聚苯胺性状及其含量对镍粉/聚苯胺涂层屏蔽性能的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
系统分析了金属粉末/聚苯胺复合电磁屏蔽材料中导电聚苯胺的性状,体积分数对微观结构和电磁屏蔽效能的影响.从二次掺杂的导电聚苯胺的电磁性能讨论了聚苯胺对电磁屏蔽效能的贡献.研究了二次掺杂聚苯胺性状对电磁屏蔽涂层微观结构形貌以及与金属粉末的复合效应对电磁屏蔽效能的贡献.研究的结果表明导电聚苯胺的加入有利于增加电磁屏蔽材料对于高频电磁波的电磁屏蔽效能,但是对低频部分的电磁波的屏蔽效能与纯金属粉末电磁屏蔽材料相比有所降低,这可能是由于聚苯胺加入导致的导电组分分布不均匀所引起的.实验结果表明胶状体聚苯胺和粉末状聚苯胺在电磁屏蔽涂料基体树脂中具有完全不同的形态,分析了对电磁屏蔽效能的影响. 相似文献

建立了填充椭球颗粒电磁屏蔽复合材料等效电磁参数的物理模型,基于变分原理和电磁波传输理论推导出其电磁屏蔽性能的预测公式,计算了不同填充条件下复合材料的屏蔽效能及反射率,分析了填料显微结构特征(浓度、形状、尺寸、分布方式)对复合材料屏蔽性能的影响规律.结果表明,复合材料屏蔽效能和反射率随填料填充浓度、长径比的增加而增大;针形和片形填料优于球形填料且定向分布好于随机分布;材料的反射率在特定的填充浓度及填料尺寸下存在峰值。屏蔽效能的计算结果与实验上填充球形银包羰基铁和镀镍短碳纤维的屏蔽复合材料的测试数据拟合较好。 相似文献

以石墨和羰基铁作为电磁屏蔽涂料的功能材料,替代一部分涂料填料,并调节各功能材料的含量,使涂料具有对电磁波的屏蔽和吸收功能.通过对不同样品的电磁屏蔽传输系数曲线和最大电磁屏蔽效能的对比,分析了石墨和羰基铁的含量对涂料低频电磁屏蔽效能的影响.并通过涂层表面微观形貌的分析,进一步探讨了涂层表面结构对电磁屏蔽性能的影响机理,为设计高性能低频电磁屏蔽涂料提供参考依据.在1MHz~1.8GHz低频区域,涂料最大电磁屏蔽效能达到了6.029dB. 相似文献

The study aims to investigate the electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding characteristics and shielding effectiveness (SE) of polyaniline (PANI)-coated films. Free-standing films of emeraldine salt were obtained by PANI-emeraldine base with dode-cylbenzensulfonic acid on a polyethylene terephthalate film. The four-point probe method was employed to measure the electrical resistivity for investigating the electromagnetic characteristics of PANI-coated films. In addition, the SE of the PANI-coated films was measured in two different ways: a flanged coaxial shielding effectiveness test and a shielding effectiveness on the testbed having a box-type chamber equipped with instruments for electromagnetic shielding testing under real conditions. The overall SE measured from experiments was also compared with the approximate SE value calculated from a theoretical method. The present study has shown the possibility of utilizing PANI-coated films as EMI shielding/absorption materials. 相似文献

利用立式高频感应炉制备出铸造Pb-Mg-Al-B屏蔽材料,并对其显微组织和屏蔽性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着B的添加,材料组织中AlB2颗粒增多;室温抗拉强度可达105MPa,布氏硬度为160;厚度为20mm、B含量为2.0%(质量分数)的Pb-Mg-Al-B屏蔽材料对能量为250、118和65keV的X射线屏蔽率分别为90.29%、99.22%和97.9%,对γ射线的屏蔽率达到49.75%(137Cs源)和34.21%(60Co源),对中子的屏蔽率高达92.7%,说明屏蔽材料具有强度高、X(γ)射线与中子屏蔽性能优异,具备结构-功能(屏蔽)一体化的特点。 相似文献

在导电组分中添加磁性合金粉末,利用复合效应增加电磁屏蔽材料的吸收损耗,以获得较好的屏蔽效能。通过在12%体积分数的金属镍粉中添加不同体积分数的FeNi合金,研究了复合材料中FeNi合金对电磁屏蔽效能的影响。实验结果表明,当加入4%体积分数的FeNi合金时,屏蔽效能最好。分析得出FeNi合金粉末的加入能够增加材料的磁导率,增加材料对电磁波的吸收,在提升屏蔽效能的同时达到低二次污染的目的。 相似文献

Magnetic shields of various high-temperature superconductors, YBa2Cu3O7−x
(YBCO), YBa2Cu3O7−x
-Ag composites (random inclusions as well as non-random coatings) and Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O
x
(BSCCO) were prepared by uniaxial as well as isostatic compression with various dimensions. The shielding properties were
measured at 77 K for dc and ac magnetic fields in the range of frequencies from 100 Hz to 10 kHz. The critical penetration
field (CPF), defined as the value of the applied magnetic field at which a detectable field was observed inside the cylinder,
varied from cylinder to cylinder and also with the ageing of the cylinders in the case of YBCO shields. The highest value
of CPF was 16 G at 77 K for YBCO shield prepared by isostatic compression. Even though the stability of BSCCO shields with
respect to ageing is good, the CPF values are very low compared to those for YBCO. Detailed studies were performed in the
case of YBCO shields. The CPF decreased as a function of time over a period of 90 days. The CPF decreased as the frequency
of the applied field was increased. The wave form of the field inside the pot for a sinusoidal applied field was highly distorted
and showed the presence of higher harmonics with appreciable amplitude. The wave form was Fourier-analysed to yield the field
inside the shield along with the harmonics. The shields with Ag addition seem to give better performance at high fields. 相似文献

以膨胀石墨(EG)和金属网(MN)作为电磁屏蔽基元材料与ABS树脂采用共混、挤出、热压等成型工艺制备了电磁屏蔽复合材料,研究了膨胀石墨的含量、处理方式、复合材料的厚度和金属网的目数对电磁屏蔽复合材料屏蔽性能的影响。结果表明,在膨胀石墨/ABS电磁屏蔽复合材料中,其电磁屏蔽效能随着膨胀石墨含量增加及复合材料厚度增加而增大,膨胀石墨经超声处理后,可以提高复合材料的屏蔽效能。在两种单层金属网/ABS电磁屏蔽夹层复合材料中,屏蔽效能并不随着金属网目数增加而增大。在30MHz~1.8GHz频率范围内,200目不锈钢网/ABS复合材料和100目铜网/ABS复合材料的屏蔽性能最好,最大屏蔽效能分别为76.1和70dB。在多相电磁屏蔽复合材料中,膨胀石墨/不锈钢网/ABS复合材料的屏蔽效能比不锈钢网/ABS复合材料高约5dB。 相似文献
