采用ESCA、Molau实验、SEM、DSC、DMA、抽滤分析、FT-IR和拉抻应力-应弯曲线,研究了紫外线辐照HDPE/PA6共混物的界面相互作用机理。结果表明,紫外线辐照下,HDPE分子链上引入C=O、COOH、-OH、-OOH、-C-O-等极性基因;在与PA6熔融共混过程中, 的C=O、COOH等基团与PA6分子我寂的酰胺基或端胺基发生化学反应,生成HDPE-PA6共聚物。共聚物的形成增强了 相似文献

采用DSC、WAXD、元素分析、FT-IR、ESCA、GPC、交联度和密度测定,研究了紫外线辐照了HDPE的结晶结构及化学结构变化。结果表明,紫外线辐照后,HDPE的熔融温度降低、熔融热焓升高、结晶度增大、晶胞结构未发生变化;HDPE分子甸主了COOH、C=O、C-O、OOH、OH等含氧官能团,分子量降低,分子量分布加宽,基本无交联发生。 相似文献

采用IR、SEM、DSC和拉伸应力-应变曲线研究了紫外线辐照HDPE/PA6的相容性,结果表明,随紫外线辐照时间的增长,HDPE分子链上引入C=O-C-O-等极性基团明显增加;PA6的粒径减小,与基体间界面作用加强;两组分玻璃化温度差(T_(g,PA6)-T_(g,HDPE))减小;共混物拉伸应力-应变曲线上出现屈服点及拉伸冷流塑性形变。当辐照时间达144h后,由于HDPE热稳定性明显变差,共混物韧性突降,拉伸应力-应变曲线上未出现屈服点。 相似文献

Open rings of multi-walled carbon nanotubes were stacked to form porous networks on a poly(ethylene terephthalate) substrate to form a flexible conducting film (MWCNT-PET) with good electrical conductivity and transparency by a combination of ultrasonic atomization and spin-coating technique. To enhance the electric flexibility, we spin-coated a cast film of poly(vinyl alcohol) onto the MWCNT-PET substrate, which then underwent a thermo-compression process. Field-emission scanning electron microscopy of the cross-sectional morphology illustrates that the film has a robust network with a thickness of ~ 175 nm, and it remarkably exhibits a sheet resistance of approximately 370 Ω/sq with ~ 77% transmittance at 550 nm even after 500 bending cycles. This electrical conductivity is much superior to that of other MWCNT-based transparent flexible films. 相似文献

Lithium cobalt phosphate (LiCoPO4) nanoparticles were synthesized using modified polyol process. Shape and size of LiCoPO4 nanoparticles were controlled by using poly (vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) stabilizer. Coating of carbon over the LiCoPO4 nanoparticles was done using the resin coating process to enhance its conductivity. XRD and FTIR results respectively confirm the crystalline phase and structure of pure and carbon coated LiCoPO4 nanoparticles. SEM-EDX results confirm size and shape and also the presence of carbon over LiCoPO4 nanoparticles. Electrical conductivity of pure and carbon coated LiCoPO4 nanoparticles were evaluated by analyzing the measured impedance data using the win fit software. More than three orders of conductivity enhancement was observed in carbon coated LiCoPO4 nanoparticles when compared to pure ones. Further, transport properties like temperature dependence conductivity, AC conductivity, dielectric constant and electric modulus studies were made to find out the bulk and relaxation properties of LiCoPO4 nanoparticles. 相似文献

The electric conductivity of transparent plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) films with thicknesses about 30–50 μm has
been studied in electric fields with strengths significantly below the breakdown level. It is established that the PVC films
exhibit spontaneous reversible transitions between two stable states—with high and relatively low conductivities, in which
the bulk resistivity amounts to ∼103 and 106 Ω m, respectively. Relaxation current-voltage characteristics have been measured in a continuous regime, which allowed the
Debye relaxation processes to be taken into consideration and effects related to the nonlinearity and transitions between
indicated states to be separated. A regime with deterministic switching between the two conducting states has been observed.

A microfluidic electroporator operating under a continuous low dc voltage (7 to approximately 15 V) is reported. The proposed electroporation microchip exploits the ionic conductivity of polyelectrolytic gel electrodes to precisely control the electric field that is applied to cells without bubble generation in the microchannel. In this study, pDADMAC (poly diallyldimethylammonium chloride) was used to efficiently apply the electric potential difference to the cells in the microchannels. Impedance analysis showed that the pDADMAC plugs could work as ionic conductors with a conductivity of approximately 16 S m(-1). In accordance with the calculation using CFD-ACE, an input voltage of only 10 V could generate an electric field of 0.9 kV cm(-1) across the microchannel; this meets the requirements for electropermeation. The electropermeation of K562 human chronic leukemia cells was observed in the microchip from 7 V, and the efficiency increased up to 60% upon the application of an input voltage of 15 V with a viability of 80%. An amount of 10(5) cells could be transfected every minute under a constant potential difference. The transfection and expression of DNA plasmids were also successfully demonstrated in the suspension cell line. 相似文献

In this paper, we doped p-type conductivity dehydrated nanotubed titanic acid (DNTA) into insulator polymer poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA). The electric properties of this nanocomposite were investigated. The photoluminescence efficiency of fluorescent dye 4-(dicyanomethylene)-2-t-butyl-6(1,1,7,7-tetramethyljulolidyl-9-enyl)-4H-pyran (DCJTB) in PMMA matrix was enhanced by doping with DNTA. Moreover, screen effect by DNTA with high permittivity caused the emission from DCJTB to be blue-shifted. 相似文献
