虚拟企业盟主组建创新联盟的目的在于追求更高的创新收益,但与自主创新相比,联合创新中盟主企业收益获取过程的影响因素更为复杂。本文以盟员企业的资源与能力、合作收益分配中的寻租行为以及合作过程中的交易成本等关键因素为基点,建立了盟主企业预期合作收益的影响因素模型,深入剖析了虚拟企业盟主在合作过程中面临的机会与威胁,并在此基础上,进一步给出了盟主企业在动态联盟中的合作策略建议。 相似文献

Technology-enabled business innovation may present the potential to structurally transform traditional industry practice, but uncertainty remains as to where and how such transformations might be accomplished. To maintain enterprise competitiveness and agility during these times of structural change, a frequent suggestion for strategic management is to seek loosely coupled partnerships or alliances with best practice providers for non-core functions. Original research into the nature of alliances in the financial services industry reveals the presence of tightly coupled, technology-enabled ventures that deliver core services electronically across organizational and industry boundaries. These alliances represent an emerging specialized organizational form, the virtual or ambient organization. Theoretical and practitioner literature provide little reference to ambient organizations, by any name, and confuse the terms: alliances, strategic partnerships and virtual organizations. Tightly coupled, technology-enabled ambient organizations that can cross industry boundaries provide a previously unrecognized linkage between organizational form and industry transformation. Analysis of four instances of ambient organization in and across three industries produces a model of their characteristics and features. Theoretical and empirical implications are examined. 相似文献

Agile manufacturing relies heavily on the quality of information that organizations have and on their ability to organize
and reuse it. Constant inflow of information and knowledge is the fuel of agile manufacturing. In the process of forming virtual
enterprises, these new organizations have to be equipped with information systems that integrate their present legacy technology
and improve upon it. To support the quick formation of virtual organizations, one must have the ability to develop such systems
quickly. Over the past few years we have evolved, through collaborative projects with industry, an approach composed of methods
and an information infrastructure called
n-dim that improves the ability of becoming agile manufacturers of information systems, by responding quickly to information needs
of new and evolving organizations. Following an analysis of the requirements of information systems for agile design, we discuss
this approach; describe some of the infrastructure features; and present several examples of simple applications that illustrate

The new manufacturing paradigms, such as agile manufacture and lean production, are leading industrial countries towards the new generation of concurrent enterprises involving virtual enterprise architecture and concurrent engineering extended methodology. Continuing adaptation to the market can only be achieved efficiently if the planning and control processes are both optimized horizontally (Automatic Control Systems) and vertically (Management Control Systems). The desired improvement in performance and the realization of global enterprise objectives require a tight integration of the units of the enterprise. The close monitoring of the operational performance of various plants, manufacturing shop-floors/cells/machines, as well as their associated instrumentation and control is of increasing strategic importance. Failures can lead to increased costs and reduced product quality, consistency and production, and to plant shutdowns and increased environmental impact. There is a real need for advanced monitoring technologies to be applied, and their potential demonstrated, on complex industrial plants. The planning and scheduling of manufacturing systems integrated into virtual enterprise architectures requires the implementation of new General Master Production Planning and Scheduling techniques and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) functions. Technological evolutions are leveraged by organizations to assess and formulate their strategic goals for achieving market dominance. Disruptive technologies have challenged organizations to address and transform their technological infrastructure and operational processes anew based on the market dynamics. Blockchain is considered as the disruptive technology of the decade, which has led incumbents to reassess their business models. Various applications of Blockchain have been explored by previous researchers. However, fourth industrial revolution (IR 4.0) technologies have also paved way towards the disruptive technological landscape. The purpose of this research is to identify the convergence across Blockchain and IR 4.0 technologies. This research conducts the bibliometric analysis approach, including performance analysis and network analysis to identify the research trends and themes for the convergence of select technologies. The results indicate four major thematic clusters for the convergence trends with basic, established, niche, and emerging technologies. Furthermore, the citation analysis reveals four clusters based on basic Blockchain technology domain, Blockchain and IR 4.0 technology domains, supply chain management (SCM), and healthcare applications of the convergence of select technologies.
