为研究需求和回收品质量模糊不确定环境下供应中断对再制造闭环供应链的影响,建立了系统总成本模型。运用模糊机会约束规划方法解决模型中不确定性问题,并采用遗传算法和粒子群算法来寻找算例的最优解。结果表明:在不同需求量和回收品质量的水平下企业成本有不同的变化;随着供应中断概率的增加,平均总成本也随之增加。因此,再制造企业在面临需求量和回收品质量模糊不确定的环境时,应尽量避免供应中断,制定符合企业发展的运作计划。  相似文献

The TOC (theory of constraint) supply chain replenishment system (TOC-SCRS), a replenishment method of the TOC supply chain solution, is now being implemented by a growing number of companies. In the application of the TOC-SCRS in a node of a supply chain, the replenishment frequency (RF) and replenishment lead time are the required parameters. Generally, the RF of a node depends on the public transportation schedule such as ship schedules or its private conveyor schedule. If this node is a plant, however, the RF depends on the setup frequency in this plant. Basically, the RF in a plant is determined by its sales or production quantity; when sales significantly increase, the RF in a plant needs to be elongated from a higher frequency (i.e. once a day) to a lower frequency (i.e. once every two or more days) due to the limited capacity. However, during the RF conversion periods, some products will be confronted with an inventory shortage problem. An evaluation and enhancement model is then proposed to release the inventory shortage occurrence during the RF conversion periods. A numeric case is also utilised to evaluate the application of the proposed model. Employing this proposed methodology will facilitate a plant to successfully implement an effective TOC-SCRS.  相似文献

This research describes in detail an application of theory of constraints (TOC) and its resulting benefits on the supply chain performance of India's largest lock manufacturing company over a period of seven years. Using TOC's thinking process, the core constraints that had limited the company's performance in the areas of production, distribution, supply group and projects were identified and eliminated. TOC's unique approach helped the company achieve a significant reduction in its finished goods, raw material and work-in-process inventories at various levels across the supply chain. The stock-outs and excess in the distribution system nearly disappeared. The existing lead times saw a drastic reduction while the availability of items increased to nearly 100% despite significant decrease in inventory levels in the supply chain. The inventory turns of the distributors and retailers more than tripled and their profitability increased significantly. The overall sales of the company grew nearly three times during the six years post TOC implementation. TOC's holistic approach helped the company to double its profits and improve its cash position during the Great Recession.  相似文献

While the global theory of constraints (TOC)-based measures of throughput, inventory and operating expense are well known, the literature on local measures of throughput dollar-days and inventory dollar-days (TDDs/IDDs) is sparse and inconclusive. This paper shows how adherence to these measures naturally puts a non-TOC company on a continuous improvement path by assisting in identification of the constraint and implementation of a drum–buffer–rope (DBR)-like system. Thus, by simulating a small company, this note highlights the relationship between TDD/IDD measures and a DBR system, which further promotes TOC principles. Ultimately, we provide future research avenues into the role these measures can play in the development of a holistic incentive system and the implementation of a DBR-like system across the supply chain network.  相似文献

Theory of constraints (TOC) views a company as a set of interdependent processes working in harmony to achieve the profit goal of the company as a whole, and thus it emphasizes total system performance over localized measures to guide operational decisions. This paper demonstrates the usefulness of employing TOCbased global performance measures to make operational-decisions (e.g. product mix, continuous improvement, inventory management, production planning and scheduling) to strengthen the internal supply chain in a relatively complex manufacturing environment, i.e. a job shop. An ARENA-based simulation model is presented and a number of scenarios are discussed that provide insights regarding the characteristic features of TOC, such as goals and necessary conditions, performance measures, five-focusing steps for continuous improvement, and drumbuffer-rope scheduling. These insights will assist managers in making important decisions regarding approaches to successful TOC implementations, and will provide academics with a broad range of future research opportunities.  相似文献

We propose a control method for the optical components of a dynamically reconfigurable optical platform, the ternary optical computer (TOC). The optical components are made of liquid-crystal cell arrays (LCCAs) and polarizers, so the control method is for generating the pilot signals of the LCCAs to meet user demands. In this work, we first briefly introduce the TOC theory, the modules in the TOC monitor system, and the addressing of these LCCAs. Then we focus on the method for generating the control information (CI) of optical components, i.e., the encoder and the operator in the TOC according to the operands and the information about the basic operating units needed by an operation. In addition, we define data structures, some of which store the information to generate the CI and others that mainly store the generated CI. Finally we provide an example to verify the proposed method and conduct an experiment to generate the LCCA CI. The results demonstrate the correctness and feasibility of the method.  相似文献

A new system has been developed for the determination of total organic carbon (TOC) and inorganic carbon (IC) or total inorganic carbon (TIC) in waters. Only nonvolatile organic compounds can be detected through the present method. The system presented in this work is based on the measurement of the carbon atomic emission intensity in inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). This way, the organic matter does not undergo any preoxidation step. A semiautomatic accessory connected to the spectrometer separates the different carbon fractions (i.e., organic and inorganic). Because most of the solutions used in the present work did not contain suspended solid particles, the actual parameter that was determined was the dissolved organic carbon (DOC). The present system exhibits good sensitivities compared to those provided by conventional TOC and IC determination methods. The limits of detection obtained in the present work have been 0.07 and 0.0007 mg/L C in terms of TOC and IC, respectively. Furthermore, the system is able to handle high-salt-content solutions. This fact suggests that it would be possible to analyze seawater samples, avoiding some of the problems encountered with conventional methods, such as system blocking or interferences. The TOC and IC values found for natural samples are very close to those measured using conventional methods. The ICP-AES method has been successfully used in two interesting applications: (i) monitoring the efficiency of a water treatment plant and (ii) determining the contents of dissolved carbon dioxide, on one hand, and that of carbonate and bicarbonate, on the other, in the same sample.  相似文献

基于某链轮车间生产系统的改善,通过价值流图析方法识别生产系统中存在的浪费,并利用TOC方法识别瓶颈资源,综合运用精益生产与改进型SLP、SHA的相关理论,探索了制造业生产系统设计改善的一般方法,并提出了具体建议。构建了Witness仿真模型,验证表明改善效果明显。提出的生产系统改善方案,对车间生产系统的改善具有积极的现实意义,并能够为同类型制造企业的车间生产系统改善提供一定参考。  相似文献
