为探讨网上购物环境中消费者相关因素对认知风险的影响,通过问卷法调查了298名被试,探讨了网上购物环境中认知风险的维度构成、对总体认知风险有显著影响的消费者相关因素以及消费者相关因素对每个风险维度的作用。结果表明:网上购物环境中消费者相关因素通过7个风险维度对总体认知风险起作用,这些相关因素对每个风险维度的影响并不相同。  相似文献

为了探究网上购物中无形产品对消费者认知风险的影响,进一步完善网上购物的风险认知理论,本研究采用实验室实验与问卷调查相结合的手段,对60名大学生施测。结果表明:首先对于不同类别的无形商品,消费者的总体认知风险差异显著;其次在网上购买无形商品不仅给消费者带来了财务风险、时间风险、身体风险、绩效风险和心理风险,还有社会风险;最后对于大多数类别的无形商品,身体风险并不是消费者在网上购物时所担心的。结论:消费者在网上购买不同类别的无形产品时所认知到的风险结构是有差异的,在网上购买专业性服务时,消费者认知到的风险是最大的。  相似文献

利用网上调查数据,通过独立样本T检验和Pearson相关分析,证实消费者网上购物时的感知风险与网上购物交易主体自身的特征有关.性别对于经济、功能、隐私、身体、服务、心理风险有显著影响,并且女性对于这些风险的感知显著高于男性.网络使用经历对社会和身体风险有显著影响,并呈负相关;网上购物经历对经济、功能、隐私风险有显著影响,并呈负相关;卷入程度对经济、功能、心理风险有显著影响,并呈正相关.网上消费者类型对于经济、功能、社会、时间和服务风险有显著影响,并且网上浏览者对于这些风险的感知显著高于网上购物者.  相似文献

通过模拟网上购物实验,研究网络购物环境中信息安全因素对用户行为的影响,方差分析(ANOVA)结果表明,消费者对于通过国际第三方认证的购物网站的信任度比较高;使用中介付款方式有使消费者的风险承担程度和购买意愿得到提高的趋势;实验结果同时表明,随着网上购物经验的丰富,消费者对于电子商务网站的满意度,信任度,其风险承担程度和购买意愿都会提高。  相似文献

在采用模型(TAM)框架下引入任务技术匹配(TTF)和感知风险(PR),构建了消费者网上购物的概念模型TAM/TTF/PR,并在中国背景下进行实证检验.结果表明:网上购物的意向最大程度上决定着实际行为,而其最主要的驱动要素则是感知有用性;TTF通过直接和间接的方式来对实际行为产生很大的正影响,并可以降低对实际行为有较大抑制作用的PR;而感知易用性间接地对实际行为产生正影响的力度十分微弱.证明了TAM/TTF/PR模型优于TAM/PR模型.研究结果可为关于电子商务的理论研究和实践探索提供启示.  相似文献

整合了以往的计划行为模型、技术接受模型、交易成本分析,提出了网上购物扩展的计划行为模型(ETPB),并对该模型用结构方程进行了验证。结果发现,开放性人格通过网上购物行为控制正向影响网上购物意向,信任倾向分别通过网上购物交易成本、主观参照正向影响网上购物意向。对于大学生来说,开放性人格对网上购物意向有间接正向影响,而信任倾向、网上购物风险对网上购物意向没有显著的影响;对在职人员来说,信任倾向通过网上购物交易成本间接正向影响网上购物意向,网上购物风险对网上购物意向有直接正向影响,而开放性人格对网上购物意向不存在显著的间接影响。  相似文献

对86名在校大学生采用情景问卷的准实验法,比较了网上购物和传统购物认知风险差异和网上购物时价格对风险认知的影响,以及两类不同网上经验(购物经验,上网时间)对认知风险的影响机制.研究发现购物方式和价格对购物认知风险均有显著的影响,网上经验对购物认知风险有调节作用:购物经验对购物方式和商品价格都有调整作用,上网时间只对购物方式有影响.  相似文献

目的分析博物馆文化创意产品感知价值对用户满意度及购买意向的影响。方法基于理性行为理论与满意度理论,提出博物馆文化创意产品购买意向影响因子模型与假设,通过问卷调查法收集博物馆文化创意产品消费者感知价值数据,经SPSS多元层次回归模型,对假设模型进行实证分析。结果得出消费者购买行为意向主要受到用户满意度与感知购买成本的影响,而满意度则主要受到感知文化性的影响。结论在博物馆文化创意产品开发过程中,设计师可以通过提高新产品文化创意元素的表现力,来提高消费者满意度,进而间接影响消费者的消费意向;通过丰富产品分级价格,改善消费者对文创产品购买成本价值感知,进而提高博物馆文化创意产品对消费群体的价格应变能力,影响消费者的消费意向,最终改善博物馆文化创意产品的销售现状。  相似文献

This study develops a theoretical model that highlights the determinants of actual social media (SM) usage for travel planning by combining theoretical frameworks from the marketing, psychology and information systems literature. The data was collected through field as well as online survey in India. An online survey questionnaire link was shared on different social media platforms and social networking sites. Besides, field visits were carried out to collect data in-person through face-to-face interviews. The final sample consists of 539 observations. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was applied to validate the hypothesized relationships among constructs. The results suggest that technological convenience and perceived enjoyment influence the perceived ease of using SM for travel planning. In turn, perceived ease of use impacts perceived usefulness, along with media richness. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, along with trust positively influence intentions to use SM for travel planning, while perceived risk inhibits those intentions. However, trust increases perceived usefulness and mitigates perceived risk. Importantly, intentions exert a strong impact on actual use. This study contributes to the literature by presenting and validating a theory-driven framework that unveils the factors influencing actual usage of SM for travel planning. The proposed theoretical framework emphasizes the key relationships among factors and provides a research basis for development in other contexts.  相似文献

Multiple channel retailing and channel selection strategy have become key issues for many corporations to place themselves at the heart of a new era of retailing. This paper studies a triple-channel system in which a manufacturer operates a conventional channel, a direct online channel, as well as increases its online presence with an online shopping platform. It also takes the heterogeneity of consumers’ price sensitivity and channel preferences into account. It highlights that the perceived risks and perceived benefits are aggregated into an inhibitor or activator entering the customers’ acceptance of triple channels and further affecting their purchasing decisions. Three cases are discussed to investigate the demand distributions, the profit behaviours, the optimal pricing strategies and the channel selection strategies. Theoretical analysis is further validated by a case study with the aid of agent-based modelling. Sensitivity analysis demonstrates that two acceptance indices – respectively, regarded as the consumers’ willingness to tolerate the perceived risks of the online channel and approve the perceived benefits from the third-party online platform – significantly govern the total profit in two stylised scenarios. This study schematically characterises the structure of demand distributions, helps the corporation to discern consumers’ channel choices and then focus its marketing efforts towards more profitable customers and strategic channel structures. Furthermore, some implications are outlined for the optimal supply chain designation decision.  相似文献

Using the technology acceptance model and diffusion of innovations theory, this study evaluated the intention of consumers to use chatbots on smartphones for shopping. Chatbot is a relatively new technology and is expected to dominate mobile commerce and shopping applications in future. Hence, this study aimed to determine the association of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, price consciousness, perceived risk, trust, and personal innovativeness with attitude and intention to use chatbots for shopping. Respondents were asked to fill a questionnaire after using a Facebook e-commerce chatbot that was specifically created for this study. In total, 350 responses were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. Results indicated that attitude toward chatbots was considerably influenced by the variables perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, price consciousness, perceived risk, and personal innovativeness. However, intention to use was directly influenced only by trust, personal innovativeness, and attitude. Mediation analysis indicated that full mediation occurs through the attitude variable for most direct relationships. Moderation analysis by using age, gender, and prior experience with mobile shopping applications indicated considerable differences between the groups in terms of the strength of certain relationships and the mean responses between the variables.  相似文献

目的 鉴于移动网购用户日趋增加,针对移动网购的现状与特点进行探究,以研究结果来思考能够被借鉴于家居产品设计的信息,提出移动网购对于产品设计的影响.方法 运用文献研究法与案例分析法,通过移动网购模式的购物场景、展示方式、购物时间、消费群体和到货模式5个方面,论述该模式所带来的新式购物体验,思考在该模式影响下的产品创新设计之道.结论 移动网购模式发展前景乐观,产品设计为了顺应移动网购模式,更好地服务于消费者,可以先吸收移动网购模式的经验,而后研究适合自身的方案.此外,探讨移动网购模式对产品设计的作用,可以从改变表达方式、提高用户满意度、改良开发周期和增强体验感这些要点上,挖掘有意义的切入点进行创新设计,以此来激发产品设计的活力.  相似文献

针对网购供应链中频繁出现的假冒伪劣等产品质量问题,考虑了由电商平台、平台销售企业和消费者3个理性群体组成的网购供应链,通过构建三方博弈的混合纳什均衡模型,求出了该混合策略纳什均衡解。在此基础上,进一步分析了网购供应链中各因素对相关主体行为概率的影响,得到了各主体的期望收益。运用Matlab R2017a软件对模型影响因素进行了数值仿真分析。研究结果表明,网购供应链质量博弈中存在着混合策略纳什均衡,且各主体的行为概率与惩罚、伪造、检验成本、收益、平台注册费用、后悔值、庆幸值等因素相关。为使各主体的期望收益同时趋于理想状态,电商企业应增加惩罚值和平台注册费用到区间中值,而消费者须增大后悔值、庆幸值到区间最大值。  相似文献
