匹配层对超声换能器的性能起着至关重要的作用,寻找合适的匹配层材料是换能器设计中的关键步骤。提出了一种基于环氧树脂-氧化铝复合材料的匹配层材料。首先,测试了不同配比的环氧树脂-氧化铝复合材料的声学性能,对比了其声学特性,并确定了材料的最佳配比。其次,研制了相应的换能器,分析该匹配层对换能器性能的影响,通过脉冲-回波方法测试了其性能参数。最后,基于四分之一波长匹配层原理对匹配层的厚度进行了优化。结果显示,环氧树脂中加入质量分数为 60%的氧化铝粉末的匹配层对换能器的改善效果最佳,该方案减小了换能器接收回波的拖尾,接收回波的幅值提高至 1 136 mV(+104%),-6 dB带宽达到 49.679%(+107%)。结果表明,氧化铝-环氧树脂混合材料可以提升换能器的声学性能,是较为理想的匹配层材料,在高频超声换能器的设计与应用中具有很好的应用前景。 相似文献

水平轴向测量技术相对成熟,但较难获取海底沉积物的无扰动分层声学特性,采用横向测量技术可以解决这一问题。文章研究了海底沉积物岩芯横向测量技术,将水作为海底沉积物测量的参考标准,进行测量系统的标定。提出了等效换能器的概念,将样品以外的声传播介质整合成等效换能器的一部分,标定测量等效换能器声延时和声传播初始能量。以水为标准介质,分别采用33、80、100 kHz三种频率的声学换能器,以及75、90、110 mm三种管径的聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl Chloride,PVC),测量所得的水中的声速与标准计算水中的声速具有一致性,其中以采用80 kHz频率声学换能器和90 mm管径PVC管测量时的声速误差最小,选用此状态进行标定,得出当隔水耦合测量法换能器相对距离为142.02 mm时,标定的等效换能器声延时为45.88±0.08 μs,等效换能器声传播初始能量(以接收换能器的接收电压表示)为0.86±0.03 V。应用标定的等效换能器声延时和声传播初始能量测量海底沉积物。计算得到声速和声衰减系数符合黏土质粉砂的声学特性。 相似文献

针对自供电磁流变阻尼调节系统的能量供给问题,提出基于脉冲液流换能器的振动能量回收方法,通过振动能-液流能-机械能-电能的变换,实现振动能量回收。建立了基于齿轮马达、飞轮和永磁发动机的脉冲液流换能器分析模型,利用Matlab软件对正弦振动下换能器的电压输出特性、功率转换特性和转换效率进行仿真。为验证理论分析的正确性,设计制作了基于脉冲液流换能器的振动能量回收装置,利用J95-I减振器测试台上对振动能量回收装置实验测试,比较了正弦激励条件下换能器的理论电压特性与实测电压特性、理论转换效率与实验转换效率。实验研究表明,脉冲液流换能器是能够实现振动能量的转换,在带30 负载情况下,效率可以达到 46.85%,平均输出功率可以达到37.4W。 相似文献

针对某些传递损失较大的消声器,现有白噪声测试设备的单一噪声源发生器无法满足消声量的测试需求。通过采用低频和中频两种声源发生器,利用过渡管道与测试管道垂直连接的方式,实现了两种声源组合发声对消声器声学性能的测试。为了解决过渡管道与组合声源系统连接处声阻抗变化,导致输出的噪声信号频谱特性随机波动的问题,提出了一种噪声信号的修正方法。该方法基于四传感器法测量过渡管道声阻抗,根据过渡管道传递矩阵,以随机白噪声为激励源输出的管口噪声作为输出声压信号,得到组合声源系统的输入声压信号,实现了对组合声源系统声音信号的补偿。实验结果表明,与传统均衡器调节方法相比,该方法能够在较宽的测试频率范围内输出平稳的声压信号;其次,利用修正前后的声学信号对扩张腔的传递损失进行测量,修正后得到的测试曲线与理论值吻合度较高,证明了该方法的可行性。 相似文献

利用基于Biot理论的高阶交错网格有限差分算法,模拟了声源在不同位置条件下激发声波的传播,重点讨论了纵波和各种转换波的声场,并与我国某海域地区海底沉积层的现场测试数据进行了对比。研究结果表明,海底沉积层中的纵波具有明显的频散现象,这种频散现象与理论预期结果相吻合,而且由Biot理论得到的纵波频散规律和现场测试结果有较好的一致性,但对于纵波的衰减,二者符合得不好,这是因为Biot理论模型的假设条件和海底沉积层的差别较大造成的。计算声场显示,当声源放置在海水中时,在沉积层中产生三种转换波;当声源放置在沉积层中时,在沉积层中产生了多种类型的波。在某些条件下,海底沉积层中的横波速度低于慢纵波速度。 相似文献

换能器的指向性测试是其声学性能测试的基本项之一。文章对换能器的指向性测试时,声中心与机械装置的旋转中心存在偏差的情况进行分析,并采用极坐标下矢量运算的方法进行理论分析和仿真,得出该偏差会直接对测试结果引入幅度与角度偏差,使全指向性换能器指向性图形成类似心形的指向性图,并得到了一种换能器指向性图修正方法。实测结果表明:当声中心与机械装置的旋转中心存在偏差时,换能器指向性响应测试及指向性开角的判读会存在偏差,同时文中提出的指向性图修正方法对此工况下的测试结果有较好的修正效果,有助于提高水声换能器指向性测量的精度,且具有良好的工程适用性。 相似文献

通过建立Cymbal压电发电换能器的机电耦合有限元分析模型,计算分析了换能器结构参数对输出电压和谐振频率的影响以及外接负载对Cymbal换能器输出电压和输出功率的影响。研究表明,为了降低换能器的工作频率和提高换能器的输出电压,应增大换能器的空腔底部直径和减小换能器的空腔高度;在选择金属端冒和压电陶瓷厚度等参数时,应综合考虑换能器系统的刚度和外界振动源的频率特性和加速度特性;在任意一个频率点上,Cymbal换能器均存在一个最佳的外接负载,使得换能器的输出功率最大,而这个最佳的负载阻抗就等于Cymbal换能器在这个工作频率点上的输出阻抗。文中还提出并分析了基于外加预应力的多振子级联方式Cymbal压电发电换能器系统的结构。 相似文献

Abstract In this paper, theoretical and experimental study on a piezoelectric vibration‐induced micro power generator that can convert mechanical vibration energy into electrical energy is presented. The mechanical‐electrical energy conversion mechanism is a voltage between two capacitors, which belong to the mechanical and the piezoelectric equivalent circuits, respectively. To verify the theoretical analysis, two clusters of transducer structures are fabricated. Piezoelectric lead zirconate titanate (PZT) material is chosen to make the energy conversion transducer. The desired shape of the piezoelectric generator with its resonance frequency in accordance with the ambient vibration source is designed by finite element analysis (FEA). Experimental results show that the maximum output voltages are generated at the first mode resonance frequencies of the structure. The overall conversion efficiency is measured to be 33%. The experimental results coincide with the theoretical analysis. 相似文献

An instrument is described for the measurement of angular velocity and angular acceleration of a rotating shaft, based upon an optical angular transducer and an associated operational digital (pulse rate) system. The angular transducer produces a pulse rate directly proportional to the instantaneous angular velocity and this quantity and its rate of change are processed by the pulse rate system and presented as parallel binary-coded decimal representations driving in-line digital displays. The operational digital system comprises essentially an electronic register controlling a variable rate pulse generator that tracks the input pulse rate in a frequency lock loop. Changes of loop frequency are brought about by changing the register contents by positive or negative correction pulses, and the rate at which these are supplied provides an accurate measure of acceleration or deceleration, respectively, provided that the loop is locked on and hence follows the changes of input pulse rate accompanying changes of angular velocity. The error correction pulse rate may be measured in a second frequency lock loop and the registers in the two loops used to control digital in-line decimal displays of angular velocity and acceleration, of ranges up to 10 000 r/min (±1 r/min) and 1000 r/min/s (±1 percent), respectively. 相似文献

A problem demanding to be solved in the development of microelectromechanical system (MEMS) IR source array has been the driving circuit and system. A method that can achieve the requirements of high driving power, high output efficiency, high voltage precision, voltage compensation, and deep frequency modulation for driving and modulating a MEMS IR source array was proposed. A liner DC steady voltage integrated circuit ADP3336 is used to drive the source array directly with a programmable compensation module ensuring the precision of radiation peak wavelength. And a FPGA as the control core of the system modulates the frequency and width of the driving pulse to control the array coding pattern. The cymbal transducer had more improved performances than the moonie transducer, but as with the moonie end caps, flexural motion of the cymbal end caps would cause high-tangential stresses, which could lead to loss of mechanical output energy. So, a new-style design, called slotted-cymbal transducer, is presented in this paper. The slotted-cymbal transducer released the tangential stresses by adopting a new-style, radial-slotted cymbal end caps. Through theoretical calculation and finite element analysis in collaboration with measurements, the slotted-cymbal transducer was demonstrated to possess high performances of displacement and energy transmission. This design would decrease the fundamental resonance frequencies of systems by different numbers of slots, and it would have more potential applications of low frequency and large displacement. 相似文献

锁相环由鉴相器、环路滤波器及压控震荡晶体组成,是一个能跟踪输入信号频率和相位的闭环自动控制系统。研制的激光脉冲调制系统采用锁相技术,以单片、集成锁相环代替分立元件,实现了片内鉴频和鉴相的功能。研制的腔倒空驱动器能够输出 4MHz, 800kHz, 400kHz, 80kHz,40kHz, 8kHz, 4kHz, 800Hz, 400Hz 等不同重复频率的脉冲信号,输出功率达到瓦级,满足了声光布拉格池的要求。该激光脉冲调制系统已经应用在皮秒时间相关单光子计数光谱仪系统中,取得了比较理想的效果。 相似文献
