对某化学研究有限公司研发楼顶层46台玻璃钢离心风机进行噪声振动治理。在噪声的传播途径上设置封闭型的隔声房,在风机排风口安装消声器,并对该隔声房和消声器进行声学设计理论计算,通过减振设计计算来确定减振器的荷载选型。减振器及隔声房、消声器设置后,噪声排放值达到《工业企业厂界噪声排放标准》中的2级要求,并通过实测数据,进一步证实噪声治理措施的有效性。  相似文献

为解决某轧钢厂房空调系统的噪声超标问题,首先在厂房内布置噪声测点进行数据测量,在噪声频谱特性分析的基础上分别采取管道及风口消声和室内吸声处理等综合噪声治理措施。方案实施后,办公室的平均噪声下降了15.6 d B(A),休息室的平均噪声下降了17.2 d B(A),均达到国家规定的噪声标准,为工业厂房空调系统的噪声治理提供了可参考的依据。  相似文献

This paper investigates a further aspect of mill noise and presents an analysis of the noise generated by a batch ball mill and of the relationships between mill noise and mill parameters. The influence of several grinding parameters such as charged material volume, ball filling ratio, and mill rotation speed on energy efficiency of fine grinding of hydrated lime and the product fineness of hydrated lime was studied experimentally using a laboratory scale ball mill. The product size and surface area of the ground samples were determined with respect to the above variables, and changes in energy input during the grinding were described in detailed. Finally, the optimum conditions for the grinding of the hydrated lime with the ball mill were obtained. The results from this study showed that the ball mill load and mill speed are the most important parameters rather than ball mill charged material volume for the fine grinding of the hydrated lime using the ball mill in terms of energy efficiency associated with external surfaces.  相似文献

火力发电厂锅炉制粉系统的主要设备之一——球磨机的运行状况优劣在一定程度上决定了电厂的经济运行状况好坏。分析了球磨机磨筒内料位的各种影响因素及影响特性,提出了料位分级理论,将料位分为非经济区、优化区与危险区三个区域,解决了数据融合测料位时无法获得大量料位样本的问题。在此基础上,提出了基于BP人工神经网络测量球磨机料位的软测量方法,对球磨机现场数据分析进一步验证了所提方法的有效性。该方法确定了球磨机最佳运行工况的范围,为实现球磨机系统的优化运行和自动控制奠定了基础。  相似文献

Abstract

Ultrafine composite powders of W – 15 wt-%Cu, W – 25 wt-%Cu, and W – 35 wt-%Cu have been fabricated by mechanical alloying. The effects of type of mill, process control agent, temperature of milling, and ball/powder ratio on the final products have been evaluated. The results show that the planetary ball mill possesses a higher impact energy intensity than that of the vibratory ball mill. The optimum milling time is confirmed by the formation of a nanocrystalline microstructure in the planetary ball mill after optimisation of the milling parameters. A steady state between cold welding and fracture is attained with a milling time of up to 25 h in the planetary ball mill under optimised conditions. Crystallites with sizes of 7 – 8 nm for W – Cu composite powders have been obtained after 25 h of ball milling. The powders obtained after mechanical alloying have been characterised in terms of their size, shape, phase constitution, and microstructural features using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.  相似文献

为扩展球磨机、搅拌磨在物料粉磨过程中的应用,通过对比球磨机与搅拌磨的特性,分析两者在硅酸锆生产中的研磨效率,发现在磨矿过程中采用球磨机与搅拌磨分段研磨、优化组合的方式能充分发挥两种设备的优点,提高研磨效率。结果表明:使用该技术能大规模地生产出中位粒径为1μm的超细硅酸锆产品,并能显著降低磨矿能耗,节约生产成本。  相似文献

In the present study, size reduction experiments were performed on High-Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGR), ball mill and stirred mill of PGE bearing chromite ore. The performance of HPGR was evaluated in two stages of size reduction to reduce energy consumption. In the first stage of HPGR, the effect of operating variables such as the gap between the rolls, roll speed, and specific pressing force on product size (P80) and energy consumption (ECS) was investigated. The process to get the smallest product size was optimized within the experimental range of investigation. The crushed product of HPGR was subjected to grinding in the second stage in a ball mill and stirred mill. The effect of mill speed, grinding time, and ball size on the performance of the ball mill was investigated and the product was further investigated in the second stage. A comparative analysis of the ball mill and stirred mill performance and energy consumption at different grinding time intervals was also performed. It was found that the ball mill consumed 54.67 kWh/t energy to reduce the F80 feed size of 722.2 µm to P80 product size of 275.4 µm while stirred mill consumed 32.45 kWh/t of energy to produce the product size of 235.6 µm. It also showed that stirred mill produced finer product than the ball mill at around 40% lesser consumption of energy. It can be concluded that the HPGR-Stirred mill combination was a more energy-efficient grinding circuit than the HPGR-Ball mill combination for PGE bearing chromite ore.  相似文献
