Based on the fact that function-structure generating and function solving are alternant processes with mutual causality during
the conceptual design phase of mechatronic systems, a conceptual design cyclic feedback solving model of a mechatronic system
is put forward on the basis of mapping between function layer, effect layer, working principle layer and structure layer.
The process of solving single and system functions is analysed. Key technologies of interface matching and function solving
are then advanced. Finally, a computer-aided conceptual design automatic software system for mechatronic systems is developed
and the conceptual design of a computerised embroidery machine is given as an example.

5.25 inch high density perpendicular magnetic recording floppy disk drive has beer developed by employing new types of high saturation magnetization ring head, Co-Cr single layer medium with Ge underlayer, head slider with ellipsoidal surface configuration to assure intimate head to medium contact, and signal equalization. By these combination, recording density D50 of 145 kFCI, peakshift of 28 % at 100 kFCI, signal to noise ratio of 40.4 dB for cut-off frequency 4.25 MHz, overwrite signal to noise ratio of 27 dB, measured by writing signals at 48 kFCI over previously written 100 kFCI signals were obtained as typical recording characteristics. These results would indicate that floppy disk drive with 100 kFCI recording density has enough system margin by above-mentioned combination. A new single-pole head with no auxiliary pole was developed for perpendicular magnetic recording. The head is called WSP head (W-shaped Single Pole head) because the head has a W-shaped side core which contributes to increase the recording and reproducing sensitivitiy. The head field of the new head has the same distribusion as that of an auxiliary pole head[1]. The recording and reproducing sensitivity of the head is equal to or higher than that of a ring-type video head. The head eliminates mechanical problems which prevent its application in perpendicular magnetic recording because we can locate the head on one side of the recording medium. As a possible application of the WSP head, a 3 1/2-inch flexible disk recording system was constructed. A linear recording density of the flexible disk system was 65.5 kbits/inch. This density is equivalent to 8 times that of the existing high-density 3 1/2-inch micro-floppy and 11 times that of a 5 1/4-inch floppy disk. In termes of information storage, this density gives a 4 megabyte unformated capacity on one side of a 3 1/2-inch flexible disk. The overwrite signal-to-noise ratio was greater than 30 dB and the peakshift displacement was less than 10 % at the linear dinsity of 65.5 kbits/inch. 相似文献

Recent projections by experts in computer systems and semiconductor technology indicate that in the year 2000, personal computers will have a processing speed of 100 million instructions per second and a semiconductor RAM capacity of 1 Gbyte. To work with such a system, data storage devices will need to provide more than 10 Gbytes of capacity and a data rate of 100 Mbyte/s. The advances required by magnetic and magnetooptical disk drives to meet these requirements are examined. Plausible system configurations for achieving these goals are described. A magnetic disk drive utilizing eight 3.5-in. disks on one spindle appears to be a possible configuration. Because of a larger areal density, a magnetooptical disk drive could meet the capacity requirements with only a single 3.5-in. disk. On the other hand, achieving the 100-Mbyte/s data rate and access times comparable to those of magnetic disk systems will require some technological breakthroughs. Without these breakthroughs and assuming magnetic disk progress as expected, magnetooptical disks are expected to provide many of the functions which floppy disks provide today-transfer of programs and databases between systems and economical offline storage 相似文献

The rapid advance of computerization in industrial package design has led to a strong tendency toward CAD/CAM systems using personal computers for quick design and trial manufacturing. New tools based on a database of the cushioning properties of packaging materials will be needed for the design of package cushioning. Using a compression testing machine with computer control, an attempt has been made to construct such a database with registered characteristics for 47 samples of foamed polyethylene, foamed polypropylene and foamed polyethylene-polystyrene. This database offers the following functions and is recorded on floppy disk: (i) calculation of static cushioning properties (value); (ii) print-out of the computed results; (iii) drawing characteristic figures for designing package cushioning; (iv) indicating optimum value of static cushioning properties; (v) additional registration of new samples. 相似文献

为解决整体叶盘生产过程中原位检测的问题,设计了专用的关节臂式坐标测量机.该测量机采用具有直线-直线-旋转运动的结构形式,在有限的运动空间内实现了较大范围的测量,满足了测量需求.为标定测量机直行轴与旋转轴之间的平行度误差,提出用平台和方尺作为水平面和铅垂面的实物体现的标定方法,该方法简便易行.经过标定与误差补偿,测量机的测量不确定度小于0.01 mm,符合设计要求.标定结果良好的重复性证明了该方法的正确性. 相似文献

目的针对羌绣发展面临传承困难、创新意识淡薄、产业化程度低等问题展开研究与分析,提出基于数字化保护与产业化应用的羌绣服务设计模式,通过线上线下资源的整合和羌绣应用平台的搭建,满足绣娘与羌绣爱好者的学习、售卖需求,实现羌绣的长足发展。方法基于改进的SIFT针法图样特征提取方法进行AI针法识别、形状文法与图像拼接算法实现DIY纹样设计、定性定量的用户研究方法,分析目标群体在体验羌绣过程中的使用需求,并将其转化为羌绣服务设计平台的具体功能。梳理绣娘与羌绣爱好者的不同使用需求和流程,建立绣娘与绣友两种移动端模式,设计相应的信息架构与人机界面,最后利用改进的整体评估可用性问卷对交互原型进行评估。结论搭建了可实现羌绣数字化保护与产业化应用的羌绣服务设计系统,改变羌绣教学传承模式,提供多元化销售渠道,引入机绣完善羌绣产业化模式,实现羌绣的数字化保护与传承。 相似文献
