随着自动控制技术的发展,用户对自动校准过程中任务多样化支持、功能易于扩展、系统资源互用的要求越来越高。文章针对这一问题,研究了校准检定软件的运行模式、数据接口格式和校准项目的二次开发策略,依据软件开发相关标准设计了信息管理子系统、校准检定子系统和二次开发子系统,实现了覆盖计量校准全流程的通用化的自动校准检定平台,满足了校准检定项目的灵活扩展与资源的共用共享的需求。  相似文献

为实现自动检定气相色谱仪温度参数,设计了一套新型的温度自动检定系统。给出了温度数据采集仪的组成和模块设计,采用Android Studio开发环境,串口通信技术,完成了Java编程的Android手机端应用软件,实现了温度的测量和气相色谱仪的柱箱温度稳定性、程序升温重复性检定结果的自动检定。最后通过计量校准对温度数据采集仪准确性进行验证,在测量范围内示值误差均小于0.3℃,证明了该设计的可行性。与传统的检定方法相比,本文设计的气相色谱仪温度自动检定系统提高了工作效率,为检定人员减负减压。  相似文献

The transfer of a multivariate calibration model for quantitative determination of diethylene glycol (DEG) contaminant in pharmaceutical-grade glycerin between five portable Raman spectrometers was accomplished using piecewise direct standardization (PDS). The calibration set was developed using a multi-range ternary mixture design with successively reduced impurity concentration ranges. It was found that optimal selection of calibration transfer standards using the Kennard-Stone algorithm also required application of the algorithm to multiple successively reduced impurity concentration ranges. Partial least squares (PLS) calibration models were developed using the calibration set measured independently on each of the five spectrometers. The performance of the models was evaluated based on the root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP), calculated using independent validation samples. An F-test showed that no statistical differences in the variances were observed between models developed on different instruments. Direct cross-instrument prediction without standardization was performed between a single primary instrument and each of the four secondary instruments to evaluate the robustness of the primary instrument calibration model. Significant increases in the RMSEP values for the secondary instruments were observed due to instrument variability. Application of piecewise direct standardization using the optimal calibration transfer subset resulted in the lowest values of RMSEP for the secondary instruments. Using the optimal calibration transfer subset, an optimized calibration model was developed using a subset of the original calibration set, resulting in a DEG detection limit of 0.32% across all five instruments.  相似文献

An automatic calibration instrument was developed to improve the calibration accuracy of acoustic emission (AE) instrumentation. The instrument facilitates calibration by automatically displaying the maximum value of the stress used to produce AE calibration pulses and the AE pulse. A repeatable AE signal was generated by breaking a graphite rod on the test assembly. By measuring the breaking load of the rod and the maximum root-mean-square values of the resulting AE signals, a relative calibration of the AE measurement system was achieved. Low-noise amplifiers and filters were developed to improve the sensitivity of AE measurements by more than one order of magnitude over commercially available instruments; thus, the smaller signals obtained in parts testing can be detected  相似文献

针对远离实验室使用的通用仪器仪表难于开展计量测试的问题,在LabVIEW环境下利用PXI平台建立通用仪器仪表综合检定系统来实现现场计量测试。根据虚拟仪器的设计思想,将NI功能模块利用PXI总线连接起来,在模块化软件控制下组合使用,采用VISA函数进行USB、RS-232、GPIB等各种接口的仪器通信,实现示波器、信号发生器、频率计、数字万用表等通用仪器的检测。该检定系统具有机动灵活、准确可靠、通用性强、可扩展性好等特点,能满足通用仪器仪表现场计量的要求。  相似文献

Reliable measurement values require constant attention to the performance of the instruments. Great benefits would be achieved if the instruments had built-in fail-safe automatic check procedures. A new principle has been developed for automatic checking and calibration of a digital voltmeter. The entire instrument from the input terminals to the display is included in the check. To check the reference voltage two references are used, and they are automatically compared to each other. For each measurement value the instrument simultaneously checks itself. A simple single ramp voltmeter has been equipped with this self-checking device, and very promising results have been achieved.  相似文献

An optimal (minimum-error) instruments calibration technique based on the method of least squares and on correction with comparable argument and function errors is described. Expressions are derived for calculating linear regression coefficients and calibration errors. The process of calibration when the instrument signals are nonlinear functions of the measured parameter and when the measurement error is different at different points of the measurement range is discussed. 介绍基于MSC1200的温湿度自动校准系统。以JJF 1101-2003《环境试验设备温度、湿度校准规范》为设计依据,硬件以美国TI公司的MSC1200作为测量、信号处理以及通信核心部件,组成一套多通道高精度温湿度采集仪。按照校准规范的要求设计专用的校准软件,通过RS232接口与温湿度采集仪通信,将测量数据进行显示、绘图、存储,计算并自动生成满足要求的原始记录及校准报告,从而实现校准过程程序化、规范化、自动化,满足计量部门对环境试验设备温湿度校准的需要。  相似文献
