利用3种二胺单体1,4-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯、4,4’-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)二苯醚和4,4’-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)六氟丙烷分别与3种二酐单体1,2,3,4-环丁烷四酸二酐(CBDA)、均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)和3,3’,4,4’-二苯醚四酸二酐(ODPA)进行低温溶液缩聚反应,再经热酰亚胺化制备出9种聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜。结果表明,这些PI具有较好的溶解性,可溶解于氨型强极性溶剂,在弱极性溶剂中也有一定的溶解性;CBDA和ODPA基PI在450 nm处的透光率超过80%,且CBDA基PI的紫外截止波长为310 nm,更接近无色,但其热稳定性最差,5%热分解温度在420℃左右,而PMDA和ODPA基PI的热稳定性较好。  相似文献

利用含氟二胺单体4,4'-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)二苯醚(6FAPE),分别与1,2,3,4-环丁烷四酸二酐(CBDA)、3,3',4,4'-二苯醚四酸二酐(ODPA)、3,3',4,4'-联苯四酸二酐(BPDA)、3,3',4,4'-二苯甲酮四羧酸二酐(BTDA)和均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)进行低温缩聚反应,经热酰亚胺化制备出5种聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜,考察了其光学透明性和热性能,研究了聚酰亚胺分子结构与性能的关系.结果表明,CBDA基含氟PI薄膜在可见光波长范围内(400~700nm)具有优异的光学透明性,450nm处的透光率为84.6%,且5种含氟PI薄膜在光通讯波段(1.30μm和1.55μm)均无明显吸收;除CBDA外,含氟PI薄膜均具有良好的热稳定性,5%热失重温度超过530℃;5种含氟PT薄膜的玻璃化转变温度Tg均在200℃以上,且CBDA基舍氟PI薄膜的Tg最高,达到265.5℃.  相似文献

以3,3’,4,4’-二苯甲醚四甲酸酐(ODPA)为二酐单体,采用等摩尔分数的9,9’-二(4-氨基苯基)芴(BAFL)和3,4’-二氨基二苯醚(3,4’-ODA)、4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(4,4-’ODA)、1,3-双(4-氨基苯氧基)苯(1,3,4-APB)或1,4-二(4’-氨基苯氧基)苯(1,4,4-’APB)分别共聚制备含芴共聚聚酰亚胺(CPI)薄膜。对CPI薄膜进行FT-IR,DMTA,TGA和拉伸性能的测试。采用部分酰亚胺化的CPI薄膜与不锈钢黏结,制备单搭接黏结件,测试其室温及高温拉伸剪切强度,进而比较其黏结性能。结果表明,含芴CPI薄膜具有较好的力学性能和热性能。BAFL,3,4’-ODA与ODPA共聚所得CPI薄膜的黏结性能最好,室温拉伸剪切强度达到19.2MPa,250℃仍然可达13.4MPa。  相似文献

利用含氟二胺2,2一双[4-(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯基]六氟丙烷分别与1,2,3,4-环丁烷四酸二酐、均苯四甲酸二酐、3,3,,4,4'-联苯四酸二酐、3,3',4,4'-二苯醚四酸二酐和3,3',4,4'-二苯酮四酸二酐进行低温缩聚反应,经热酰亚胺化制备出5种含氟聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜,均表现出优良的综合性能.其中,含脂环PI薄膜在可见光波长范围内(400~700nm)具有优异的光学透明性,450nm处的透光率为84.6%,紫外截止波长为307.2nm,近乎无色透明,且5种含氟PI在光通讯波段(1.30μm和1.55μm)无明显吸收;这些含氟PI均具有良好的溶解性;除含脂环PI的热稳定性稍差外,4种芳香PI薄膜的5%热失重温度均超过519℃,具有良好的热稳定性.  相似文献

良好的感湿性材料应具备优良的水蒸汽透过性和相对较低的吸水性,为了获得良好的感湿性材料,设计合成含二苯基芴结构的二胺(9,9′-双[4-(2-三氟甲基-3-硝基苯氧基)苯基]芴)(BFAPH),进而与3,3′,4,4′-联苯四甲酸二酐(BPDA)、3,3′,4,4′-二苯醚四甲酸二酐(ODPA)、4,4′-(六氟异丙烯)二酞酸酐(6FDA)缩聚制得3种聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜(PI-1,PI-2,PI-3)。对以上3种PI薄膜进行热学、力学测试,结果表明,3种PI薄膜的5%(wt,质量分数)热损失温度都在520℃以上,均具有良好的耐热性能,其中,PI-2的玻璃化转变温度最高,为288.49℃。3种薄膜的水蒸汽透过性均在6.45g/h·m2以上,尤其PI-3的水蒸汽透过性可以达到9.80g/h·m2,说明二苯基芴基团的引入提高了薄膜对水蒸汽的透过能力,并且6FDA中的三氟甲基基团存在使得PI-3薄膜疏水性大大增强。PI-3薄膜完全符合良好感湿性材料所具备的条件。  相似文献

首先,以双酚A和甲磺酸反应合成出3,3,3',3'-四甲基-6,6'-二羟基-1,1'-螺旋双茚满,然后与2-氯-5-硝基三氟甲苯反应得到3,3,3',3'-四甲基-6,6'-双[4-硝基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基]-1,1'-螺旋双茚满,最后在Pd/C-水合肼还原作用下得到3,3,3',3'-四甲基-6,6'-双[4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基]-1,1'-螺旋双茚满。采用上述二胺单体分别与1,2,3,4-环丁烷四酸二酐、均苯四甲酸二酐、联苯二酐、3,3',4,4'-二苯醚四酸二酐、3,3',4,4'-二苯酮四酸二酐和六氟二酐通过两步法制备出6种含螺环结构的聚酰亚胺(PI)。采用核磁、红外光谱、X射线衍射、紫外-可见光谱、热重分析、差示扫描量热分析和溶解性测试等手段表征了所得化合物和PI的结构与性能。研究结果表明,这些含螺环的PI主要表现为非晶结构和较大的分子链间距离,且具有良好的溶解性、光学性能和热性能。  相似文献

通过两步反应制备得到2,5-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)叔丁基苯,将其分别与均苯四甲酸二酐(PM-DA)、3,3’,4,4’-四羧酸二苯醚二酐(ODPA)、3,3’,4,4’-二苯酮四酸二酐(BTDA)、3,3’,4,4’-联苯四酸二酐(BPDA)、双酚A二酐(BPADA)通过缩聚和热亚胺化制备得到5种性能优异的聚酰亚胺薄膜。结果表明薄膜的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)高于210℃,起始分解温度高于510℃;吸水率低于0.9%;介电常数介于2.90~3.15之间;杨氏模量在1.48~2.27GPa之间。  相似文献

以3,3′,4,4′-二苯甲酮二酐(BTDA)、均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)、4,4′-二氨基二苯砜(DDS)和4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为单体,采用微波辐射溶液缩聚得到一种四元共缩聚聚酰胺酸(PAA),然后经亚胺化得到聚酰亚胺(PI)。通过对数比浓黏度(ηinh)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁(1H-NMR)、溶解性测试和热重分析(TGA)对聚合物进行了结构表征和性能测试。结果表明,微波辐射能显著提高反应速度、PAA的相对分子质量和产率;FT-IR表明生成了预期的聚合物;1H-NMR表明PAA亚胺化度达95%以上;溶解性测试表明PAA具有较好的溶解性;TGA表明所合成的PI具有较高的热氧化稳定性和热稳定性。  相似文献

以4,4'-二氨基-2,2'-双三氟甲基联苯(TFMB)、4,4'-(六氟异丙烯)二酞酸酐(6FDA)和3,3',4,4'-联苯四甲酸二酐(BPDA)为反应单体,改变非含氟BPDA单体在二酐中的配比和加料方式制备出一系列共聚型含氟聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜并表征和分析其性能,研究了共聚物链结构对其性能的影响。结果表明,BPDA单体的加料方式及其在二酐单体中的比例均影响薄膜的性能。共聚型含氟PI薄膜在室温下均溶于非质子极性溶剂,且在可见光范围内有较高的透光率。随着非含氟二酐单体BPDA含量的提高薄膜的光学性能略有降低而其热性能和力学拉伸性能提高。非含氟二酐单体占二酐单体的比例为68.97%的共聚型PI薄膜,在500 nm处的透过率达到96.01%;非含氟二酐单体占二酐单体比例为35.71%的共聚型PI薄膜失重10%的热分解温度为595.23℃,拉伸强度为100.98 MPa。同时,BPDA加料方式的改变对共聚型PI薄膜的光学性能、热学性能和力学拉伸性能均有不同程度的影响。  相似文献

合成了含羟基的二胺单体4,4′-二氨基-4″-羟基三苯甲烷(DHTM),并将该单体分别同六氟异叉丙基二苯四羧酸二酐(6FDA),3,3′,4,4′-二苯醚四羧酸二酐(ODPA)和4,4′,-二(4,4′,-异丙叉二苯氧基)四羧酸二酐(BPADA)反应制备了3种结构的聚酰亚胺。溶解性实验表明,这3种聚合物在非质子极性溶剂中均显示出良好的溶解性。此外,还对聚酰亚胺薄膜进行了拉伸和动态机械热性能测试。  相似文献

A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. The result of high-temperature diffusion experiment is the diffusion rate from molybdenum substrate to tungsten coating is faster.  相似文献

We studied a combined effect of the cryoprotectants both of lipid and carbohydrate origin at the presence of DMSO or without it on cell viability and the RNA synthesis in the embryonic mollusc and echinoderm cell cultures obtained at different developmental stages. Cryoprotective properties of exogenous lipids correlated with their thermotropic behavior. Lipid extracts from marine hydrobiontes, which thermal transitions are characterized by relatively small part of calorimetric thermogram area lying at temperatures above 0 °C (6–18%), were found to possess a considerable cryoprotective activity. The results are discussed in relation to the prediction of the cryoprotective activity of lipid extracts for marine animal cells. In addition, it was found that marine invertebrate cells can be cryopreserved without DMSO at the presence of trehalose and lipid extracts of some marine hydrobiontes.  相似文献

Pure silver is used extensively in the preparation of high-temperature superconductor wires, tapes, films, and other configurations in which the silver not only shields the superconducting material from the surrounding materials, but also provides a degree of flexibility and strain relief, as well as stabilization and low-resistance electrical contact. Silver is relatively expensive, but at this stage of superconductor development, its unique combination of properties seems to offer the only reasonable means of achieving usable lengths of conductor. In this role, the low-temperature physical (electrical, thermal, magnetic, optical) and mechanical properties of the silver all become important. ABSTRACT

The production of iron in Biscay (Basque Country, Spain) has been a hallmark of this territory of the North of the Iberian Peninsula throughout its history. The Archaeology team of the Basque Country Mining Museum has spent 13 years, so far, studying the origins of this activity through the evidences left at the old pre-hydraulic iron production workshops known as mountainside ironworks (ferrerías de monte) or haizeolak. It has catalogued 170 archaeometallurgical sites of this type in Biscay, and the archeological excavation of some of them has led to the knowledge of the different stages of the production process that took place in these workshops. The team has also experimentally reproduced the work carried out in a mountainside ironworks from the High Middle Ages, and it has currently started the characterization process of this type of activity through the study of the collected materials.  相似文献

As demands about environment protection are growing up, dry cutting technology is getting more and more concerns from all over the world. Main works performed here are study on dry cutting performances and wear mechanisms of M2high-speed steel (HSS) twist drills with CrAlTiN multicomponent coatings, which was deposited using magnetron sputter ion plating system, in drilling 45 and 30CrMnSiA steel, and their comparisons to those in drilling the same steel but using monolayer CrN and commercial TiN coated drills. Drilling performances of drills are evaluated mainly through the measurements of width on outer corner flank land and the cutting forces. Results show that performances of CrAlTiN coated drills are better than those of monolayer CrN and TiN coated drills. In drilling 45 and 30CrMnSiA steel, the average tool life of the CrAlTiN coated drills are 17.2 and 11.8 times higher than those of the uncoated drills. Observing wear of the drill with scanning electronic microscope, results show that there is no crack or spallation of the CrAlTiN coatings in wear zones. Main mechanism of the wear here is adhesion.  相似文献

Arc spraying coatings are widely used in various applications, but uncommon in cast iron substrate. Different surface pretreatment technology is tested on substrates of gray cast iron. Surface roughness and residual stress were measured by TR200 and X-ray diffraction analyzer. Influence of different surface pretreatment methods ( dry blasting and fusebond) on roughness and residual stress was analyzed. The arc-sprayed coatings of wire 3Cr13 (φ2mm) on gray cast iron substrate is studied. The microstructure and interface of bonding layer were observed by SEM. The bond strength was taken by tensile test. Results show that bond strength with grit blasting is higher than fuse-bond; it is feasible to make wire 3Cr13 coating with arc spraying on cast iron substrate roughened by grit blasting.  相似文献

TiO2 ceramic coatings with thickness of 20 μm were formed on the surface of pure titanium by micro-plasma oxidation. Their micro-structures were investigated by by using X-ray diffraction and their surface images were detected by using scan electronic microscope. There were three kinds of TiO2 coatings, pure anatase type TiO2 phase, mixed phases consisted of rutile type TiO2 phase and anatase type TiO2 phase, pure rutile type TiO2 phase. The coating surface with the pure anatase type TiO2 phase is rough, while the coating surface with the pure rutile type TiO2phase is smooth. The upper coating surface with the mixed type TiO2 phases is anatase type TiO2 structure and the subsurface of the TiO2 coating is rutile type TiO2structure.  相似文献
