研究供应商失效风险、零部件价格与制造商产能波动并存环境下,采用多源采购策略的弹性供应链成本与服务水平多目标优化问题,根据不确定理论构建了多目标机会约束规划模型,并采用标准化正规化约束法(Normalized normal constraint method)求解模型的Pareto前沿。通过数值算例求解验证了所提出模型及其求解算法的有效性,并对模型中的关键参数进行了敏感性分析,能够为企业管理人员开展供应商选择、零部件订单分配及顾客订单排序决策提供借鉴与参考。  相似文献

为了使全球供应链三方企业即供应商、第三方物流服务供应商和购买商的利润最大化,考虑了供应链中的模糊随机需求、关税和汇率等因素,从三方企业利润最大化角度出发,建立全球供应链订单分配的模糊随机多目标优化模型。并借助矩阵转换,将模型转化为三方利润满意度最高的单目标优化模型进行求解,用Shapely值法对三方企业利润进行合理分配。最后运用算例对模型进行仿真,并通过比较分析得出,基于三方企业利润最大化的订单分配模型所实现的全球供应链总利润要比基于一方企业或两方企业利润最大化的订单分配模型所实现的全球供应链总利润最少高出3.47%,验证了模型的有效性。  相似文献

为解决需求信息更新以及供应能力约束环境下,物流服务集成商的服务能力优化问题,建立了三阶段能力采购优化模型。分析了分包商的供应成本、能力柔性、物流服务集成商的需求信息管理能力参数变化对最优能力采购决策的影响。数值算例表明随着需求信息管理能力的提高,物流服务集成商将逐渐降低对分包商供应能力柔性的要求,更偏好于选择成本较低的分包商,从而有利于降低物流服务集成商的运营成本,增加收益。  相似文献

为实现跨境物流服务供应链完全协调,运用Stackelberg博弈理论,构建由一个跨境物流服务供应商与一个物流服务集成商组成的二级供应链。采用因子分析法测度通关水平,分析通关水平对跨境物流服务供应链最优决策及协调运作的影响,设计可供跨境物流服务供应链完美协调的契约机制。研究表明,考虑通关水平使跨境物流服务供应链成员及供应链整体利润均得到提升;集中决策下跨境物流服务供应链整体利润总是高于分散决策;收益共享契约可实现跨境物流服务供应商及供应链整体决策的帕累托优化,但不能达到供应链的完全协调,而Nash协商改进的二部定价契约模型可实现供应链的完全协调。  相似文献

研究了物流服务供应商和集成商之间的质量监控博弈行为,分析双方的行为对物流服务质量的影响,从而提升物流服务质量。在两级物流服务供应链结构模型的基础上,构建了多级复杂物流服务供应链模型,运用博弈论方法分别给出了不同模型下的混合Nash均衡解,并考虑长期利益情况,得出模型的新Nash均衡解。结果表明,加强集成商的监督力度以及增加供应商之间的竞争等具体措施都可以显著改善物流服务供应链的质量监控和协调。  相似文献

以BTO供应链生产环境为研究背景,在供应商生产能力有限的前提下,对一个由制造商和其上游供应商组成的BTO供应链生产运作系统进行建模,假设该供应链运作系统中各环节均对时间敏感,建立了一个供应商的交货期承诺模型,分析了供应商的服务水平、订单到达率、承诺交货期和总成本之间的关系,得出供应商对制造商的最优承诺交货期,力求最终实现供应链整体成本最小化.  相似文献

结合供应链质量管理和供应链可视性管理探讨食品供应链质量风险控制措施,考虑多级食品供应链各级参与者对供应链质量和可视性的连续影响,在需求和能力等约束下,建立模糊环境下的供应链成本最小化、质量最大化和可视性最大化的模糊多目标规划模型。采用加权上下界法及改进的模拟退火算法,得到原料供应商和物流服务商的最优组合策略和订货分配方案。使用随机算例说明模型的有效性,并给出了相关管理启示。  相似文献

目的 针对生鲜商品配送过程中客户需求的变化,协调静态与动态客户需求之间的关系,合理规划路径,并降低物流总成本。方法 首先考虑客户生鲜需求的多样化温控区间、随机订单请求时间及动态需求量等因素,构建物流总成本最小化的整数规划模型。然后,设计基于高斯混合聚类的改进蚁群算法求解该模型,并提出动态需求处理策略,用于路径的再优化。其次,通过与粒子群算法、遗传算法和鲸鱼优化算法进行对比分析,验证文中设计算法的有效性。最后,以重庆市某生鲜配送网络为例,对比分析优化前后的运营指标,并探讨生鲜商品价值损失水平与物流总成本之间的关系。结果 经优化后,物流总成本下降了22.35%,其中惩罚成本、价值损失、配送成本和温控成本分别下降了39.84%、61.84%、29.80%、57.00%。结论 文中所提的模型、算法和动态需求处理策略可以合理规划配送路径,有效降低了总成本,为考虑动态需求的生鲜配送网络优化提供了参考。  相似文献

目的 针对面向仓储物流环境下多型号多批量产品的订单包装问题,提出一种预制物流箱规格优化模型及算法。方法 对产品订单建立订单分包规则,确定分包方案,以订单包装材料总成本最小为优化目标建立物流箱规格优化模型。针对该模型提出一种改进模拟退火算法,通过贪婪策略求解最优分包方案,降低模型计算复杂度,设计一种新型解更新算子,以提高算法寻优能力,设计一种自适应步长策略,以平衡算法前期全局搜索与后期局部搜索的能力。结果 通过实例证明,文中提出的算法相较于其他算法,具有更强的求解能力,与实例企业仓储包装现状相比,同批订单降低了17%的包装材料成本。结论 该方法可用于解决产品种类多、尺寸差异大、动态更新等应用场景下的系列运输包装纸箱规格优化问题,为企业物流运输管理提供了一种有效的包装优化思路和解决方法。  相似文献

以C公司为例,通过其定制移动终端业务的特殊物流需求,构建物流服务商的评价指标体系。并根据评价指标的特点,采用基于AHP、主成分分析法和DEA的“组合评价”方法作为通信运营商定制移动终端物流服务商的评价模型。通过实证分析发现,该方法有利于为通信运营商定制移动终端业务选出优秀、合适的物流服务商,从而达到双赢的预期。  相似文献

We consider the problem of designing a distribution network for a logistics provider that acquires products from multiple facilities and then delivers those products to many retail outlets. Potential locations for consolidation facilities that combine shipments for cost reduction and service improvements are considered. The problem is formulated with direct shipment and consolidation opportunities. A novel mathematical model is derived to solve a complex facility location problem determining: (i) the location and capacity level of warehouses to open; (ii) the distribution route from each production facility to each retailer outlet; and (iii) the quantity of products stocked at each warehouse and retailer. A genetic algorithm and a specific problem heuristic are designed, tested and compared on several realistic scenarios.  相似文献

Under the background of “Internet plus” rapid development, the agricultural logistics industry should apply information technology to every link of the agricultural product logistics industry chain. By making full use of the decision making module of the agricultural logistics information system, we can realize the full sharing of information and data resources, which makes the decision-making scheme of the agricultural logistics information system more optimized. In real economic society, the uncertainty and mismatch between the customer’s logistics service demand and the logistics service capability that the logistics service function provider can provide, that is, when the two information are asymmetric, how to use the third-party contract to coordinate the income and profit distribution of the two, to make the information system decision making more reasonable? This paper mainly studies the coordination scheme of agricultural logistics information system decision making under uncertain output and demand information by introducing the spot market. A joint coordination strategy based on revenue sharing and penalty feedback contracts proposes decentralized decision making based on game theory. Experiments show that the flexible ordering strategy proposed in this paper can reduce the logistics service supply chain’s uncertainty and significantly improve the logistics service supply chain’s overall income level through coordination contracts.  相似文献

By considering a two-echelon supply chain that consists of a logistics service integrator (LSI) and several functional logistics service provider (FLSP), this study builds a comprehensive subjective utility (CSU) function of FLSP in multi-period based on cumulative prospect theory and establishes an order allocation model in multi-period logistics service supply chain. This model considers three goals: to minimise the cost of LSI, to maximise the satisfaction of the FLSP and to maximise the capacity matching degree among different logistics capacities. This study uses an improved technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution to obtain the optimal solution. A numerical example is given by software MATLAB 7.8. The effects of the behavioural parameters of FLSPs on order allocation are also discussed. When the LSI allocates orders, the FLSP, who has larger ratio of loss to gain range by the sensitivity decreasing rate, should be selected to obtain a large value of CSU. No obvious rule is found for the influence of the loss aversion coefficient of FLSPs on the CSU of FLSPs in a multi-period.  相似文献

Saaty's AHP is helpful in evaluating alternatives thanks to its effective procedure to determine the relative weights of several comparison criteria. Combining the results of expert interviews, AHP can be very useful for a company in choosing a third party logistics service provider (3PL). However, in the traditional AHP procedure, several results may be rejected when the consistency ratio (CR) of the respondent exceeds a certain threshold. As a consequence, AHP interviews may be repeated several times with a consequent waste of time. In many industrial domains, a faster way to choose a supplier would thus be appreciated. In this paper we propose a mathematical method that combines AHP, DEA and linear programming in order to support the multi-criteria evaluation of third party logistics service providers. The proposed model aims to overcome the limitation of the AHP method, merging experts’ indications with objective judgments which originate from historical data analysis. Suppliers' past performance is thus used to correct eventual errors resulting from the acceptance of interviews where the consistency ratio is high. The proposed model has been validated on the real case of an international logistics service provider.  相似文献

Though existing researches have already studied on service quality guarantee and demand updating in a supply chain respectively, there is little attention paid to integrated research on service quality guarantee problem with demand updating. This paper aims to investigate the impacts of demand uncertainty revelation and quality guarantee change cost (GCC) on the optimal decisions of logistics service integrator (LSI) and functional logistics service provider (FLSP) in a logistics service supply chain. At the beginning of the first period, the FLSP first guarantees an initial quality level and the LSI procures service capacity from the FLSP based on the demand prediction. Then the demand information is updated after the first-period demand being satisfied, and the LSI and the FLSP make their optimal decisions based on the renewed demand in the next period. Before the second period, uncertainty complete revelation/uncertainty incomplete revelation (UCR/UIR) and GCC/no guarantee change cost (NGCC) may take place, which will affect the decisions the LSI and the FLSP make. Consequently, four situations are considered: (1) UCR and GCC; (2) UIR and GCC; (3) UCR and NGCC; and (4) UIR and NGCC. In each situation, we derive the optimal decisions of the FLSP and the LSI, and a comparison between the first- and second-period decisions in each situation is conducted. Several managerial insights are concluded, and the most important one is that the LSI is supposed to reduce the procurement quantity and the FLSP is supposed to promise a higher quality defect rate in the case of UIR and NGCC. Furthermore, in case of UIR and GCC, we specify a critical condition in which the LSI and the FLSP insist on the initial decisions of the first period. At last, we conducted numerical analysis and gave a practical example of China Yuantong Express Company to support our conclusions.  相似文献
