研究了新型高强度镁合金MB26超塑性拉伸、压缩的变形行为。结果表明,热挤压态MB26合金不经过任何预处理即具有很好的超塑性。超塑性拉抻时,在400℃、ε0=1.17×10^-2s^-1的变形条件下δ=1450%,σ=8.7MPa,m值为0.6;超塑性压缩时,在400℃、ε0=8.3×10^3s^-1变形条件下,压缩真应变ε高达2.18以上,σ=18MPa,m值在0.4以上。  相似文献

用Mossbauer谱学和XRD方法研究了快速凝固Al-5Fe-2Ni(原子百分数)合金的析出相,结果表明,析出相为三元化合物Al9FexNi2-x(0〈x〈2)属于单斜晶系,晶格参数a=0.858nm,b=0.631nm,c=0.621nm,β=94.8,它的Mossbauer谱为一套双线,同质异能移位IS=0.12mm.s^-1,四极分别QS=0.32mm.s^-1,线宽Г=0.26mm.s^  相似文献

采用射频等离子体化学气相沉积技术合成氮化碳薄膜,测量其X射线光电子能谱(XPS),获得两组C(1s)电子和N(ls)电子结合能,它们是E(C^1)=398.0 ̄398.7eV,E(C^2)=284.6 ̄284.8eV;E(N^1)=398。0 ̄398.7eV,E(N^2)=400.0 ̄400.9eV。证实了薄膜中碳原子存在sp^3杂化轨道成键和sp^2杂化轨道成键两种键合形式。该方法合成的氮化碳薄  相似文献

以LiTi2(PO4)3为基以天然高岭石为起始原料,经高温固相反应(950~1150℃)制得了 一系列锂快离子导体材料Li1+2x+yAlxYbyTi2-x-ySixP3-xO12(以下简称Al-Yb-Lisicon).系统 的合成温度随x和y值的增大而降低.应用交流阻抗技术测定的电导率数据结果表明y=0.3, x=0.1的合成物的电导率最好,400℃时电导率达2.45×10-2S/cm, 200~400℃内的电导激 活能为38.3kJ/mol.XRD分析结果表明在y=0.3,x≤04及y=0.5,x≤0.3的组成范围内 均能得到空间群为R3c的合成物.  相似文献

根据机械加工系统的动态响应,提出并将四自由度(4DOF)机械系统传递函数φ0(s)的28个关系式简化为12个关系式,且研制了1—4DOF机械系统传递函数φ0(s)新的简化应用软件。然后经机械系统φ0(s)复合控制系统W0(s)的计算机辅助设计,和计算机寻优中间参数Kopt,得到了一个新的串联校正函数G(s)=f[φ0(s)、Kopt、W0(s)]。文中重点分析讨论了在人为扩大测试误差达3~30%所得的不同的φ0(s)情况下,寻优中间参数Kopt范围,使G(s)结果几无影响。最后以实例提出了相应的G(s)的电路网络图.经过模拟仿真和数字仿真,结果表明加工跟踪调节时间由0.06s减为0.02s;机械加工振动位移量从0.329mm减小到0.07μm,G(s)也优于美国ITAE准则的PI校正,比其小3~4个数量级。  相似文献

Nasicon型快离子导体Na1+xZr2-yM0.8ySixP3-xO12系统采用高温固相合成,春合成温度在1373K左右完成,该的合成温度在x不变的情况下,随着y的增大而降低,大多烽合成物为单斜晶系;空间群为C3/c。当y不变,x增大地基地率的变化是先增大,后减小。最佳导一的起始组成为x=1.5、y=0.1,其电导率在室温时为3.20×10^-4S/cm,在673K时为6.88×10^-2S/  相似文献

通过钠硫电池中不锈钢与氧化铝部件的热压封接(TCB)研究,详细讨论了该热压封接工艺参数(温度、压力、时间和铝箔厚度)之间相互关系,得出最佳工艺参数区为:T=600 ̄625℃,P=25 ̄75MPa,t=15 ̄30min,δ=0.3 ̄0.7mm;最大封接强度为57.5MPa;最小泄漏率为10^-11Pam^3/s。实验结果表明,该热压封接是密封连接钠硫电池中金属与陶瓷部件的最有效的途径,其可靠性在钠硫  相似文献

采用光学吸收和电子顺磁共振(ESR)技术表征不同热化学还原LINbO3:Ti,Mli(LN:Ti,Mn)和纯的Li/Nb=0.945一致熔化LiNbO3(LN)晶体的热力学还原习性.将LN:Ti(厚度为1mm)样品放在Li2CO3中、600℃、保温7h,产生690urn(~1.8eV,T=67%)和峰值靠近785nm(T=71%)的770 ̄810nm光学吸收带,它们分别对应于Ti(3+)的2T→2E跃迁以及室温稳定F+心滞有一个电子的氧空位).经真空1.2Pa,800℃2h还原后,存在峰值为675nm(T=52%)的480~780nm平滑吸收带,它们是Ti(3+)、F心和F+心重叠吸收,但是,在Ar气氛下、900℃、8h处理后,仅能看到峰值在675nm(T=52%)的600~780nmTi(3+)的弱吸收.来自未处理LN:Ti晶体的室温和X带的ESR$观察到g=4.348,共振磁场0.152TH(p-p)=0.0163T微波吸收峰,以及四组精细结构B线(每一fs线是由6条超精细结构hfs组成),g值从3.460~1.679吸收,它们分别归为于晶体杂质Fe(3+)和Mn(2+)离子.真空还原后,Fe(3+)的  相似文献

有源消声是一种有效的低频噪声控制方法,由于空间有源消声过程具有时变性和非线性,传统的自适应算法不能进行很有效的控制。本文采用智能模糊控制策略,建立了基于智能模糊控制策略的有源消声系统,通过实验与传统自适应控制算法的消声效果作对比分析,证明智能模糊控制器不但控制速度快,易于实现,而且消声效果明显优于后者,具有较大的应用推广价值。  相似文献

噪声主动控制技术目前已用增加双隔板结构对声音进行衰减。在这项研究中,声音穿过双隔板进入房间有三种控制途径:在双隔板的空气间隙中应用声控源(腔控),在辐射板上应用振动控制源(板控),在接收房间内应用声控源(房控),都进行了实验研究和相互比较。每种方法中涉及到的机械装置都有例子,有效减少噪声的状况都经过考查。结果表明,每种方法(腔控、板控和房控)的模态重叠和涉及到的机械装置是两个重要的因素,它决定了每种方法有的有效性。  相似文献

Feedforward control is a particular form of engineering process control. If a known input variable zt can be measured and appropriate relationships built between the input variable, a compensatory variable xt, and the desired output yt, then a feedforward control system can be developed. Using feedforward control, we show under both sudden jump shifts and trends in the mean of the input and compensatory variables that the use of statistical process monitoring tools, such as the exponentially‐weighted moving average and the cumulative sum (CUSUM), significantly reduces variability in both the output variable and the controller relative to the use of feedforward control alone. This paper provides a survey of the main advanced control techniques currently adopted in factory automation. In particular, it focuses on five classes of control approaches, namely: model-based control, control based on computational intelligence, adaptive control, discrete event systems-based control and finally event-triggered and self-triggered control. A particular focus is put on the most significant and recent contributions in these areas with attention to their application in the factory automation domain. In this paper, we describe the development of the variable dimension and variable sample size T2 control chart (VSSVDT2), which is an enhancement of the variable dimension T2 chart (VDT2). In the VDT2 control chart, the number of variables that are measured to compute the T2 statistic is made variable. Some of the variables are easy or inexpensive to measure and are always monitored. The variables that are more difficult or expensive to measure are measured only when the T2 value from the previous sample exceeds a specified threshold. The VDT2 control chart performs well for moderate and large shifts in the mean vector. However, its performance for small shifts is poor. To improve the chart’s performance in detecting such shifts, we propose the application of the variable sample size technique to the VDT2 control chart, resulting in the VSSVDT2 control chart. To promote the use of the VSSVDT2 chart, a user-friendly software has been developed, which the final user can use to find the best parameters of the VSSVDT2 chart for a particular process.  相似文献

The idea of a variable sampling interval with sampling at fixed times (VSIFT) has been presented by Reynolds. This paper extends this idea to the other two adaptive ―X charts: the variable sampling rate with sampling at fixed times (VSRFT) ―X chart and the variable parameters with sampling at fixed times (VPFT) ―X chart. The VSIFT, VSRFT and VPFT ―X charts are inclusively called the adaptive with sampling at fixed times (AFT) ―X charts in this paper. The control scheme and the design issue are described and discussed for each of the AFT ―X charts. A comparative study shows that the AFT ―X charts have almost the same detection ability as the traditional adaptive ―X charts. However, from the practical viewpoint, the AFT ―X charts are considered to be more convenient to administer than the traditional adaptive ―X charts.
