total values and the acceleration transmissibility along the 3 perpendicular axes were calculated and analysed.Despite different boundary conditions (surface, tire pressure, forward speed and tractor mass distribution), along the Z axis the transmissibility was constantly around 0.7, to confirm that the seat worked well to damp the vertical exposures. Different were the situations for the X and the Y axes. Excluding the asphalt, on the other crossed surfaces high transmissibility values were observed (never less than 1), especially along the X axis.Relevance to industry. This paper describes the vibration transmissibility of an agricultural tractor seat. Tests were carried out with the tractor running on different surfaces and with different configurations. The seat transmissibility along the three orthogonal directions was acquired.Results suggest that the tractor manufacturer should consider, during the machine design, also the rolling and pitching movements, because the seat accelerations along the X and Y axes are influenced by them. The seat manufacturer could reduce the rolling and pitching effects using specific suspension systems along the horizontal and lateral directions.  相似文献

In this study, we analyzed the phenomenon of reduced attention for 11 subjects using a 6-degree-of-freedom synthetic vibration platform to simulate the vibration from terrain driving. Military vehicles are mainly used in terrain conditions, and drivers are exposed to whole-body vibrations for long periods of time. Drivers not only have trouble with comfort and health, they also suffer decreased attention. This decrease has a negative effect on driving. The vibration signal of a military vehicle on terrain is simulated using a synthetic vibration platform. Eleven subjects experienced these synthesized field-terrain vibrations while on the vibration platform performing a variety of perceptual and cognitive attention tests. The attention tests were divided into perceptual and cognitive, and the decrease in attention caused by vibration exposure and the exposure time was analyzed. From the results, automatic perceptual attention was not affected by vibration exposure. When the complexity of cognitive processing was increased during the attention test, the effects of vibration exposure became significant. The decrease in certain attention mechanisms was found when drivers were exposed to whole-body vibrations. Thus, it is expected that drivers are adversely affected when performing missions. We analyze the correlation between vibration exposure and attention decrease in this study, and the ability of the military vehicle driver to perform his mission can be predicted.  相似文献

A field study was conducted to investigate how the discomfort caused by the vibration of an agricultural tractor can be predicted from objective measurements of the vibration in the cabin. Eleven professional drivers judged the vibration discomfort produced by four different tractors on sixteen different test runs. At the same time, for all the tests, the multi-axis vibration in the cabin was measured on the floor, the seat pan and the seat backrest. For each of the 704 tests carried out, the discomfort caused by the vibration was predicted from the measured vibration in the cabin using a total of twenty different analysis procedures. The relative merits of the different prediction procedures were investigated by comparing, on an individual basis for each driver/tractor combination, the statistical significance of the correlations between the subjective judgements and the predicted values. There was considerable variability in the drivers' subjective responses, but it was concluded that, overall, the best procedure for predicting the vibration discomfort in an agricultural tractor is that recommended by ISO 2631 (International Organization for Standardization 1978), using the frequency weighted rms values of the vibration (0·5–20?Hz) measured on the seat pan in the three orthogonal directions, and taking the square-root-of-the-sum-of-the-squares of the values in order to combine the directions as recommended in Amendment 1 to ISO 2631 (International Organization for Standardization 1982).  相似文献

This paper presents a systematic design approach, which is the result of years of research effort, to ergonomic re-design of rivet tools, i.e. rivet hammers and bucking bars. The investigation was carried out using both ergonomic approach and mechanical analysis of the rivet tools dynamic behavior. The optimal mechanical design parameters of the re-designed rivet tools were determined by Taguchi method. Two ergonomically re-designed rivet tools with vibration damping/isolation mechanisms were tested against two conventional rivet tools in both laboratory and field tests. Vibration characteristics of both types of tools were measured by laboratory tests using a custom-made test fixture. The subjective field evaluations of the tools were performed by six experienced riveters at an aircraft repair shop. Results indicate that the isolation spring and polymer damper are very effective in reducing the overall level of vibration under both unweighted and weighted acceleration conditions. The mass of the dolly head and the housing played a significant role in the vibration absorption of the bucking bars. Another important result was that the duct iron has better vibration reducing capability compared to steel and aluminum for bucking bars. Mathematical simulation results were also consistent with the experimental results. Overall conclusion obtained from the study was that by applying the design principles of ergonomics and by adding vibration damping/isolation mechanisms to the rivet tools, the vibration level can significantly be reduced and the tools become safer and user friendly. Preciseness and finished surface quality are the significant factors of final products, especially in a number of drilling processes. Burr is usually considered a negative outcome in assembly procedures. One way to reduce or remove burr and improve surface roughness in metal cutting is to employ ultrasonic vibration in the drilling process. In this paper, the effects of ultrasonic vibration on burr size reduction, drilling force and surface roughness with two different vibration systems are investigated. To this end, two vibration structures were built, one to excite the workpiece (the workpiece vibration system) and the other to vibrate the tool (the tool vibration system). Besides, the effects of amplitude, feed rate, cutting speed, and SiC particle content on the drilling process of Al/SiCp metal matrix composites are studied. In all tests TiN-coated HSS drill tools with a diameter of 5 mm were utilized for drilling. Based on the attained results, it was demonstrated that suitable ultrasonic vibration reduced burr height, drilling force and surface roughness more so than conventional drilling. Meanwhile, in the workpiece vibration system, enhanced surface roughness and higher drilling force were obtained as compared to the tool vibration system.  相似文献

A growing issue in the area of vehicular ride comfort is that of child safety seats. Postural, thermal and vibrational comfort considerations are finding their way into child seat design. This paper makes some observations regarding the current state of child safety seat design, then goes on to present the results of vibration tests performed over two road surfaces using two child seats and two children. The vibration levels measured at the interfaces between the children and their seats were found to be higher than the vibration levels between the driver and the driver's seat. Calculated power spectral densities and acceleration transmissibility functions showed that the vibration transmission characteristics of the coupled system consisting of the automobile seat, child seat and child were different from those of the driver/seat system. Whereas, automobile seats normally reduce vibrational disturbances at most frequencies, the child seats tested amplified vibration at most frequencies up to 60 Hz.  相似文献

The portable petrol driven grass trimmer is identified as a type of machine whose operator can be subjected to large magnitude of hand-arm vibration. These vibrations can cause complex vascular, neurological and musculoskeletal disorder, collectively named as hand-arm vibration syndrome. The vibration total level on the handle of grass trimmer of 11.30 m/s2 was measured, and it has reached the exposure limit value of 5.0 m/s2 for daily vibration exposure A(8). New suspended handles were designed to reduce the vibration level. Three different prototype handles with rubber mounts were designed. Handles were made of different materials, and the distance of rubber mounts were varied. From the study, it was observed that not all the handles with rubber mounts were effective in reducing hand-arm vibration. The reduction of vibration depended on the handle material and distance installed between rubber mount and vibration transmissibility of handle-isolation system. Subjective ratings of perception of vibration were measured, and the results indicated that operators were not fully aware of the level of vibration. A prototype handle that is made of heavier material results in the lowest hand-arm vibration of 2.69 m/s2. The new handle has significantly reduced the vibration total value by 76% compare with the existing commercial handle.

It might be assumed that increasing the thickness of a glove would reduce the vibration transmitted to the hand. Three material samples from an anti-vibration glove were stacked to produce three thicknesses: 6.4, 12.8 and 19.2 mm. The dynamic stiffnesses of all three thicknesses, the apparent mass at the palm and the finger and the transmission of vibration to the palm and finger were measured. At frequencies from 20 to 350 Hz, the material reduced vibration at the palm but increased vibration at the finger. Increased thickness reduced vibration at the palm but increased vibration at the finger. The measured transmissibilities could be predicted from the material dynamic stiffness and the apparent mass of the palm and finger. Reducing the dynamic stiffness of glove material may increase or decrease the transmission of vibration, depending on the material, the frequency of vibration and the location of measurement (palm or finger).

Practitioner Summary: Transmission of vibration through gloves depends on the dynamic response of the hand and the dynamic stiffness of glove material, which depends on material thickness. Measuring the transmission of vibration through gloves to the palm of the hand gives a misleading indication of the transmission of vibration to the fingers.  相似文献
