钛合金是一种重要的结构材料,晶粒尺寸对其超塑性能有着显著的影响,细晶或超细晶是钛合金在低温或高应变速率条件下获得优异超塑性性能的重要组织条件.概述了国内外钛合金细晶超塑性技术的研究进展,介绍了目前常用的制备细晶钛合金的方法(如大塑性变形法及氢处理技术)及其超塑性性能,展望了钛合金细晶超塑性技术未来的发展趋势.通过晶粒的细化,钛合金超塑性能及成形效率得到了极大提高,有利于实际生产中降低工具损耗和生产成本,为钛合金超塑成形技术的进一步推广和应用奠定了基础.  相似文献

详细的对Ti3Al金属间化合物的超塑性研究进展状况进行了总结和评述.根据现有的研究结果可知,此类合金的最佳超塑性变形温度为940~980℃,最佳超塑性变形的应变速率为10-4~10-3s-1,其最大延伸率可达1500%左右,接近于普通钛合金的超塑性水平.Ti3Al金属间化合物超塑变形的主要机制是晶界滑动,失效的主要原因是空洞的形成和连接.针对已取得的研究成果和在目前研究中仍然存在的问题,提出了一些有关Ti3Al金属间化合物超塑性研究的看法.  相似文献

针对7B04铝合金开展了变形温度为470~530℃,应变速率为0.0003~0.01s~(-1)的高温超塑性拉伸实验,研究了材料的超塑性变形行为和变形机制。结果表明,7B04铝合金的流动应力随着变形温度的升高和应变速率的降低而逐渐减小,伸长率随之增加;在变形温度为530℃,应变速率为0.0003s~(-1)时,7B04铝合金的伸长率达到最大1105%,超塑性能最佳;应变速率敏感性指数m值均大于0.3,且随变形温度的升高而增加;在500~530℃的变形温度范围内,m值大于0.5,表明7B04铝合金超塑性变形以晶界滑动为主要变形机制;变形激活能Q为190kJ/mol,表明7B04铝合金的超塑性变形主要受晶内扩散控制;7B04铝合金超塑性变形中在晶界附近有液相产生,且适量的液相有利于提高材料的超塑性能。  相似文献

通过高温拉伸实验研究TC18钛合金在温度为720~950℃,初始应变速率为6.7×10~(-5)~3.3×10~(-1)s~(-1)时的超塑性拉伸行为和变形机制。结果表明:TC18钛合金在最佳超塑性变形条件下(890℃,3.3×10~(-4)s~(-1)),最大伸长率为470%,峰值应力为17.93MPa,晶粒大小均匀。在相变点Tβ(872℃)以下拉伸,伸长率先升高后下降,在温度为830℃,初始应变速率为3.3×10~(-4)s~(-1)时取得极大值373%,峰值应力为31.45MPa。TC18钛合金在两相区的超塑性变形机制为晶粒转动与晶界滑移,变形协调机制为晶内位错滑移与攀移;在单相区的超塑性变形机制为晶内位错运动,变形协调机制为动态回复和动态再结晶。  相似文献

目的 研究搅拌摩擦加工工艺改性的Ti–6Al–4V双相钛合金的超塑性变形行为。方法 对360 r/min、30 mm/min工艺条件下搅拌摩擦加工处理的TC4钛合金在不同的变形条件下进行超塑性拉伸实验,在实验数据的基础上构建以变形温度、应变速率和晶粒尺寸为输入参数且以峰值应力为输出参数的3–16–1结构的BP人工神经网络模型。应用所构建的BP人工神经网络模型对不同变形条件的Ti–6Al–4V钛合金的超塑性行为进行预测。结果 BP人工神经网络预测的精准度较高,实验应力值与预测应力值吻合度较高,相关系数R=0.991 3,相对误差为1.91%~12.48%,平均相对误差为5.92%。结论 该模型预测的准确性较高,能够客观真实地描述Ti–6Al–4V合金的超塑性变形行为。  相似文献

利用扫描电镜(SEM)和超塑性拉伸实验对一次热挤压加工成型的AZ61镁合金薄板(晶粒尺寸~12μm)超塑性变形特征进行了研究.结果显示,在最佳的变形温度(623K)和应变速率(1×10-4s-1)条件下,可获得的最大的超塑性形变量为920%.在523~673 K实验温度和1×10-2~1×10-5s-1应变速率范围内,材料的应变速率敏感指数(m值)随实验温度升高和应变速率的降低而增加.较高的m值(0.42~0.46)对应于晶界滑动机制(GBS),而较低的m值(0.22~0.25)则对应于位错滑移机制.变形温度和应变速率是影响超塑性变形量和变量机制的主要因素.  相似文献

研究表明,Zn-5Al超塑性合金的应变速率敏感指数m和超塑性变形激活能Q值和超塑性流动粘滞系数η可采用恒载荷蠕变法进行测定,在恒载荷变形条件下,应变速率敏感指数m随应变速率的增加而增大,超塑性流动的粘滞系数η随应变速率的增加而减小,超塑拉伸前对轧态试样进行保温处理时,由于通过回复和再结晶释放了合金中的储能,降低了超塑变形的动力,导致变形抗力增加而延伸率下降。  相似文献

采用应变速率循环法在超塑拉伸机上对TC4-DT钛合金进行三组高温超塑性拉伸实验,变形温度为850~890℃,应变速率为3.3×10-5~3.3×10-3s-1。通过对拉伸实验数据的分析计算出TC4-DT钛合金动态再结晶激活能,并利用Arrhenius模型构建TC4-DT高温条件下的超塑性本构方程。结果表明:TC4-DT钛合金的流动应力对变形温度较为敏感,随着温度的升高,流变应力逐渐减小,软化机制愈发明显,870℃附近的超塑性较好,伸长率达到554%。  相似文献

A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. The result of high-temperature diffusion experiment is the diffusion rate from molybdenum substrate to tungsten coating is faster.  相似文献

We studied a combined effect of the cryoprotectants both of lipid and carbohydrate origin at the presence of DMSO or without it on cell viability and the RNA synthesis in the embryonic mollusc and echinoderm cell cultures obtained at different developmental stages. Cryoprotective properties of exogenous lipids correlated with their thermotropic behavior. Lipid extracts from marine hydrobiontes, which thermal transitions are characterized by relatively small part of calorimetric thermogram area lying at temperatures above 0 °C (6–18%), were found to possess a considerable cryoprotective activity. The results are discussed in relation to the prediction of the cryoprotective activity of lipid extracts for marine animal cells. In addition, it was found that marine invertebrate cells can be cryopreserved without DMSO at the presence of trehalose and lipid extracts of some marine hydrobiontes.  相似文献

Pure silver is used extensively in the preparation of high-temperature superconductor wires, tapes, films, and other configurations in which the silver not only shields the superconducting material from the surrounding materials, but also provides a degree of flexibility and strain relief, as well as stabilization and low-resistance electrical contact. Silver is relatively expensive, but at this stage of superconductor development, its unique combination of properties seems to offer the only reasonable means of achieving usable lengths of conductor. In this role, the low-temperature physical (electrical, thermal, magnetic, optical) and mechanical properties of the silver all become important. ABSTRACT

The production of iron in Biscay (Basque Country, Spain) has been a hallmark of this territory of the North of the Iberian Peninsula throughout its history. The Archaeology team of the Basque Country Mining Museum has spent 13 years, so far, studying the origins of this activity through the evidences left at the old pre-hydraulic iron production workshops known as mountainside ironworks (ferrerías de monte) or haizeolak. It has catalogued 170 archaeometallurgical sites of this type in Biscay, and the archeological excavation of some of them has led to the knowledge of the different stages of the production process that took place in these workshops. The team has also experimentally reproduced the work carried out in a mountainside ironworks from the High Middle Ages, and it has currently started the characterization process of this type of activity through the study of the collected materials.  相似文献

As demands about environment protection are growing up, dry cutting technology is getting more and more concerns from all over the world. Main works performed here are study on dry cutting performances and wear mechanisms of M2high-speed steel (HSS) twist drills with CrAlTiN multicomponent coatings, which was deposited using magnetron sputter ion plating system, in drilling 45 and 30CrMnSiA steel, and their comparisons to those in drilling the same steel but using monolayer CrN and commercial TiN coated drills. Drilling performances of drills are evaluated mainly through the measurements of width on outer corner flank land and the cutting forces. Results show that performances of CrAlTiN coated drills are better than those of monolayer CrN and TiN coated drills. In drilling 45 and 30CrMnSiA steel, the average tool life of the CrAlTiN coated drills are 17.2 and 11.8 times higher than those of the uncoated drills. Observing wear of the drill with scanning electronic microscope, results show that there is no crack or spallation of the CrAlTiN coatings in wear zones. Main mechanism of the wear here is adhesion.  相似文献

Arc spraying coatings are widely used in various applications, but uncommon in cast iron substrate. Different surface pretreatment technology is tested on substrates of gray cast iron. Surface roughness and residual stress were measured by TR200 and X-ray diffraction analyzer. Influence of different surface pretreatment methods ( dry blasting and fusebond) on roughness and residual stress was analyzed. The arc-sprayed coatings of wire 3Cr13 (φ2mm) on gray cast iron substrate is studied. The microstructure and interface of bonding layer were observed by SEM. The bond strength was taken by tensile test. Results show that bond strength with grit blasting is higher than fuse-bond; it is feasible to make wire 3Cr13 coating with arc spraying on cast iron substrate roughened by grit blasting.  相似文献

TiO2 ceramic coatings with thickness of 20 μm were formed on the surface of pure titanium by micro-plasma oxidation. Their micro-structures were investigated by by using X-ray diffraction and their surface images were detected by using scan electronic microscope. There were three kinds of TiO2 coatings, pure anatase type TiO2 phase, mixed phases consisted of rutile type TiO2 phase and anatase type TiO2 phase, pure rutile type TiO2 phase. The coating surface with the pure anatase type TiO2 phase is rough, while the coating surface with the pure rutile type TiO2phase is smooth. The upper coating surface with the mixed type TiO2 phases is anatase type TiO2 structure and the subsurface of the TiO2 coating is rutile type TiO2structure.  相似文献
