针对航拍图像拼接中,因为航带中航片拼接误差积累导致拼接后期图像发生扭曲问题,本文提出一种利用捆绑调整技术削弱航片拼接过程中误差累积。该算法采用SIFT(Scale Invariant Feature Transform)进行特征点提取和匹配;结合改进的RANSAC(Random Sample Consensus)对特征点进行提纯,剔除外点;由过滤后的特征点通过最小二乘法计算图像间的单应性矩阵,在此基础上运用捆绑调整法整体优化单应性矩阵进行图像间的拼接,解决了拼接后期图像扭曲问题。最后,通过动态加权的融合方法实现图像接缝处平滑过渡。为验证该算法的有效性,选用真实无人机航拍序列图像进行拼接实验,取得良好的拼接效果。 相似文献

目的 为了复原存在平移、色彩差异、旋转、形变等问题的全景图,提出一种结合SIFT(尺度不变特征变换)和RBF神经网络的彩色全景图拼接算法。方法 通过SIFT算法匹配出两子图中对应的特征点,利用仿射变换解决图像间的旋转和形变问题,采用RBF神经网络纠正子图的色彩差异,最后利用权值矩阵融合技术实现重叠区域的融合。结果 文中算法在拼接效果上优于其他算法,其拼接效果DoEM值为0.902,图像重叠区域过度平滑,有效地避免了融合区域的亮度块或亮度线。结论 该算法效果好,可解决全景图复原过程中多方面的难题。 相似文献

针对SIFT算法在图像配准过程中存在遗漏掉大量的正确匹配对且产生误匹配对等问题,本文提出一种基于尺度、方向和距离约束的改进SIFT配准方法(SODC-SIFT).首先用SIFT算法对图像进行初匹配,利用特征点的尺度和主方向的差异剔除误匹配对;然后用最小二乘法求出两幅图像的几何关系;最后利用距离约束,迭代求解,找出正确匹配对,从而实现图像的精确配准.实验结果表明,本文方法与SIFT算法相比具有较强的鲁棒性,能够提升正确匹配对的数量并提高图像的正确匹配率,增强了算法匹配的精确性. 相似文献

针对目前SIFT算法在特征匹配过程中出现的搜索范围广、处理数据量大、速度慢的问题,提出一种基于区域分块思想的新型SIFT匹配法。首先将待匹配图像进行双边二分区域分块处理;其次采用投票机制方式选取可信匹配子块,缩小原始匹配区域空间;随后结合SIFT算法提取可信匹配子块的特征点,并进行初步匹配;最后结合双向RANSAC算法去除伪匹配点对,提高匹配的准确率。实验结果表明:基于区域分块的改进SIFT算法比标准SIFT算法具有更强的实时性和鲁棒性,在实际图像匹配中具有一定的应用价值。 相似文献

目的针对小波变换域数字水印算法抗几何攻击能力差的问题,提出一种基于SIFT特征点匹配的DWT数字水印算法。方法将SIFT算法提取匹配特征点所具有的旋转、缩放和平移不变性的特性与DWT水印算法相结合,根据SIFT特征点的尺度特征和坐标关系,实现带水印图像的几何攻击参数估计和校正。结果仿真结果表明:提出的水印算法在受到系列旋转、缩放和平移攻击及组合攻击后,提取水印的NC值均大于0.8394,说明了算法的可行性。尤其是对于抗旋转攻击,优于其他同类或相关算法。结论提出的算法对旋转、缩放、平移等3种几何攻击都具有较好的鲁棒性。 相似文献

According to the features of the inspection images for the steel rotary parts with defects, a novel image mosaic method, using Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) feature tracking with purifying feature points based on slope probability measure and RANSAC algorithm, is proposed. First, the method preprocesses the captured sequence images, and then implements projection transformation for these images. Then, the registration parameters for two adjacency images, using the SIFT algorithm and removal algorithm of the pseudo matching feature point pairs based on slope probability measure and RANSAC algorithm, can be solved to mosaic the defect inspection images of the parts with enough characteristic information. On this basis, a hardware-based method is used to perform image stitching of the measured parts. Experimental results show that the method can produce a large number of the correct matching feature point pairs, and can get a seamless, clear surface image of the parts, which will settle the foundation for automatic accurate inspection of the surface defects on metal parts. 相似文献

针对移动机器人导航过程中基于尺度不变特征变换(SIFT)算法图像匹配速度较慢,提出了基于减法聚类和特征描述符二值化的改进SIFT算法。通过减法聚类消除大量特征点中的冗余特征点,在不影响原SIFT算法稳定性的前提下有效降低了特征点数量,然后将生成的特征描述符进行二值化,依据Hash函数生成索引,以汉明距离作为度量准则。实验结果表明:与原SIFT算法相比,改进的SIFT算法中特征点数量下降30%~40%;匹配对数基本维持不变;匹配率上升6%~12%;匹配时间下降60%~70%。与基于颜色矩的改进SIFT分级图像匹配算法相比,改进的SIFT算法中特征点数量下降15%~25%;匹配对数基本维持不变;匹配率上升5%~10%;匹配时间下降45%~55%。 相似文献

基于SIFT的NSCT域抗几何攻击水印算法 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0
目的针对基于尺度不变特征变换(SIFT)的抗几何攻击图像水印算法在图像匹配时容易产生误匹配,影响提取水印的鲁棒性,提出一种改进的SIFT图像水印算法。方法先对载体图像进行两级非下采样Contourlet变换(NSCT),利用中间值量化算法把水印信息嵌入低频系数的方向子带中。图像匹配时利用广义霍夫变换删除误匹配特征点对,提高匹配精度。根据筛选后的特征点匹配对估算几何失真参数,对含水印的载体图像进行几何校正并提取水印,从而实现水印的抗几何攻击。结果实验数据表明对原始特征点匹配对进行筛选后,至少提高了6.8%的匹配精度,提取水印的NC值平均达到0.9以上。结论文中提出的改进算法不仅对几何攻击和常规信号攻击均具有较好的鲁棒性,还能保证水印的不可见性。 相似文献

Aerial imagery is important in remote sensing applications. Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has a wide range of applications in remote sensing and presents a substantial cost-effective solution when monitoring objects on the earth’s surface. Moreover, object detection and classification are important aspects of global information system, especially for remote sensing applications and power line monitoring, which are essential for the proper distribution of electricity to consumers. Manual inspection consumes much time and involves risk, especially in remote areas that host dangerous wildlife; hence, UAV-based approaches are more feasible for such monitoring. The authors propose an UAV approach that utilises a digital surface model and incorporates a stereo matching algorithm based on UAV stereo images. The proposed algorithm was based on a graph-cut (GC) algorithm that measured the disparity map. Results were compared with well-known algorithms; including, for example, global and local stereo matching algorithms. The proposed solution introduces and integrates ordering constraints along with a submodular energy minimisation function to/with the GC algorithm to enhance performance. The authors measured sensitivity and recall for all parameters against ground truth data for differently cropped images of 16 power poles. Results showed that the proposed model performed more accurately compared to extant methods. 相似文献

A challenging task that has hampered the fully automatic processing of the digital image correlation (DIC) technique is the initial guess when large deformation and rotation are present. In this paper, a robust scheme combining the concepts of a scale‐invariant feature transform (SIFT) algorithm and an improved random sample consensus (iRANSAC) algorithm is employed to conduct an automated fast initial guess for the DIC technique. The scale‐invariant feature transform algorithm can detect a certain number of matching points from two images even though the corresponding deformation and rotation are large or the images have periodic and identical patterns. After removing the wrong matches with the improved random sample consensus algorithm, the three pairs of closest and non‐collinear matching points serve for the purpose of initial guess calculation. The validity of the technique is demonstrated by both computer simulation and real experiment. 相似文献
