Coupling recognition of the structure and parameters of non‐linear constitutive material models using hybrid evolutionary algorithms

The structure of the non‐linear constitutive models is a key to control non‐linear behaviours of materials. Because the non‐linear mechanical mechanism is not clearly understood in most cases, it is very difficult to assume the structure of the model in advance. The recognition of the structure of the model from experimental results can help understanding of the mechanism. This recognition is a dynamic search problem being highly multimodal, multi‐variable with high order, and needing a large parameter space. How to obtain a global optimum solution is a key to this problem. In this paper, a hybrid evolutionary algorithm is proposed for coupling recognition of the structure of the non‐linear constitutive material model and its coefficients in global space using global response information, e.g. load vs deflection data, obtained from the structural test. Genetic programming is used to recognize the structure of the non‐linear stress–strain relationship without any assumption in advance and the genetic algorithm is then used to recognize its coefficients. The non‐linear stress–strain relationship thus found can not only satisfy the dynamic change in its structure but also its variables and coefficients. Non‐linear finite element analysis is used to transfer the load–deflection information to the stress–strain data. The potential of the proposed method is demonstrated by applying it to the macro‐mechanical modelling of the non‐linear behaviour of composite materials. A non‐linear material model for the unidirectional ply is recognized by using experimental data of a lamina plate [(±45)₆]_s. The obtained non‐linear constitutive model gave good predictions in coincidence with the non‐linear behaviours of the [(±30)₆]_s, [(0/±45)₃]_s and [(0/±45)₄]_s plates. The results indicate that the coupling non‐linear constitutive model of the structure and its coefficients can identify the model which the traditional constitutive model theory is unable to recognize. 面向有限元分析的特征建模技术

设计与分析的紧密集成是现代化产品设计模式的发展趋势。在进行特征造型系统与有限元分析系统的集成过程中,研究了面向有限元分析的特征建模技术。首先描述了现有的非流形几何造型技术,指出了非流形几何造型技术是实现造型与分析集成的首要条件,并提出了基于中面的冲压零件几何造型方法,其次论述了非几何特征的建模原理和实现方法,着重突出了虚几何在非几何特征建模中的人用和表示方式,最后讨论了支持模型转换的双向相关机制。     

CO_2-C_3H_8复叠低温预冷系统的理论分析及优化设计

设计了一个低温级带回热器的CO2-C3H8复叠制冷循环低温预冷系统(213 K),并进行了低温预冷系统的参数选择和优化设计.该系统高温级循环采用CO2、低温级循环采用C3H8作为循环工质.通过对该系统的理论计算,得出了中间温度、复叠温差及低温级蒸发器冷端温差对系统性能系数的影响曲线;通过进一步的优化分析获得了系统最佳中间温度及对应的系统性能系数COP与复叠温差-低温级蒸发器冷端温差以及制冷温度-冷凝温度的关联式.     

Vibration and optimum design of rotating laminated blades

The vibration and optimum design of a rotating laminated blade subject to constraints on the dynamic behavior are investigated. Restrictions on multiple natural frequencies as well as the maximum dynamic deflections of rotating laminated blades are considered as constraints on the dynamic behavior of the system. Aerodynamic forces acting on the blade are simulated as harmonic excitations. The optimality criterion method and the modified method of feasible directions have been successfully developed for optimizing the weight of the rotating laminated blade. Effects of radius of the disk, aspect ratio, and rotating speed on the system dynamic behaviors and/or the optimum design are also studied. The vibration analysis shows that most of the bending modes can be significantly affected by the rotating speed and the radius of the disk. Results also show that the optimum weight with constraints on the dynamic response is higher than that with frequency constraints. Moreover, results show that the weight of the rotating laminated blade can be greatly reduced at the optimum design stage.     

A refined non‐linear non‐conforming triangular plate/shell element

A refined non‐conforming triangular plate/shell element for geometric non‐linear analysis of plates/shells using the total Lagrangian/updated Lagrangian approach is constructed in this paper based on the refined non‐conforming element method for geometric non‐linear analysis. The Allman's triangular plane element with vertex degrees of freedom and the refined triangular plate‐bending element RT9 are used to construct the present element. Numerical examples demonstrate that the accuracy of the new element is quite high in the geometric non‐linear analysis of plates/shells. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

转子与定子几何不对中引起的碰摩分析

研究一类与定子几何不对中的转子的碰摩模型。通过碰摩映射的建立，将非光滑运动的研究转化为该映射的动力学研究。从几何角度分析了转子碰摩的机理，并通过数值模拟发现该类转子碰摩具有非线性系统特有的分岔和混沌等现象。     

On the Pareto optimum sensitivity analysis in multicriteria optimization

To analyse the trade‐off relations among the set of criteria in multicriteria optimization, Pareto optimum sensitivity analysis is systematically studied in this paper. Original contributions cover two parts: theoretical demonstrations are firstly made to validate the gradient projection method in Pareto optimum sensitivity analysis. It is shown that the projected gradient direction evaluated at a given Pareto optimum in the design variable space rigorously corresponds to the tangent direction of the Pareto curve/surface at that point in the objective space. This statement holds even for the change of the set of active constraints in the perturbed problem. Secondly, a new active constraint updating strategy is proposed, which permits the identification of the active constraint set change, to determine the influence of this change upon the differentiability of the Pareto curve and finally to compute directional derivatives in non‐differentiable cases. This work will highlight some basic issues in multicriteria optimization. Some numerical problems are solved to illustrate these novelties. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

受控结构与AVS装置的不同步振动

考虑ＡＶＳ控制系统受控结构与控制装置的不同步振动，建立了ＡＶＳ控制体系的运动方程。通过仿真分析，研究了这种不同步振动对ＡＶＳ控制体系控制效果的影响。初步的结论是，在实际工程中实施ＡＶＳ控制时，基本上可以不考虑ＡＶＳ控制装置与受控结构的不同步振动。     

CO2制冷系统的最优高压压力研究

运用热力学模型分析气体冷却器出口温度、蒸发温度、压缩机效率、过热度和膨胀机效率等参数对最优高压压力的影响。结果表明，气体冷却器出口温度、过热度和膨胀机效率对最优高压压力的影响较为明显。最后还对几种关于CO2循环最优高压压力的关联式进行对比分析。
