针对丙烯腈(AN)和丙烯酸氨基酯(F)二元溶液共聚合体系,借助于红外光谱的特征峰吸光度比,测定其共聚物组成,用Mayo-Lewis微分组成方程计算竞聚率。将两种单体的均聚物共混作标样,绘制A1/A2~m/n标准曲线,由共聚物中两特征峰的吸光度比计算组成,得到合理的竞聚率值为r1=0.7015,r2=2.3735。  相似文献

通过聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)与马来酸酐反应制备具有双端基活性的聚乙二醇单甲醚单马来酸酯(MPEGMA)。利用POM研究了MPEG和MPEGMA的结晶形态,结果表明MPEG和MPEGMA都存在十字消光现象,但两者结晶形态存在差别。用DSC技术研究了非等温结晶动力学,用Jeziorny法和Mo法描述了MPEG和MPEGMA非等温结晶动力学,研究表明随降温速率的增大,两种材料的结晶速率均增大;MPEG的端羟基与马来酸酐发生酯化反应完成端基转化后,MPEG原有的分子运动受到抑制,导致端基转化产物MPEGMA的结晶速率降低,MPEGMA与MPEG结晶成核方式和生长机理产生差异。  相似文献

以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)为单体,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备了AMPS/DMAEMA水凝胶,考察了样品水凝胶在外加直流电场刺激下的消溶胀动力学和弯曲行为.结果表明,DMAEMA单体含量和施加电压大小对水凝胶的电敏感性能有着显著影响.用一级动力学方程能够较好地描述水凝胶在接触电压刺激下的消溶胀过程.在非接触电压刺激下,单体摩尔比,n(AMPS):n(DMAEMA)=9:1的水凝胶向负极弯曲;单体摩尔比n(AMPS):n(DMAEMA)=5:5的水凝胶向正极弯曲;单体摩尔比n(AMPS):n(DMAEMA)=7:3的水凝胶随着非接触电压的增大,出现先向负极弯曲,后向正极弯曲的现象.  相似文献

以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,在N2气氛中,70℃时采用自由基溶液聚合法进行了丙烯腈(AN)和N-乙烯基咪唑(VIM)的共聚合反应。采用核磁共振氢谱对不同单体投料比条件下得到的P(AN-co-VIM)的组成进行了测定。分别用F-R法、K-T法计算了2种单体的竞聚率。结果为F-R法r1=0.12,r2=0.61;K-T法r1=0.14,r2=0.67。  相似文献

采用熔融缩聚法制备了一种新型可降解的6-氨基己酸(6N)和β-丙氨酸(βA)的二元共聚物(PAA),并研究了该共聚物的性能。采用红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)等手段对其结构进行了表征,结果表明,所合成的材料是2种单体的聚酰胺共聚物;随β-丙氨酸含量的增加,共聚物的结晶度、熔融温度呈先减小后增大的趋势,而分解温度呈依次减小的趋势,当共聚物中2种单体摩尔比为1∶1时,其为无定形共聚物。共聚物在去离子水中的降解实验结果表明,材料具有良好的降解性能;不同单体比例合成的共聚物中,共聚物的降解速率与共聚物的结晶度成反比,当聚合物中2种单体摩尔比为1∶1时,聚合物的降解速度最快,2周后几乎完全降解;整个降解过程中,降解液的pH值都维持在相对稳定的水平。在环保方面,该材料可望有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

目的建立不同品种葛根中葛根索及总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,以甲醇一水(32:68)为流动相,检测波长为250nmiN葛根素含量;紫外分光光度法测柴葛、粉葛中总黄酮含量。结果葛根素峰分离度提高,峰形改善;葛根素0.204~2.04μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),回收率为98.7%(n=5),精密度RSD=0.86%。总黄酮浓度在4.08~16.32μg/ml范围内与吸收度线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。结论该法灵敏,准确、简便易行,重复性好,可用于中药葛根药材及饮片的质量控制。  相似文献

利用Kelen—Tudos方法测算丙烯腈(AN)与N—乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)自由基共聚合单体竞聚率,研究了不同反应体系对单体竞聚率的影响。结果发现:在水相悬浮聚合体系中,转化率小于18%时,两单体的竞聚率同DMS0均相溶液聚合结果相近;转化率较大时,同容液聚合结果偏差较大。H2O/DMS0混合溶剂悬浮聚合时,当水含量超过60%(质量比)后,单体竞聚率向水相悬浮聚合结果靠近。溶剂的极性增大,rAN与rNVP值均减小。随反应温度升高,共聚反应向理想共聚方向进行。  相似文献

通过荧光探针研究了丙烯酰胺(AM)-苯乙烯衍生物(STD)-2-甲基-2-丙烯酰胺基丙磺酸钠(NaAMPS)共聚物(PASA)在溶液中的疏水缔合作用。结果表明.PASA在淡水和盐水中均具有强的疏水缔合效应,盐的加入使疏水缔合结构更紧密。0.3g/dL PASA在淡水和盐水中的I1/I3值分别为1.23和1.05。环境扫描电镜(ESEM)的研究结果表明,0.05g/dL PASA在淡水中已形成了连续的物理交联网络,使其具有优异的增粘能力。盐的加入破坏了交联网络结构,形成紧密的球形、椭球形和棒状聚集体,使溶液粘度下降。  相似文献

采用溶液聚合和反相微乳液聚合两种方法对丙烯酰胺(AM)、(2-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)三甲基氯化铵(MADQUAT)在较低单体浓度下进行共聚合。计算得出两种方法中单体AM、MADQUAT的竞聚率,溶液中rAM=0.30,rMADQUAT=1.31;微乳液中rAM=0.63,rMADQUAT=1.12。并用测得的竞聚率数据,通过计算机程序计算了共聚物的瞬时组成、平均组成,在研究溶液和微乳液中共聚物的组成及序列分布的差异时,发现微乳液聚合得到的聚合物的平均组成更均一。  相似文献

The properties of hydrophobically associating copolymer P(acrylamide (AM)/2-phenoxylethylacrylate (POEA)), composed of acrylamide and a small amount of POEA (≤ 1.0 mol.%) as hydrophobe, were investigated in aqueous solution under various conditions. The results showed that the solution properties were strongly affected by the microstructure of copolymer. The copolymers (BP series) with hydrophobic microblocky structure exhibited large viscosity enhancement due to the inter-molecular hydrophobic association, while that did not occur for the random copolymers (RP series). The hydrophobic association thickening behaviors were also remarkably dependent on the number and length of the hydrophobic block in polymer chain. Nonlinear viscosity relationship was found as increasing hydrophobe content and SMR (surfactant/hydrophobic monomer molar ratio), and a maximum appeared at the middle position as a result of the competitive effect between inter- and intra- molecular hydrophobic associations. Solution properties were further studied as a function of the polymer concentration, salinity, temperature and shear rate. The block copolymers show high salt tolerance and shear thinning as well as recovery after shear.  相似文献

采用自由基水溶液共聚法制备了丙烯酰胺/N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮二元共聚物(AM/NVP),使用旋转黏度计测定了共聚物水溶液的表观黏度,详细研究了聚合物浓度、聚合物组成、电解质浓度、温度、剪切速率、表面活性荆浓度等因素对聚合物溶液表观黏度的影响。结果表明,丙烯酰胺/N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮二元共聚物的水溶液具有一定的疏水缔合作用,聚合物溶液具有一定的耐温性和耐盐性。  相似文献

Effect of copolymerization systems on monomer apparent reactivity ratios for copolymer of acrylonitrile with acrylamide was studied for contrast. Values of monomer apparent reactivity ratios were calculated by Kelen-Tudos method. It has been found that the apparent reactivity ratios in aqueous suspension polymerization system were similar to those in solution polymerization system at polymerization conversion less than 18% [reactivity ratio of acrylonitrile (rAN) = 0.398± 0.004, reactivity ratio of acrylamide (rAM) = 2.61± 0.02]. As conversion of more than 60%, the changes of monomer apparent reactivity ratios become less prominent (rAN = 0.651± 0.008, rAM = 1.98± 0.01). In water-rich reaction medium [(H2O/dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) > 80/20), monomer apparent reactivity ratios were approximately equivalent to those in aqueous suspension polymerization system. In DMSO-rich reaction medium (DMSO/H2O > 80/20), apparent reactivity ratios were similar to those in solution polymerization system. With an increase of polarity of solvent, values of apparent reaction ratios both decreased. The values of apparent reaction ratios gradually tend to 1 with increasing the copolymerization temperature.  相似文献

采用自由基胶束聚合法合成了新型的2-甲基-2-丙烯酰胺基丙磺酸钠(NaAMPS)/N-乙烯基己内酰胺(VCL)/二乙烯苯(DVB)温敏缔合共聚物(PAVD)。用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)、元素分析和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)确定了PAVD的分子结构和重均分子量;研究了共聚物溶液的温敏增稠特性,并进一步考察了共聚物质量浓度、盐浓度等因素对其温敏增稠性能的影响。结果表明,当共聚物溶液达到一定浓度时,其具有优良的温敏增稠性,且增稠效果随共聚物质量浓度及外加盐浓度的增加而增强。抗老化实验结果表明,PAVD在80℃时具有优良的耐温抗老化性能。  相似文献

以单电子转移活性自由基聚合(SET-LRP)法,在水溶液中合成含纳米二氧化硅的新型星形水溶性共聚物,研究了单体、引发剂、催化剂、配体和改性纳米SiO2功能单体(NSFM)用量、单体摩尔比等条件对聚合反应的影响。采用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对制备的丙烯酰胺共聚物进行表征。结果表明,NSFM成功地参与了单电子转移活性自由基聚合反应中。通过正交试验确定了聚合反应的最佳物料摩尔比,即n(AM)∶n(AANa)∶n(Gly-Br3)∶n(CuBr)∶n(Me6TREN)=1687.5∶562.5∶1.0∶2.3∶1.5,[AM]+[AANa]+[NSFM]总浓度为4.5mol/L;单因素实验确定了NSFM的最佳用量为单体总质量的0.5%。用流变仪对共聚物的性能进行了研究。结果表明,当剪切速率超过临界值(100s-1)时,星形共聚物表现出剪切增稠的流变性能;P(AM-co-AANa-co-VTS-SiO2)表现出较好的耐温和抗盐性。  相似文献
