为给地震后救援物资支持保障中心的调度人员提供科学的运输路线调度决策方法,提高抗震救灾的能力,基于应急条件下救援物资车辆满载运输调度的时间性、风险性和费用性特征,运用旅行商理论,对上述3个决策属性分量进行数学描述,构造它们的目标函数,并进行无量纲和权重聚合处理,继而按照多属性决策理论建立用来评价备选线路决策效用函数的数学模型。利用期望效用属性合并所搜集的信息,将多属性决策问题转化成单属性决策问题,确立了选择具有最高期望效用方案的方法,最后进行了算例分析。结果表明,该模型具有一定的实用价值。 相似文献

针对传统调度算法在高危多变环境下实现多目标在线调度所面临的困境,提出基于深度强化学习的调度优化算法,并应用于大规模舰载机出动回收多目标在线调度问题中。该方法以减小舰面位移、减少会遇次数、均衡设备利用率和稳定调度周期作为调度决策目标,依照马尔可夫决策过程(MDP),构造以舰载机和各设备状态作为输入,调度行为动作作为输出,带权特征向量作为奖赏的在线调度即时决策模型。搭建用于训练的优化深度强化学习网络,改进动作选择策略和网络结构以提升性能,从而实现在线调度决策优化。实验结果表明,利用该方法得到的决策模型能够在线解决突发状况,在静态和动态调度方面,相对于启发式算法和调度规则本文方法在安全性和高效性方面具有优势。 相似文献

将CIMS体系分解为组织决策层、协调决策层和调度执行层三层决策和控制结构,在此基础上建立了具有时标分解的分层递阶关联多目标决策模型。该模型将CIMS的局部问题集成于一个模型之中,使一体化的集成决策和控制可得以实现。提出了一种分层多目标模糊规划的递阶柔性交互式算法。该模型和算法实现了一类CIMS的生产计划的制定。该模型可作为CIMS的控制与决策支持系统的框架结构。 相似文献

传统的资源受限多项目调度集中式决策方法已无法满足信息不对称环境下的多项目管理需求,分布式资源受限多项目调度问题研究的是多个自主决策者分别进行全局资源的协调分配决策与局部项目的调度优化决策。鉴于较强的实际应用背景,这类问题逐渐成为项目调度领域新的研究热点。首先,在系统介绍分布式资源受限多项目调度问题特点与模型构建的基础上,分类梳理并评述了问题求解的代表性方法;其次,总结了分布式多项目调度的相关扩展问题以及在不同领域的典型应用;最后,讨论了目前研究中存在的主要问题与未来可能的拓展研究方向。 相似文献

为了识别出适用于具有公有资源与私有资源约束的多项目调度问题的优先规则,基于标准测试集MPSPLIB进行计算实验,并基于相对偏差指标对比分析25种经典优先规则在最小化最大完工时间、最小化总拖期、最小化加权总拖期3种决策目标下的表现。实验结果表明,优先规则的表现与决策目标、单项目任务数、并行项目数、资源利用系数等因素之间具有显著相关性。在最小化总拖期目标下,尽管大多数规则的表现与现有文献总体一致,但是MAXTWK和MINSLK规则的表现有着显著差异。所得实验结论对于工程实际多项目调度决策具有指导意义。 相似文献

The formation of realistic implementable medium-range production plans requires explicit recognition of the multiple conflicting objectives of production planning. However, suggested applications of multiobjective optimization to production planning have been limited to goal programming procedures which fail to capitalize on the intrinsic flexibility of a multiobjective model. Alternatively, interactive multiobjective solution techniques could be used to allow planners to enhance decision making without excessive computational effort. This study describes an interactive multiple objective decision framework and evaluates its effectiveness via a multiobjective capacitated lot sizing model based on a real manufacturing facility. The results suggest that this approach is an effective solution strategy and useful decision aid for complex production planning problems. 相似文献

This paper analyses decision models with an uncertain set of alternatives defined by a deterministic objective function and constraints with uncertain coefficients. Here, in contrast to decisions under risk, the stochastic distribution of uncertain coefficients is not known. On the basis of an uncertain multiobjective decision model, we define efficient alternatives and formulate deterministic surrogate models. Uncertain decision models with recourse are introduced, and we present solution concepts that combine approaches from both multiobjective decision making and decision models with uncertain objective functions. These approaches are discussed in relation to stochastic and fuzzy programming and to models with linear partial information. In addition, ramifications of this particular approach are explored. 相似文献

Many industrial applications involve more than one quality characteristic. For example, in robust parameter design, the quality characteristics include the process mean and process variance. Such applications lead to multiresponse surface problems in which it is necessary to determine optimal operating conditions according to some specified optimization criterion involving the quality characteristics. The purpose of this article is to address this problem from a multiobjective decision‐making framework. The foremost approaches in multiresponse optimization are categorized and integrated. Guidelines are presented to help select appropriate formulations. Moreover, the applicability and computational aspects of the methods in various decision‐making contexts are discussed. We propose an interactive method for decision making under uncertainty, where uncertainty is related to the lack of understanding about consequences of actions. Such situations are typical, for example, in design problems, where a decision maker has to make a decision about a design at a certain moment of time even though the actual consequences of this decision can be possibly seen only many years later. To overcome the difficulty of predicting future events when no probabilities of events are available, our method utilizes groupings of objectives or scenarios to capture different types of future events. Each scenario is modeled as a multiobjective optimization problem to represent different and conflicting objectives associated with the scenarios. We utilize the interactive classification-based multiobjective optimization method NIMBUS for assessing the relative optimality of the current solution in different scenarios. This information can be utilized when considering the next step of the overall solution process. Decision making is performed by giving special attention to individual scenarios. The reliability of a multistage system with several components in each stage can be improved either by using more reliable components, or by adding redundant components in parallel in any stage. In many practical situations where reliability enhancement is involved, the decision making is complicated because of the presence of several mutually conflicting goals. For example, in the reliability based design of a system, the designer may be required to maximize the reliability and minimize the cost, weight or volume. This work considers the problem of reliability allocation for multistage systems with components having time-dependent reliability. Two multiobjective optimization techniques are presented, coupled with heuristic procedures, to solve the mixed integer nonlinear programming problems. A generalization of the problem in the presence of vague information results in an ill-structured reliability apportionment problem. The solution of such multiobjective problems is also presented in the present work using the techniques of fuzzy optimization. 相似文献
