供应链配送中心的评价选择是供应链管理的重要课题.层次分析法(AHP)只能分析经过大量简化处理的树状结构或者其他理想结构.因此,采用解释结构模型(ISM)建立配送中心评价选择指标体系,用模糊网络分析法(FANP)进行计算分析,对以制造业为主导的供应链配送中心进行评价和选择,不仅考虑了指标的层次关系,也考虑到各层中因素之间的相互关系,解决了对具有网络关系的混合型结构评价指标体系的评价选择问题,克服了层次分析法(AHP)等传统算法的局限,在实际应用中具有很好的效果. 相似文献

An application of data envelopment analytic hierarchy process for supplier selection: a case study of BEKO in Turkey. International Journal of Production Research, 45 (9), 1973–2003), the data envelopment analytic hierarchy process (DEAHP) was claimed to outperform the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and provide a better decision for supplier selection. This note illustrates the weaknesses of the DEAHP, demonstrating the invalidity of the above claim. This paper deals with the supplier selection process when the criteria of selection are not independent. The primary aim is to illustrate that ignoring the interdependencies among these criteria leads to an unrealistic decision. Since supplier selection is a multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) process, the general structures of the relative methods are outlined in this paper. The proposed methodology then presents a comprehensive approach to find the best ranking among the alternative suppliers of a typical product. A hybrid modified TOPSIS is integrated with a preemptive goal programming model in this study and then compared to an analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to show the effect of considering interdependencies in the supplier selection process. The results indicate that the proposed methodology provides a higher total value of purchasing (TVP) than AHP while the total cost of purchasing (TCP) of both methods are equal. With increasingly fierce global competition, firms in various industries need to build a cooperative buyer–supplier relationship to survive and to acquire reasonable profit. Even though the literature on various types of collaboration between firms is abundant and the works on supplier selection models are numerous, the research that provides a mathematical model for the selection of the most appropriate form of buyer–supplier relationship is very limited. Existing buyer–supplier evaluation models usually only consider the benefits from the relationship, but not the opportunities, costs and risks that may need to be confronted. The main objective of this study is to propose an analytical approach to evaluate the forms of buyer–supplier relationship between a manufacturer and its supplier. A fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model, which applies fuzzy set theory and the benefits, opportunities, costs and risks (BOCR) concept, is constructed to deal with uncertainty and to consider various aspects of alternatives. Multiple factors that affect the success of the relationship are analysed by incorporating experts’ opinions on their priority of importance, and a performance ranking of the buyer–supplier forms is obtained. A case study of selecting the most appropriate buyer–supplier form between a TFT-LCD manufacturer and its colour filter supplier is presented, and the proposed model is applied to facilitate the decision process. The supplier selection process has gained importance recently due to the considerable amount of revenue spent on purchasing. The intention of this work is to develop an appropriate hybrid model by integrating the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and grey relational analysis (GRA) for supplier evaluation and selection, which comprises three stages. In Stage I, the most influential criteria are selected by mutual-information-based feature selection. Stage II focuses on the determination of the weights of the attributes using AHP, while Stage III is used for the determination of the best supplier using GRA. The proposed model is illustrated using the case study of an electroplating industry to highlight the effectiveness and flexibility of the model. The model effectively combines specialised knowledge, experience and quantitative data to select the best suppliers. This paper presents the model development, solution and application processes of the proposed hybrid model for supplier selection. The decision support software was implemented in Excel to automate supplier selection. The proposed hybrid model is applied to enhance the decision-making process in supplier selection and also helps decision makers to effectively select suppliers. 相似文献

This research explored problems concerning production and delivery in a green supply chain, and constructed an optimal mathematical model to provide solutions. This model incorporates WEEE and RoHS in EU directives for the selection of green partners when establishing a supply chain. The weight of each component is calculated by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (fuzzy AHP). Previous studies suggested that a supply chain is a balanced system, however, in actual practice, there may be processing damages or delivering losses. Thus, such a supply chain with production loss is known as a ‘defective supply chain’. This research analysed the defective supply chain system to discuss its supplier selection, production, and distribution. It developed an optimal mathematical model for both balanced and defective models, and adopted particle swarm optimisation (PSO) to obtain solutions for both models. Finally, case studies for both models with quality solutions were discussed to confirm the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed approach. 相似文献
