摘 要:提出了一种基于UG/Motion构建重型货车主副弹簧悬架动力学仿真分析系统的新方法,并应用该方法开发出了相应的软件原型系统。基于两自由度1/4车辆虚拟样机模型,原型系统的仿真分析模块可方便、快捷的实现虚拟样机模型主要设计参数的修改及基于谐波叠加法各种标准等级时域路面不平度的模拟生成。仿真分析模块通过调用UG/Motion集成的RecurDyn解算器来获取仿真分析结果,通过集成Matlab的绘图功能对分析结果进行输出查看;系统的遗传优化设计模块以整个载荷范围内悬挂质量加速度均方根值最小为目标函数,可对悬架的阻尼系数、主副弹簧刚度比和临界载荷比进行了动力学优化。通过一个设计实例验证了原型系统构建的正确性及遗传优化设计模块的有效性。 相似文献

基于匹配追踪的稀疏分解方法原理简单,在工程实际中应用广泛,但其计算量大,重构精度也不够理想。针对此问题,利用水下目标回波信号的块稀疏特性,提出了水下目标回波的块信号稀疏分解方法。首先基于水下目标回波和块稀疏信号的基本理论,结合回波信号仿真结果,分析了水下目标回波信号的块稀疏特性;然后,充分考虑回波信号本身的稀疏结构,利用信号分块和原子分块的思想,针对水下目标回波提出了块信号的稀疏分解和块匹配追踪重构算法,并从理论上对其计算复杂度进行了分析;最后,采用仿真实验的方式,与传统方法进行对比。结果表明,该方法大大减少了计算量,提高了重构精度。 相似文献

This paper deals with the issue of reconfiguring mesh-connected processor arrays (mesh arrays) in the presence of faulty processors. For massively parallel systems, it has become necessary to develop built-in self-reconfigurable systems that can automatically reconfigure partially faulty systems. Many reconfiguration methods have been proposed to date; however, most of them are not suitable for self-reconfiguration. In this paper, we propose a self-reconfiguration method based on simple column bypass and south directional rerouting schemes. This proposal offers the combined advantages of high probability of successful reconfiguration, low hardware overhead, and simplicity of implementation. A switching mechanism, which can determine the desired switch functions automatically using the states of neighboring processors, makes the implementation of our method easier. Simulated results show that the proposed method achieves a higher system yield than that of previous methods with half the number of redundant switches and interconnections. The prototype system of self-reconfigurable mesh arrays is implemented using a field-programmable gate array (FPGA) and the hardware overhead is discussed. 相似文献

This paper discusses how joint clearance influences robot end effector positioning accuracy and a robot accuracy analysis approach based on a virtual prototype is proposed. First, a 5-DOF( Degree of freedom) neurosurgery robot was introduced. Then we built its virtual prototype, made movement planning and measured the manipulator tip accuracy, through which this robot accuracy portrait was obtained. Finally,in order to validate the robot accuracy analysis approach which is based on a virtual prototype, the result was compared with that from a model built by robot forward kinematics and robot differential kinematics.The robot accuracy analysis approach presented in this paper gives a new way to enhance robot design quality, and help to optimize the control and programming of the robot. 相似文献

目的研究先进设计技术平台的构成、包装机械虚拟样机的开发过程。方法采用先进设计技术与工具,规划平台建设方案,建设数字设计、数字仿真、数字测量、数字制造等4个模块构成的先进设计技术平台,制定设计型教学实践项目7个、综合型教学实践项目4个、自主型教学实践项目3个。结合实际研究课题,以打包机上砖装置为例,通过方案设计与3D建模,虚拟样机机构与运动建模,虚拟样机仿真求解,虚拟样机仿真优化等4个步骤,完成虚拟样机开发,并投入实际生产。结果先进设计技术平台在数字设计与仿真、数字测量与制造等2个方面能有效地支持教学和科研。结论平台能够训练研究生掌握先进设计技术与工具,培养其产品创新思维和创新能力。虚拟样机是促进产品创新的有效技术与方法,能提高产品开发质量、缩短产品开发周期。 相似文献

The three-axis servo system with the core of gyro stabilization is the foundation to realize its function,and a key technology of the seeker devolopment. In order to reduce the costs,improve the efficiency of research and devolopment,a new method that instead of physical prototype by virtual prototype was proposed. Adams and MATLAB / simulink are used to establish the mechanical dynamics model and controller model of the three-axis servo system. The simulation data which was processed and analyzed is compared with test data,to determine the control parameters of the virtual prototype and improve the accuracy of the model,and test the multiple condition simulation,which can provide a reference for practical production. This research is intended to develop a suspension parameter optimization approach based on a virtual prototype surrogate model of rail vehicles considering the coupling effects of suspension parameters. In order to analyze the effects on the dynamic indexes, which were affected by the suspension parameters, a virtual prototype model of a rail vehicle was established. The indexes of lateral ride quality and motion stability were obtained under different combinations of suspension parameters by design of experiment and simulation of virtual prototype. For constructing objective function of multi-objective optimization model for suspension parameters, the suspension parameters that have significant effects on ride quality and motion stability simultaneously were taken as the design variables, and thereafter Kriging models of lateral ride quality index, derailment coefficient, and reduction ratio of wheel load were obtained. On this basis, the multi-objective optimization model of suspension parameters was established, in which the objective function was combined with the three Kriging models. Then, the Pareto optimal solution set and concrete value of suspension parameters were sought using the NSGA-II algorithm. The dynamic simulation results indicated that both ride quality and motion stability of the rail vehicle had been improved after the multi-objective optimization of suspension parameters. 相似文献

数控机床是一种重要的技术装备。为提高数控机床的设计水平和能力,在数控机床的设计开发过程中需要引入新的技术和设计手段。为把虚拟样机技术应用到数控机床设计开发的工程实践中,基于虚拟样机的概念讨论了数控机床虚拟样机的具体实现过程,分析比较了实现该过程的分布式软件平台和UG集成软件平台的特点。以数控铣床新产品开发为例,研究了UG集成环境下数控机床虚拟样机的构建与仿真过程,包括数字模型与装配、运动仿真、结构分析以及在虚拟样机上的加工仿真,给出了相应的示例。研究表明,应用UG的各功能模块可以有效地构建数控机床的虚拟样机并对其进行全面的仿真,使所设计的数控机床得到全面优化,为数控机床的开发设计提供了一种可行的先进方法。 相似文献

基于虚拟样机技术和可靠性分析理论,研究了某飞机内襟翼机构动态响应的可靠性.首先,采用有限元分析软件Patran和动力学分析软件ADAMS建立了刚柔耦合的内襟翼机构虚拟样机,并进行了动态仿真,得到了给定外载荷下襟翼机构保持规定运动规律所需的驱动力随时间变化的规律.其次,分析了滑轨、滚轮尺寸及气动载荷具有随机不确定性且丝杆最大驱动力为定值情况下的襟翼动态卡滞可靠性,通过对运动时域中功能随机过程的极小化变换,用矩方法和随机响应面法对极小化的功能随机函数统计分布规律进行了近似,编程实现了襟翼机构卡滞失效概率的求解,为襟翼运动机构的可靠性设计提供了一种可行方法. 相似文献

根据三维测量系统要求设计了中刀结构和轴承结构方案,为便于通过试验手段比较这2种方案的性能优劣,对试验样机提出了各种设计要求。制订了具体的虚拟设计流程,基于Pro/E软件建立了参数化实体模型,循环进行了有限元静力学分析和重心坐标计算等。设计了试验样机的具体结构,分析表明设计结果符合试验样机的各种要求。虚拟设计技术的应用显著提高了设计质量和效率,简化了分析计算过程。该设计流程为其他试验样机的设计提供了参考。 相似文献
