In this paper,deep grove ball bearing GB6206 has been chosen as research object,and the explicit dynamics analysis method in ANSYS / LS-DYNA has been used to study features of fault bearing which with a tiny pit in the inner ring raceway. In the process of building this bearing FEM,the following parameters have been well considered,such as boundary conditions,friction,contaction,loads and so on. Through simulation,the corresponding equivalent stress nephograms and acceleration of nodes on the inner ring raceway has been obtained. According to features of acceleration which occurs neighbor to fault pit,bearing' s fault diagnosis has been realized. The fault coverage for digital system in nuclear power plants is evaluated using a simulated fault injection method. Digital systems have numerous advantages, such as hardware elements share and hardware replication of the needed number of independent channels. However, the application of digital systems to safety-critical systems in nuclear power plants has been limited due to reliability concerns. In the reliability issues, fault coverage is one of the most important factors. In this study, we propose an evaluation method of the fault coverage for safety-critical digital systems in nuclear power plants. The system under assessment is a local coincidence logic processor for a digital plant protection system at Ulchin nuclear power plant units 5 and 6. The assessed system is simplified and then a simulated fault injection method is applied to evaluate the fault coverage of two fault detection mechanisms. From the simulated fault injection experiment, the fault detection coverage of the watchdog timer is 44.2% and that of the read only memory (ROM) checksum is 50.5%. Our experiments show that the fault coverage of a safety-critical digital system is effectively quantified using the simulated fault injection method. 相似文献

It has been shown that the finite element method which utilizes the joint element for representing the fault plane is a promising tool to analyse the fault rupture process and to predict the near field ground motion. In such analyses, however, the spatial distribution of stress and strength along the fault must be known and has been assumed to be deterministic. Then, as a next step of the analysis, the spatial distribution of stress and strength on the fault are considered to be random variables and the effects of spatial variation are discussed by making use of the Monte Carlo simulation and the first-order approximation method. 相似文献

A circular logic or a logical loop is defined as the infinite circulation of supporting relations due to their mutual dependencies among the systems in the fault tree analysis. While many methods to break the circular logic have been developed and used in the fault tree quantification codes, the general solution for a circular logic is not generally known as yet. This paper presents an analytic solution for circular logics in which the systems are linearly interrelated with each other. To formulate the analytic solution, the relations among systems in the fault tree structure are described by the Boolean equations. The solution is, then, obtained from the successive substitutions of the Boolean equations, which is equivalent to the attaching processes of interrelated system's fault tree to a given fault tree. The solution for three interrelated systems and their independent fault tree structures are given as an example. 相似文献

A new method for power system reliability analysis using the fault tree analysis approach is developed. The method is based on fault trees generated for each load point of the power system. The fault trees are related to disruption of energy delivery from generators to the specific load points. Quantitative evaluation of the fault trees, which represents a standpoint for assessment of reliability of power delivery, enables identification of the most important elements in the power system. The algorithm of the computer code, which facilitates the application of the method, has been applied to the IEEE test system. The power system reliability was assessed and the main contributors to power system reliability have been identified, both qualitatively and quantitatively. 相似文献

The improved method has been presented for knowledge reduction in rough sets (R-S) theory, when R-S is used to model the information expression of oil and vibration diagnosis. Therefore, the typical fault simulation tests of rolling bearings have been made, and the application method of R-S has been also analysed in this paper. The diagnosis model of holding rack fault in rolling bearing was presented based on the improved reduction method.
