为提高风险评估结果的准确性,确保评估结果能够准确反映真实风险事件,该文开展基于人工智能技术的司法大数据应用风险评估方法设计研究,根据基于人工智能技术获取的风险因素动态关联规则、司法大数据应用风险显著性因素计分以及司法大数据应用风险量化等信息提出了一种全新的评估方法。对比试验的方式,将2种评估方法应用到相同的司法大数据信息管理平台中,对其评估结果进行分分析,可知新评估方法的评估结果与实际情况完全一致,准确性极高,应用该评估方法可以为司法大数据信息管理平台提供数据保障。 相似文献

The paper details the integration of a method for the analysis of interlock systems with a software support system for HAZOP analysis.The proposed software aims to enhance the potential of HAZOP in terms of depth and efficiency of the analysis. This enhancement is reached through the continuation of the hazard and operability analysis, limited to a group of events which may hold high risks for the plant and/or surrounding environment.The analysis technique of the emergency interlock systems and other plant protection measures proposed by the Center for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS) of the American Institution of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) has been assumed as a starting point.The system carries out interactively HAZOP analysis of a plant and identifies the presence of possible interlock actions through the analysis of the plant P & I diagram and then visualises the individual interlock systems starting the design phase in which it is possible to analyse and change interactively the single interlocks systems, in order to obtain the required reliability. 相似文献

In a recent study by Gurnani (1983), ‘Economic analysis of inventory systems’, three main conclusions were presented. (1) The inventory models analysed in his paper demonstrate that the inventory policy derived from the discounted (PW) coat differs substantially from that given by the traditional undiscounted inventory analysis. (2) The difference between the two depends upon the discounting rate. The discounting causes the optimum order quantity and correspondingly the period length to vary monotonically with the discounting rate. (3) However, it is not influenced by the inventory system planning horizon. This paper first examines each conclusion and demonstrates why his conclusions are either unfounded or irrelevant to his analysis. Next, some crucial derivational errors in his exposition are demonstrated via corrected formulations. Finally, a net present value maximizing framework that is consistent with modern theory of financial analysis, is suggested for the economic analysis of inventory systems. 相似文献

This article describes how the concept of multiresolution is used with cluster analysis of spectral data. Multiresolution analysis progressively increases the resolution of a spectrum profile by adding levels of details contained in scales obtained from a discrete wavelet transform. At each resolution level a cluster analysis is performed on all the spectra profiles in the data set. This allows the relating of changes in the cluster pattern to various broad and narrow features in the spectral data profiles. The analysis also provides an approximate location of the important features in the original wavenumber domain. 相似文献

Design and analysis techniques for computer experiments have been largely developed. However, empirical emulators generated based on experimental data usually fail to incorporate physical principles and dimensional constraints the computer model follows. In this article, we propose a new design and analysis framework based on dimensional analysis (DA), a widely used reduction technique in physics and engineering. We show that implementing DA in computer experiments is efficient, scalable, interpretable, robust and costless. We demonstrate the benefits and improvement in details by theoretical derivations and numerical examples of the borehole model and the damped harmonic oscillation. 相似文献

This tutorial reviews the recent computational advances in two-dimensional (2D) correlation spectroscopy, presents the theory, and provides examples applying 2D correlation analysis. Two-dimensional correlation analysis is a method for visualizing the relationships among the variables in multivariate data and their temporal behavior by applying the complex cross-correlation function. This function measures correlations that occur at the same rate or frequency with respect to the data acquisition time. The complex cross-correlation function yields real and imaginary components that contain information about the phase behavior of the variables. The real component provides information about mutually dependent in-phase variations. Variations that occur out-of-phase (with time lags or leads) are given by the imaginary component. Two-dimensional correlation analysis is a general analysis method that can be used for the treatment of data from a variety of applications including image, distribution, environmental, and kinetic analysis. 相似文献

Simulation sensitivity analysis is an issue faced by simulation practitioners analyzing complex systems. This paper presents steady-state simulation expected response gradient and Hessian estimators, using harmonic analysis. These estimators exploit the orthogonality of the harmonic basis and require just one simulation run, independent of the number of input parameters. Convergence properties and implementation issues for the estimators are discussed. Examples are included to illustrate the performance of the estimators. 相似文献
