大学生科技创新活动是夯实素质教育的重要途径和比较有效的手段,其实际目标和效果受资金投入、组织形式、实际行动等因素的影响存在着较大差异。大学生科技创新活动的开展受到了如对活动价值性认识偏差、理论教育与实践没有完全衔接、物质保障条件不到位、激励机制不健全等因素的影响,限制了其纵深发展。本文以云南师范大学商学院为例,分析开展大学生科技创新活动的实际效果与学院目标的较大偏差,提出几点拙见。  相似文献

本文运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对大连高新区大学生课余参加健美操活动状况进行调查分析,调查结果显示,大连市高新区大学生对参加课外健美操活动的状态总体上是积极的,开展现状势头良好,但受课业和客观条件的限制,大连市高新区大学生课外参加健美操活动的次数和频率很低。本文针对健美操在大连市高新区部分普通高校开展过程中存在的问题,就如何改善学生参加健美操状况,提出了相应的对策。  相似文献

The conventional Close circuit television (CCTV) cameras-based surveillance and control systems require human resource supervision. Almost all the criminal activities take place using weapons mostly a handheld gun, revolver, pistol, swords etc. Therefore, automatic weapons detection is a vital requirement now a day. The current research is concerned about the real-time detection of weapons for the surveillance cameras with an implementation of weapon detection using Efficient–Net. Real time datasets, from local surveillance department's test sessions are used for model training and testing. Datasets consist of local environment images and videos from different type and resolution cameras that minimize the idealism. This research also contributes in the making of Efficient-Net that is experimented and results in a positive dimension. The results are also been represented in graphs and in calculations for the representation of results during training and results after training are also shown to represent our research contribution. Efficient-Net algorithm gives better results than existing algorithms. By using Efficient-Net algorithms the accuracy achieved 98.12% when epochs increase as compared to other algorithms.  相似文献

Exercise appears in various contexts during spaceflight. It serves as a key countermeasure against adverse physiological adaptation processes; it also plays a role in life sciences research as reference state or stimulus. Further aspects concern human factors, recreational activities, health monitoring and training for emergency egress and extra-vehicular activities. Current approaches rely on conventional ergometers, they add rather than integrate training programs, and they tend to disregard applications other than "countermeasures". Two major consequences are an appreciable impact on available crew-time and an unsolved problem: Exercise countermeasures use extrapolations of 1g-physiology in order to eliminate what physiologists would like to study: adaptation to weightlessness. New concepts and devices are required to reconcile such conflicting demands and to reduce time consumption for physical training. Key elements are an improved simulation of terrestrial locomotion and a recombination of work and physical exercise. The GRASIM device will be presented as an example for a new generation of multi-purpose "exercisers".  相似文献

The cultural issue is obtaining more and more consideration in international project management and the risky nature of international projects reinforces this consideration. Conflict-resolving behaviour is one of the cultural behaviours that can affect project success. This paper addresses comparative research between Chinese and South African project managers in their conflict-resolving behaviour, as regards certain project activities relating to international projects. The results show that the differences between the conflict-resolving behaviours of the two groups are significant, in terms of project communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution activities. This research will fill a gap in the cross-cultural conflict resolving behaviour comparison study of the international project management arena. The results and suggestions should assist practitioners and researchers involved in international R&D and technologic project management to improve their skills in communication, collaboration and staff training.  相似文献

Operations managers rely on the purchasing function to obtain production inputs from suppliers and to ensure supplier performance. The link between supplier development activities performed by buying firms with their suppliers, in terms of operational outcomes and impact on competitive advantage for the buying firm has been well documented. However, a buying firm should, prior to setting up a supplier development program and investing in supplier development activities, establish goals it wants to achieve and determine how to achieve these goals. Until now, supplier development goals in general and their relationship with supplier development activities have received little research attention. The results from this empirical study suggest that the relationship between the goal to improve a supplier's capabilities and knowledge transfer from the buyer to the supplier firm is moderated by the degree of human interaction. Buying firms pursuing the strategy to improve supplier capabilities rely more intensively on training and co-location of buyer and supplier employees to leverage the knowledge transfer to the supplier firm.  相似文献

The number of Brazilian scientific publications increased from 0.29% to 0.56% of the worldwide total during the 1981–1993 period. There was a decrease of the funds allocated to most scientific activities, except for that allocated for training of new scientists. The numbers of research fellowships and scientific publications increased at the same ratio during the period. The pattern of scientific publications and the number of fellowship granted along the years in the different fields of research were analyzed. The data presented indicate that even in a period of economic crisis, a selective investment of funds in human resources may lead to an increase of the scientific productivity of a country in all science fields.  相似文献

Patent information service activities cannot always easily be outsourced. External patent information consultants, in spite of their expertise, are sometimes not satisfying the customer's need for high quality searches. The cause of the inadequacy may be the consultant's lack of in-depth knowledge of a particular field of technology and insufficient acquaintance with the subject of study. Customers can cope with this by training the consultant and intensely reviewing the first assignments. If however the customer has limited knowledge of how patent information research is done, training and instructing the consultant and assessing performance may not be practicable. This article illustrates a collaborative approach that a technical consulting organisation which is also a PATLIB centre, having available a multitude of technical research consultants and a small team of patent information specialists, can apply, in association with the customer's own technical and/or product expert, to deal with these possible shortcomings. Sirris launched a pilot project to develop and implement a collaborative model. The article gives an account of how the model was created and implemented, and describes the lessons learnt after 2 years in use.  相似文献

The Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) is the Government of Canada organization responsible for granting patent rights. In 2009, the Patent Branch formalized the continuous training and professional development of patent examiners by creating the Patent Examiner Continuous Training Program. This paper presents an overview of the program: factors that influence training needs, categories of training offered, training providers, training medium used and also examples of recent training activities. CIPO's experience may be useful for other intellectual property offices developing a training program for their examiners.  相似文献

This study attempts to describe, in a comparative way, scientific collaboration and co-authoring activities and understanding of Brazilian researchers of productivity level 1 at the National Counsel of Technological and Scientific Development (CNPq). In order to do so, a questionnaire was sent to the researchers of productivity level 1 at CNPq in the Mathematics, Dentistry and Information Science fields, with questions about scientific collaboration and co-authoring activities. We analyzed the scientific production of the researchers who answered the questionnaire and we have identified that 78% of the participants consider that scientific collaboration and co-authorship are different activities, and the potential and usual number of research collaborators is between 2 and 3 in Mathematics and Information Science, and between 5 and 6 collaborators in Dentistry. Differences among fields were pointed out by identifying main collaborators and co-authors. The reasons for collaborating vary according to the nature of the research, however, the percentages are high in these three areas: “training of researchers and students”, “desire to increase their own experience through the experience of others” and “increased productivity.” From the analysis of the scientific production declared in their Lattes Curriculum, we have found that the average number of authors per publication in the field of Information Science is 2.2 authors, in Mathematics is 2.8 authors per publication, and in Dentistry the average is 5.3 authors per publication. We have concluded that scientific collaboration and co-authorship are terms assigned to different activities for the analyzed fields.  相似文献

Augmented reality (AR) is a novel human–machine interaction that overlays virtual computer-generated information on a real world environment. It has found good potential applications in many fields, such as military training, surgery, entertainment, maintenance, assembly, product design and other manufacturing operations in the last ten years. This paper provides a comprehensive survey of developed and demonstrated AR applications in manufacturing activities. A national plan, designed to establish and support training and development of human resources for strengthening science and technology activities in Brazil was initiated almost three decades ago. This plan, named PNPG, can be viewed today as a successful program in terms of the quality of its general output. During this period research activity has been institutionalized and a few thousand active groups in several universities and research centers have been consolidated. Numerous technological advances in many areas have been achieved and continue throughout the country. A most impressive result of this effort was the acceleration and improvement of a more productive and internationally competitive agriculture, metallurgical engineering including metal-mechanic industry and paper-cellulose complex exploitation. These results also stimulated better performance of related areas such as agribusiness. The existence of an effective system based on a group of multi-funding agencies was an essential additional factor.  相似文献
