采用2,3,3',4'-二苯醚四甲酸二酐(α-ODPA)与柔性二胺单体1,3-二(4-氨基苯氧基)苯(1,3,4-APB)合成了可溶性聚酰亚胺,其在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)等极性溶剂中的溶解性得到提高,研究了亚胺化方法对基于α-ODPA的可溶性聚酰亚胺性能的影响和作用机制。结果表明,亚胺化方法对相对分子质量的影响是产生各项性能变化的根本原因,基于α-ODPA的聚酰亚胺适用于化学亚胺化方法,采用化学亚胺化方法能够得到的可溶性聚酰亚胺的数均相对分子质量为2. 68×10~4,5%热分解温度(T_(d5))为544. 7℃,玻璃化转变温度(T_g)为236. 1℃,热稳定性能良好。化学亚胺化聚酰亚胺树脂的拉伸强度为99. 99 MPa,冲击强度为102. 51 kJ/m~2,韧性性能优异。 相似文献

以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,丙烯酸(AA)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,采用水溶液聚合法合成了丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸-滤渣高吸水性树脂.考察了交联剂、引发剂、单体的质量比、AA中和度、反应温度、滤渣含量对树脂吸水率的影响.经正交实验制得的高吸水性树脂在24h内吸水达到饱和,吸蒸馏水1397g/g,自来水330g/g,0.225moL/L NaCl溶液79g/g.该树脂具有一定的耐盐性. 相似文献

用二氯甲烷对各类食品中的N-二甲基亚硝胺进行提取,利用气质联用仪采用选择离子法(SIM)进行定性定量检测。本检测方法前处理简单快捷,易于操作,线性相关系数可达0.9999;线性范围宽,可达0-500ug/ml;方法重现性良好,其RSD仅0.92%;回收率可达70%以上,其RSD为0.43%;灵敏度高,检测限小于1ng/ml,满足食品中N-二甲基亚硝胺的残留含量的测定要求。 相似文献

研究了一种适合于应用现场的气相防锈材料亚硝酸盐含量快速半定量检测方法。亚硝酸盐在弱酸性条件下,与对氨基苯磺酸生成重氮盐,重氮盐再与N,N-二甲基-α-萘胺反应生成红色染料。该红色生成物与配色剂A溶液进行颜色复配,由于亚硝酸盐含量的不同,产生由无色至浅绿色、绿色、靛青色、浅紫色、紫色、紫红色等一系列色阶。亚硝酸盐含量不同,色差极为明显,利用目视比色法可快速判断亚硝酸盐的含量。经与国家标准检测方法对比,本方法的检测结果准确可靠。 相似文献

采用乳液共聚法制备聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液,并以酞菁蓝为颜料配制了塑料凹版水性油墨,讨论了封端剂丙烯酸-β-羟乙基酯含量和颜料含量对水性油墨性能的影响.结果表明,随着HEA用量的增加,PUA复合乳液和水性油墨的粘度增加,但油墨的稳定性先得到改善而后下降;随着颜料含量的增加,水性油墨的稳定性变差,13%的颜料含量为宜;该水性油墨不仅对PET薄膜具有优异的附着牢度,对OPP薄膜同样具有良好的附着牢度并具有良好的耐水性能. 相似文献

报道了一种功率型发光二极管(LED)封装用液体高分子交联剂的制备方法。将甲基氢环硅氧烷与八甲基环四硅氧烷、甲基苯基混合环体等环硅氧烷,在甲苯溶剂中,40℃~80℃,用阳离子交换树脂催化其开环共聚,并以适量四甲基二氢硅氧烷封端。产物为澄清透明的甲基苯基含氢硅油,其苯基含量(Ph/Si,molar ratio)为0.30~0.60,活泼氢(Si-H)含量为0~0.5%,折光指数为1.39~1.51(25℃),动力黏度为100 mPa.s~550 mPa.s(25℃)。 相似文献

目的 综述导电油墨及其印刷方式的研究进展,为开发价格低廉、性能稳定、导电性优良的导电油墨提供参考。方法 通过查阅文献归纳各类导电油墨的制备方式、印刷方式和应用领域,对导电油墨进行系统分类,比较各类导电油墨的性能和优缺点,并对其印刷技术进行分析,展望了导电油墨的发展前景。结果 目前关于导电油墨的研究集中在纳米银、纳米铜、石墨烯等导电填料的低温烧结油墨,主要采用丝网印刷、喷墨印刷等印刷方式,多用于制备传感器、柔性可穿戴设备等。未来的研究仍需关注如何低成本、低能耗、简单大量地制造导电油墨。结论 导电油墨的制备将与环境友好型的印刷方式相结合,向高导电性、高印刷适性发展,成为印刷电子领域的关键技术。 相似文献

Ink jet printing techniques are used for an increasing number of materials and applications. Properties of the used inks have great influence on process stability and accuracy as well as the resulting part properties. Inks containing ceramic particles have been applied in various studies and applications. The criteria identifying suitable inks vary depending on the applied printing technology. In this study, inks for application in a piezoelectric print head were investigated. Alumina inks with solid loadings up to 21 vol.‐% were prepared and characterized. The Influence of different solid loadings, dispersant concentrations and binding agents was examined. The prepared inks show sufficient stability and fit literature recommendations for successful drop ejection. Considering rheological aspects, two inks with light shear‐thinning behaviour and viscosities of 18 mPas and 23 mPas at high shear rates were recommended for upcoming printing tests. The Re/We1/2 ratio can be used for predetermination of print ability but the influence of the surface tension is not sufficiently taken into account using the presented calculations. So further printing experiments are essential for clarification of the calculations and obtained print ability values. 相似文献

The manufacture of high-performance electronic devices with micrometre or even submicrometre dimensions by solution processing and direct printing, requires the ability to control accurately the flow and spread of functional liquid inks on surfaces. This can be achieved with the help of surface-energy patterns causing inks to be repelled and dewetted from pre-defined regions of the substrate. To exploit this principle for the fabrication of submicrometre device structures, a detailed understanding of the factors causing ink droplets to dewet on patterned surfaces is required. Here, we use hydrophobic surface-energy barriers of different geometries to study the influence of solution viscosity, ink volume, and contact angle on the process of dewetting of inkjet-printed droplets of a water-based conducting polymer. We demonstrate polymer field-effect transistor devices with channel length of 500 nm fabricated by surface-energy-assisted inkjet printing. 相似文献

The use of inexpensive benchtop plotters in combination with refillable writing pens and markers as a powerful route to print nanomaterial-based inks on paper substrates is studied. It is proved that this approach is very robust, it can be used to print inks of many different solution-processable nanomaterials, and is very precise, allowing pattern features with pitch separation as narrow as 80 μm. The general character of this printing platform by printing van der Waals materials, organic semiconductors, hybrid perovskites and colloidal nanoparticles with a broad range of properties (from insulators to superconductors) is illustrated. The system is used to easily create several example applications such as an all-printed, paper-supported photodetector. This printing platform can be very helpful for research groups with a wealth of expertise in synthesis of solution-processable nanomaterials but that lack the infrastructure, resources, and expertise to perform traditional inkjet printing for fast device prototyping. 相似文献

The novelty of this work is laboratory formulation of environmentally friendly, water-based silver inks adapted for screen printing. The challenge was also to elaborate inks that can withstand temperatures as high as 900 °C. Indeed, when printed on ceramic substrate, they were sintered at these high temperatures. These inks can replace conductive silver pastes present in the market, today, and containing irritant solvents such as terpineol and other aromatic solvents. Besides, screen printing is considered as an additive technique, thus allowing reducing wastes. Furthermore, only with 72.5% silver, considered as low content compared to commercial inks (≥75%), prepared inks presented good electrical resistivity, 23 nΩ m, close to that of bulk silver resistivity, 16 nΩ m. Formulation of silver inks with spherical particles, 2–3 μm mean diameter, was performed. The aim of the study was to determine silver content effect on pastes rheological behaviour, lines properties (width, thickness and roughness) and electrical properties. Therefore, rheological behaviour of inks was studied; in particular, Casson and Bingham models were applied in order to determine the yield stress. Viscosity evolution as a function of shear rate was also determined. Besides, the thixotropic behaviour of inks was highlighted. Inks were then screen printed on alumina sintered substrates and cured at different temperatures during 15 min. Topography measurements were performed. Line resistivity as small as 35 nΩ m was measured on cured lines. These inks, printed on ceramic tapes, can be used to print microwave transmission lines, for which resistivities lower than 1 mΩ m are requested. 相似文献

将一步合成法制备的氨基修饰类沸石咪唑酯骨架晶体原位引入水性聚氨酯(WPU)基体中,结合酮肼交联改性,制备室温自交联WPU分散液.以水热法合成的稀土掺杂NaYF4上转换晶体为颜料、改性WPU分散液为连接料,制备水性上转换荧光油墨,并探讨其在包装防伪中的应用.结果表明:综合改性WPU涂膜的抗水性能和热稳定性明显提高,三基色油墨具备良好的印刷适性和稳定性;印制的防伪标签,自然光下不可见,在980 nm激光照射下呈现出精细的多色荧光团花图案.基于高性能水性上转换荧光油墨,结合印刷工艺防伪技术实现综合防伪,为绿色高端包装防伪提供了新的思路. 相似文献

以面粉为真实食品,使其与某知名快餐食品包装袋上的油墨污染物以单面接触的方式进行迁移实验。AAS结果表明,食品包装袋上油墨污染物中的重金属污染物已经迁移到面粉的表面和内部,但迁移到食品表面和内部的重金属污染物则是微少的。GC-MS结果表明,此品牌食品包装袋上油墨污染物中的增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,迁移到了面粉中。建立了印刷纸质食品包装材料上油墨污染物迁移的快速、准确分析表征方法。 相似文献
