研究了基于平行激光幕大面积弹着点坐标测试方法.以半导体激光线发生器为光源,用长焦距消球差的柱面菲涅耳透镜形成平行激光幕单元,通过多个平行激光幕单元的无缝拼接可形成大面积靶面.由于平行激光幕单元内沿宽度方向通量密度呈高斯分布,一定直径的弹丸通过光幕的不同横向位置时探测器获取信号不同,因此可根据信号的幅值来细分平行激光幕单元宽度范围内弹着点的位置.通过口径为7.62mm的实弹射击试验验证了细分方法的可行性.结果表明了该系统有足够的灵敏度能获取小目标的过靶信号;在10 m长靶面的试验系统中测量坐标值与弹孔测量坐标值差值的标准差为5.16 mm. 相似文献

本文主要对光幕性能测试的探测光幕靶、密集度靶等光幕面内光能分布情况(光强度、一致性、均匀性)系统主要是为研究更大规模的光幕靶和密集度靶提供必要的数据准备和理论基础的。研制出用于的测试仪器。光幕光能量数学模型的建立和光幕性能测试软件是非常重要的。为了了解其功能对光幕发光的情况,利用VisualC++6.0开发工具设计了一个光幕性能测试系统软件,实现了光能分布情况的采集和处理。主要从数学建模及软件设计两部分着重介绍了该系统的设计过程。测试结果表明,基本符合理论分析的光场能量计算公式,为光幕性能测试系统提供了可靠的数据和软件支持,提高了光幕性能测试系统的质量。 相似文献

针对弹道散布范围大或被测飞行物体尺寸大的测速场合,介绍了一种实现大面积有效靶区激光光幕速度测量的方法.采用圆弧柱面反射镜及置于其两共轭点上的半导体激光二极管和大面积光敏器件形成大面积有效光幕区.当高速飞行物体穿越激光光幕时,光通量的变化被转变为电信号并采集到计算机进行数据处理.文中对圆弧柱面反射镜所引起的像差及有效光幕区内的光功率密度的分布进行了建模分析;利用有效光幕区为900 mm×900 mm及500 mm×500 mm的系统分别对5.6 mm弹丸穿越动物及某大口径弹丸的速度进行了测试,并给出了试验波形及测试数据.试验表明,该测速系统具有有效光幕区面积大、灵敏度高、响应速度快、工作可靠的优点. 相似文献

New types of lens-less two-photon ghost imaging experiments are described that can also be useful for 3D X-ray imaging. In these experimental setups, a CCD array is placed facing a chaotic light source and gated by a photon counting detector that simply counts all randomly reflected photons from an object. A “ghost” image of the object is then observed from the gated CCD. A ghost image of an object can even be observed when the photon path to the photon counting device is obscured. These interesting demonstrations are not only useful for practical applications, such as X-ray lens-less imaging, but are also important from a fundamental point of view. These demonstrations lead to insight regarding the nonclassical two-photon interference nature of thermal light ghost imaging. 相似文献

目的对于人工进行压缩机滑片计数烦琐的问题,基于机器视觉技术和PLC设计一种对压缩机滑片自动计数的算法和装置。方法采用工业相机及大功率LED灯设计视觉装置,并利用PLC作为流水线控制器,与视觉计算机通过TCP通信。基于图像处理技术设计自动计数算法,首先对相机采集的箱装滑片图像裁剪出感兴趣区域并进行滤波、直方图均衡化、形态学处理、自适应阈值分割来增强图像对比度;然后对图像空洞进行填充、较大的噪声斑块去除后使用thin算法对粘连紧密的滑片细化处理,通过水平投影法绘制直方图找出切割位置;最后进行连通域分析确定滑片数目,并设计用户界面显示计数结果和系统状态。结果通过现场多次测试,整体系统运行流畅,不受外界光照影响,计数准确高效。在一天内不同时间段测试,平均每次计数时间为7.6 s,准确率达到99.83%。结论投影法的应用解决了密集粘连的分割难题,该方法对环境适应性强,对滑片可稳定准确地进行自动计数,在滑片实际批量生产包装中具有明显应用优势。 相似文献

Reducing the time necessary to acquire information is highly desirable in almost every context. Ghost imaging is no exception, which is very time consuming due to its scanning nature and low light levels innate to quantum experiments. This work aimed to reduce the time required to reconstruct the image whilst maintaining quality. In doing so, we followed two complementary approaches: one varying the experimental parameters, and another implementing computational processing. We defined a performance measure based on the image reconstruction time and its resemblance to the original object, and determined that the use of image processing and recognition algorithms offers major improvements in temporal efficiency. Importantly, if the main purpose of imaging is solely object recognition, low resolution mask patterns give better results, whereas higher resolution patterns yield better resolved images, at the expense of time. We believe this work will pique interest in the ghost and single-pixel imaging communities. 相似文献

目的解决目前数粒机只能计数不能同时分拣残损药粒的问题。方法设计以Faster R-CNN深度神经网络为核心的药粒数粒机系统。在原有的数粒机基础之上,更换CCD线阵相机为面阵相机,以满足图像采集的需求,进一步使用图像分割和多线程技术加快图像处理速度。最终通过训练好的Faster R-CNN网络检测出目标并分拣。结果经过测试集的验证,正常药粒识别率达到了95.47%,残损药粒识别率达到了97.94%,单幅图像处理达到了65 ms的实时速度。结论该方法在传统的计数基础上很好地融合了先进的深度学习技术,实现了目标的自动分拣。 相似文献

An on-line computer system for measuring the deformation of a diffuse object with a speckle interferometer is presented. Methods for evaluating a speckle interferogram using digital image processing techniques are also discussed. The system consists of an interferometric optical setup and a computer-TV image processing facility. A speckle interferogram is generated arithmetically between two digitized speckle patterns before and after deformation of the object. The information about the deformation is extracted by two procedures in analyzing the interferogram: (a) automatic analysis using digital image processing techniques such as gray scale modification, linear spatial filtering, thresholding, and skeletoning; (b) man-machine interactive method for simple high-speed processing of the interferogram using a light pen. The determined fringe order numbers are interpolated and differentiated spatially to give strain, slope, and bending moment of the deformed object. A new method to record an image through a thick dynamic phase distorting medium by using a photorefractive LiNbO3 crystal is demonstrated. The method uses only one beam of light, the object light. By making use of the photorefractive fanning effect, gratings are formed in the LiNbO3 crystal through the interference between the object light and its own fanning light. Because the time scale of the distorting fluctuation is much shorter than the writing time of the LiNbO3 crystal, the fluctuated light does not induce any fanning. Therefore only the static portion of the image is recorded in the crystal, and the intensity distribution of the image can then be reconstructed at any later time. 相似文献

为提高细胞内产物的产量以及质量,结合机器视觉技术,在传统Hough图像识别算法以及现有的细胞破碎装置的基础上进行改进,提出了一种应用于细胞破碎的智能监测计数系统的设计方案。该方案以光学放大电路、CCD图像传感电路为硬件平台,辅以机器视觉技术、图像处理算法实现对细胞破碎过程的图像监测及计数统计。在线实验监测表明,该智能监测计数系统能够完成对细胞破碎的统计计数,其识别速度相对于标准的Hough图像识别算法提高了近10倍,并能实时捕捉细胞破碎图像,可应用于细胞破碎产物的自动化提取。 相似文献

In this study, a modulated light detecting smart CMOS image sensor is presented. The design has the ability to sense asynchronous signals transmitted from electronic markers such as flashing light emitting diodes (LEDs) tagged on moving objects. The geometric centre of the detected region is returned as the output result. With the presented sensor, object localisation and position detection functions are simplified, performed at higher speeds in real time and power requirement is reduced. The sensor in-pixel processing filters out the background image data, detects the modulated marker regions and projects the extracted region on the two axes, while the geometric centre extraction units placed at each axis identify the coordinates assigned to the marker. The design presents less sensitivity to object texture compared with techniques based on edge extraction or binarisation. The sensor has been designed as a 64 x 64 pixel VLSI CMOS chip in the 0.35 μm standard CMOS technology and analysed in the presence of mismatches and noise. Issues such as sensor array scalability, speed and power dissipation are also examined in this study and features of the sensor are reported and compared with some previous designs. 相似文献
