基于重庆市特种设备信息化平台2021年特种设备相关数据,按所采用制冷剂、功能性分别统计分析了重庆市冷库企业的现状及其地域分布特征。统计结果显示,2021年重庆市冷库企业以氟利昂制冷和配送性冷库为主。地域分布特征:按制冷剂分类,各区县冷库制冷系统均以氟利昂制冷为主;按功能性区分,呈现出区域集中,产业集中的分布特点。统计分析了制冷装置用压力容器定期检验中出现的问题,发现主要问题为压力容器使用管理问题,并提出了对在2021年重庆市冷库企业及其制冷装置用压力容器使用管理的建议。 相似文献

除湿溶液表面蒸汽压的大小直接影响液体除湿空调系统的性能,在常用的除湿剂中由于氯化钙的价格低廉,是一种比较经济的除湿剂,但它的缺点是蒸气压比较高,除湿效果不稳定,而氯化锂的价格高,水蒸气压较低且稳定,是一种性能非常优良的除湿剂.为了提高除湿溶液的除湿性能和降低其价格,可以把两种除湿剂按不同的比例进行混合,就可以得到性价比比较好的除湿溶液.文中应用经典热力学理论研究了常用除湿溶液表面蒸汽压的形成机理.对氯化钙、氯化锂及其混合溶液表面蒸汽压进行了计算,计算结果和实验结果非常接近,认为该方法可以用来较准确的估算各类除湿溶液的蒸汽压,为液体除湿空调系统中除湿剂的选择提供理论依据. 相似文献

In this paper, high performance packing, namely, structured packing that has good heat and mass transfer characteristics, is proposed for dehumidification of air using liquid desiccants and for regeneration of liquid desiccants. In order to design a structured packing tower for liquid desiccant — air contacting operations, heat and mass transfer coefficients for each phase are required. This paper is concerned with the interface transfer of heat and mass when air is brought into contact with the liquid desiccant solution. A theoretical study of evaluating heat and mass coefficients in an air-desiccant contact system employing three liquid desiccants, namely calcium chloride, lithium chloride, and a mixture of 50% calcium chloride and 50% lithium chloride (called cost effective liquid desiccant, CELD) is investigated. Moreover, air phase transfer coefficients are correlated with flow rates of air and liquid and the temperature of air, whereas liquid phase coefficients are correlated with rates of air and liquid flow, and the temperature and concentration of the liquid. An Effective Desiccant System to Regulate the Humidity Inside the Chambers of the Solid Dosage Forms
The most common way to protect moisture-sensitive pharmaceutical powders is to utilize protective packaging. However, the most convenient package materials are all permeable to water molecules to some extent and limited protection is normally achieved with this arrangement even though desiccants are employed. In the present study we introduce a novel system that can regulate the internal humidity of the containers used with solid dosage forms for a desired time at a requested level. Instead of the widely used solid adsorbents the system utilizes saturated salt solutions loaded in desiccant bags made of various polymer materials with appropriate permeation properties. By utilizing salt solutions the size of the desiccant bag can be further reduced. A wide variety of commonly used powder chambers and desiccant bags are tested, proving the effectiveness of the introduced system. 相似文献

Desiccant coated aluminum-fin is an important part in desiccant coated heat exchanger (DCHE). It will affect the overall performance of this novel solid desiccant component. In the paper, different silica gel-LiCl composite desiccant coated aluminum sheets were fabricated and some key parameters were studied. Nitrogen adsorption suggested that texture properties of composite desiccants were different from silica gel due to impregnated salt and combined action of silica sol and silica gel. The highest thermal conductivity of composite sheets was 5.8 Wm−1K−1, which is twice of silica gel coated one. Sorption kinetics indicated that composite sheets exhibited higher dynamic sorption quantities and faster sorption rates. Sorption isotherms were also obtained and fitted with Dubinin–Astakhov equation. Besides, dehumidification capacity of composite DCHE was tested and compared with silica gel one. Results indicated that enhanced dehumidification capacity can be achieved with use of composite desiccant in the DCHE system. 相似文献

归纳自上世纪90年代以来国内外针对替代制冷剂/油与制冷设备内常用材料(塑料、橡胶、金属、电机材料以及干燥过滤器中的干燥剂)相容性的测试方法、测试条件和测试结果。通过综合分析各类研究成果发现,很多种替代制冷剂与原有的制冷设备中绝大多数材料都是相容的,但也出现了部分材料与替代制冷剂/油不相容的情况。本文详尽的综述可以为制冷与空调设备企业使用新型制冷剂提供设备材料选择方面的参考。同时,工作人员将替代制冷剂充注入原有的制冷设备时,也可以参考本文考虑更换原有设备中的一些材料。 相似文献
