近日,欧盟理事会通过了在欧盟内实施欧盟-美国能源之星计划的新法规。该法规要求欧盟的公共机构和成员国的政府主管部门在政府采购设备时使用的能效标准不能低于能源之星计划中所规定的要求。能源之星计划是欧盟较好管理能源需求战略的一部分,以对能源供应安全及减轻天气变化做出贡献。新的能源之星法规要求在官方设备的政府采购中采用有抱负的能效标准,这将进一步促进生产商在市场上投放有效的设备,从而使政府的资金得到有效利用。这个成就证明欧盟履行承诺,将能效目标变为现实。 相似文献

The increasing diffusion of pollutant measuring units, which are installed over wide areas, along with the short calibration interval of several sensors for pollutant quantities, requires new calibration infrastructures to be developed. This paper describes an attempt to develop an innovative calibration system which is based on traveling standards and which does not require units to be removed from the measuring site during the calibration process. The calibration system is based on a traveling standard, which is composed of one or more cylinders that contain gas mixtures, a cell with standard sensors, and a control unit with networking capabilities, which allows the traveling standard to be remotely exercised. A new concept in the design of the compensation circuit in microcontroller temperature compensated crystal oscillators (μCTCXO) and the corresponding production line (ACL-automatic compensation line) for fully automatic oscillator calibration are presented. The communications ability of μCTCXO is introduced to provide automatic calibration. The shortened successive approximation calibration algorithm gives a short calibration time and a reliable convergence of oscillator adjustment by the ACL system. The μCTCXO is realized as a low-cost device encapsulated in a single cubic inch volume. The ±0.5 ppm frequency accuracy in the -40°C/+85°C temperature range is obtained by a 9-bit A/D converter, 10-bit D/A and 512 bytes of software placed in an EEPROM. The ACL system, in addition to the standard laboratory frequency counter, temperature chamber and a PC host computer, requires only two additional boards: an analog multiplexer board and an interface board. During production and recalibration, the ACL system can compensate many oscillators simultaneously in a single temperature run, without requiring component selection and human supervision 相似文献

A new comparison system has been constructed using a Gifford- McMahon type cryogenic refrigerator for the calibration of capsule-type
standard platinum resistance thermometers (CSPRTs) below 273.16 K at the National Metrology Institute of Japan (NMIJ). The
system can compare six CSPRTs at once. A gold-plated comparison block, in which CSPRTs are mounted for calibration, is made
from oxygen-free high-conductivity copper. The standard uncertainties related to the temperature control of the system are
estimated to be 0.04 mK. The calibrated values for CSPRTs and a rhodium–iron resistance thermometer obtained using the comparison
system are in good agreement with those obtained by the direct realization of the low-temperature fixed points of the ITS-90

针对工业机器人绝对定位精度偏低,在工业应用中受到一定的限制的问题,提出了一种新型基于标准球距离约束的工业机器人参数标定方法。首先采用MDH模型建立机器人运动学模型;其次将接触式测头安装在工业机器人的末端法兰盘上,搭建了一个三角标定平台,平台上刚性连接了3个直径为25.4mm的标准球,每2个球之间的理论的球心距为300mm,用接触式测头分别探测3个标准球面上的点,并记录相应关节角的值;最后,通过最小二乘拟合得到标准球的球心坐标,与三坐标测量机测得的实际球心距进行距离约束,并采用Levenberg-Marquardt算法求得运动学参数误差。共进行5个平台方向的实验,并用另外5个平台方向的数据进行误差补偿验证。实验结果表明:平均球心距偏差从2.6812mm减小到0.5694mm,标准偏差从0.6738mm减小到0.1407mm。 相似文献

The red-blue-green (RGB) calibration technique consists in constructing an a priori calibration table of the isochromatic retardation versus the triplet of RGB values obtained with a RGB CCD camera. In this way a lookup table (LUT) is built in which the entry is the corresponding RGB triplet and the output is the given retardation. This calibration (a radiometric quantity) depends on the geometric and chromatic parameters of the setup. Once the calibration is performed, the isochromatic retardation at a given point of the sample is computed as the one that minimizes the Euclidean distance between the measured RGB triplet and the triplets stored in the LUT. We present an enhanced RGB calibration algorithm for isochromatic fringe pattern demodulation. We have improved the standard demodulation algorithm used in RGB calibration by changing the Euclidean cost function to a regularized one in which the fidelity term corresponds to the Euclidean distance between RGB triplets; the regularizing term forces piecewise continuity for the isochromatic retardation. Additionally we have implemented a selective search in the RGB calibration LUT. We have tested the algorithm with simulated as well as real photoelastic data with good results. 相似文献
