采用聚乙烯醇纤维(PVA)纤维作为增强材料,选定不同的粉煤灰掺量、石英砂级配、纤维掺量和养护工艺配制应变硬化水泥基复合材料(SHCC),研究上述因素对SHCC力学性能的影响。研究表明,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,SHCC极限拉伸强度有少许削弱,但极限拉伸应变不断增加,均高于3%。随着养护龄期增加,SHCC极限拉伸应变呈现先增加后减小的趋势,但拉伸强度随龄期增加而增大。自然养护有利于维持SHCC的高极限拉伸应变;蒸汽养护能提高SHCC早期的极限拉伸强度,但蒸汽养护使SHCC的极限拉伸应变随着龄期增加而明显降低。当m(FA)/m(C)=1.6,2.0和2.4,Vf=2.0%时,采用较细的石英砂和自然养护,28d龄期的SHCC极限拉伸强度在4 MPa以上,极限拉伸应变在3%以上。  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法模拟了不同拉伸应变率下金纳米线的拉伸力学行为。模拟结果表明,相同截面尺寸、拉伸温度、拉伸方向的金纳米线在较高的拉伸应变率下,屈服强度较大,屈服发生的较早;更高应变率下的金纳米线在屈服时对应的应变更大,并且更容易发生二次屈服。金纳米线的弹性模量随着拉伸应变率的增大有所增加,但是幅度不是很明显。  相似文献

周期性机械拉伸对人肺上皮细胞增殖的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为了研究周期性拉伸应变对人肺上皮细胞DNA合成的影响,应用流式细胞术对拉伸应变下的细胞增殖动力学变化进行了分析。结果表明:在应变为15%,频率为20次/min、40次/min的拉伸刺激下,在24h,正常人支气管上皮细胞H727的增殖活性指数明显降低,细胞的DNA合成受到显著抑制;48h后,人肺腺癌细胞A549的增殖活性明显降低,且拉伸时间越长,抑制作用越强。提示周期性拉伸应变抑制人肺上皮细胞的增殖。  相似文献

导电橡胶因其超高的弹性和良好的导电性而在柔性电子材料领域受到广泛关注。受载时导电填料重新排列会产生相应的电阻变化。本研究选取镍包碳纤维(Nickel coated carbon fiber,CF-Ni)填充于基胶聚二甲基硅氧烷(Polydimethylsiloxane,PDMS)中制备导电橡胶。基于MATLAB平台,观察了导电橡胶中CF-Ni纤维的静态分布,并构建了纤维取向率的计算方法;随后施加动态应变载荷,选用3D打印的样品,在拉伸应变下,对其进行了纤维在胶体中取向变化的同步观察。结果表明:CF-Ni纤维沿拉伸应变方向发生偏转,最大偏转角度可达20°;CF-Ni纤维的取向分布及拉伸应变下纤维的偏转会对导电橡胶的电学性能产生影响,在60%的应变量下,CF-Ni/PDMS表面电阻最大变化为600%。导电橡胶电阻对拉伸应变载荷的响应为CF-Ni/PDMS用于制备柔性传感器奠定了基础。  相似文献

就形状公差对拉伸应变测定的影响做了理论分析。引入等效标距的概念,建立与等效标距、名义标距、应变硬化指数和形状公差相关的方程式。利用这些公式可以定量地描述形状公差的试样对拉伸应变测定的影响。以国家标准和国际标准中各自规定的形状公差为例,说明定量评定形状公差对应变测定误差的影响。根据应变误差的计算结果,可知国际标准允许的形状公差比国家标准宽得多。  相似文献

目的 研究5083铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接(FSW)的组织、力学性能和拉伸应变,分析接头的拉伸行为。方法 采用数码相机、光学显微镜、电子扫描显微镜等表征分析方法,对焊缝的表面宏观成形、微观组织、断口形貌进行分析;利用拉伸机、三维数字动态散斑应变测量分析系统和显微维氏硬度计对接头的力学性能和拉伸应变进行测试。结果 不同焊接工艺参数下FSW接头的最低抗拉强度为305 MPa,断后延伸率达到了14%以上;焊核区拉伸应变沿板厚方向呈现上高下低和上宽下窄的不均匀梯度分布,发生了较大程度的变形强化,直到拉伸应力达到抗拉强度。断裂失效前300/120接头的最大拉伸应变在晶粒粗大的母材区,500/120和500/200接头的最大拉伸应变则位于晶粒尺寸差异较大的后退侧焊核区与热力影响区交界处。接头拉伸断口宏观上均为45°剪切韧性断裂,微观上均以韧窝韧性断裂为主,而高热输入500/120接头出现脆性断裂特征,其延伸率明显降低。结论 高热力耦合输入使铝合金FSW接头薄弱区发生转变,强韧性降低。  相似文献

应用Instron材料试验机考察了室温下拉伸速率对玻璃微珠填充聚丙烯复合材料的弹性模量和屈服强度的影响,结果表明,随着微珠含量的增加,试样的弹性模量(Ec)增大,且与拉伸应变速率呈近乎幂律函数关系,而屈服强度(бyc)则随着微珠体积分数(Φf)的增加呈线性函数形式下降,并随着拉伸应变速率的增加呈幂律函数形式提高,此外,讨论了Ec、Φf与бyc三者之间的关系。  相似文献

A fiber optic Michelson sensor was embedded in composite beams to sense the internal strain and points of failure of the composite structures. The bending deformation and matrix cracking were investigated by four-point bending tests of cross-ply composite beams with the embedded fiber optic sensor. The failure points of composite beams were detected by using both a PZT sensor and a fiber optic sensor in order to investigate the fiber optic failure signals. The failure due to matrix cracks in a composite beam was confirmed by the edge replica method. The digital processing of the fiber optic signal was carried out to determine the strains and failure points of composite beams. The failure points were observed from the processed failure signal by high-pass filtering. The initial failure strain of the composite beam was measured and processed from the fiber optic strain signal after low-pass filtering.  相似文献

We report on the design and experimental validation of a distributed Brillouin-based optical fiber sensor embedded into concrete structures for temperature and strain measurement. A composite-made wave-like coating designed by finite-element analysis ensures the sensor is transferring optimally temperature and strain fields from the concrete to the optical fiber, where Brillouin scattering takes place. During all experiments, sensors have been interrogated with a commercially available Brillouin optical time-domain reflectometer unit. First, temperature sensitivity of the Brillouin frequency shift were evaluated in PANDA and SMF28 optical fibers, before wrapping them into the specific sheath for embedment into a 3 m-long reinforced concrete beam. Temperature measurements during concrete beam casting agreed with reference measurements, and showed the significant sensor coating influence. A month later, strain measurements performed during a four-point bending experiment showed promising results: linearity and reliability of measurements were demonstrated, under tensile as well as compressive loadings.  相似文献

A novel technique that enables coherent detection of spontaneous Brillouin scattering in the radio-frequency (<500 MHz) region with excellent long-term stability has been demonstrated for distributed measurements of temperature and strain in long fiber. An actively stabilized single-frequency Brillouin fiber laser with extremely low phase noise and intensity noise is used as a well-defined, frequency-shifted local oscillator for the heterodyne detection, yielding measurements of spontaneous Brillouin scattering with high frequency stability. Based on this approach, a highly stable real-time fiber sensor for distributed measurements of both temperature and strain over long fiber has been developed utilizing advanced digital signal processing techniques.  相似文献

提出了一种用于布里渊光纤陀螺的光纤环形腔设计方法。在分析了布里渊光纤陀螺原理的基础上,利用琼斯矩阵光学的理论以及光纤中的受激布里渊散射理论,详细研究了布里渊光纤环形腔的特性。通过对腔内外光强的细致分析,得出布里渊光纤陀螺环形腔对于腔的耦合系数及输入光强的要求。实验结果表明,该方法用于设置布里渊光纤陀螺工作点,能够保证斯托克斯光的最大传输效率,并有效抑制光路中的散粒噪声。  相似文献

3D braided composite technology has stimulated a great deal of interest in the world at large. But due to the three-dimensional nature of these kinds of composites, coupled with the shortcomings of currently-adopted experimental test methods, it is difficult to measure the internal parameters of this materials, hence causes it difficult to understand the material performance. A new method is introduced herein to measure the internal strain of braided composite materials using co-braided fiber optic sensors. Two kinds of fiber optic sensors are co-braided into 3D braided composites to measure internal strain. One of these is the Fabry-Parrot (F-P) fiber optic sensor; the other is the polarimetric fiber optic sensor. Experiments are conducted to measure internal strain under tension, bending and thermal environments in the 3D carbon fiber braided composite specimens, both locally and globally. 应用模式耦合理论计算了外腔式Fabry-Perot(F-P)干涉型光纤传感器的输出光强与F-P腔长的关系。对组成F-P腔的光纤端面进行了磨平抛光及镀多层电介质膜处理,使光纤端面反射率为70%,从而提高了传感器的抗干扰能力,简化了探测系统。将该传感器与电阻就变片作对比测量实验,其结果完全一致。  相似文献

应变是表征桥梁安全状态的重要指标。依据光纤珐珀应变传感器的特点以及石板坡长江大桥的实际情况,设计出多通道光纤珐珀应变测量系统。该测量系统成功地实现了光纤、光电测量技术、计算机技术和土木工程技术的交叉融合,实现了大型连续桥梁应变自动测量。运行结果表明,该测量系统具有一定的可行性和可靠性。  相似文献

The testing of a fiber-optic distributed-strain sensor attached to a simple structural member is reported. A Brillouin scattering-based sensor system was used to measure both tensile and compressive strains along the length of a cantilever beam subjected to various loads. The sensing fiber was attached to the beam in such a way that some sections experienced uniform strain, whereas others were subjected to a nonuniform strain distribution. A spatial resolution of 0.4 m was used, and a measurement precision of approximately +/-50 microepsilon was achieved.  相似文献
