铸造Al-Si合金中Sr与B间反应产物的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

通过观察不同Sr,B含量时Al-Si合金中枝晶α和共晶Si形态与大小的变化,考察了Sr,B间的交互作用,采用X射线能谱仪对反应产物进行了分析。研究表明反应产物呈现两种不同类型:当Sr含量在0.025-0.030,B含量在0.028-0.036(质量分数,%)范围内时,二者间交互作用形成细小的SrB6化合物颗粒相,数量很少,存在于枝晶α中心;但当合金中Sr和B含量高于此范围时,形成Sr,B原子比接近3:4的Sr-B化合物,颗粒尺寸大、数量较多,且大多出现在共晶区。Sr-B化合物的形成消耗了大量的Sr和B,削弱了二元素的变质效果,导致了Sr,B间的互毒化行为。该化合物的形成为Sr,B间互毒化机理提供了直接证据。  相似文献

利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(配有能谱分析仪)和X射线衍射仪,对不同Sr含量的Al-Si合金铸态微观组织进行观察与分析,探讨Sr对含Si相以及a-Al枝晶的影响.结果表明,Sr的加入改善了共晶Si相的存在形态,使Si相由粗大的片状、针状转变为细小的纤维状,且随Sr含量增加效果更明显.与此同时,Sr的加入影响了a-Al枝晶的形貌,使得枝晶数量增多,枝晶臂变得短小,但Mg在一定程度上抑制了Sr对枝晶的细化作用.  相似文献

考察了A1—lB中间合金对0.030%Sr变质的A1—11.6%Si0.4%Mg合金组织和力学性能的影响。发现A1—B中间合金在近共晶铸造A1—Si合金中具有优异的枝晶细化能力。通过比较3种不同熔体处理条件下(末变质 未枝晶细化处理、0.030%Sr变质处理、0.030%Sr 0.028%B联合熔体处理)合金铸态和T6状态下的力学性能并对断口形貌进行分析,可以得出在近共晶铸造A1—Si合金中同时加入Sr,B进行枝晶细化和共晶Si变质联合处理是十分必要的。  相似文献

研究了Bi对亚共晶Al-Si合金组织和性能的影响。结果发现,Bi对亚共晶Al-Si合金具有较好的变质作用。Bi变质后,共晶Si由粗大针片状变为细小的纤维状,同时初生α—Al枝晶得到细化;与未变质合金相比,加入3%Bi变质后,其强度提高了3.9%,断后伸长率提高了62.5%。  相似文献

针对Al-11.6%Si和Al-11.6%Si-0.4%Mg两种近共晶成分铸造合金。考察了Sr的加入对组织中α枝晶形态的影响,测量了完全变质合金中α枝晶相数量及α枝晶的特征参数;一次分枝间距和二次枝臂间距。结果表明,Sr的加入促进了α枝晶柱状化生长并导致α枝晶相数量大幅度提高;在完全变质合金中,随着合金中Sr量增加。一次分枝间距和二次枝臂间距都降低。Sr对α枝晶起一定的细化作用。Sr加入到Al-Si合金中引起合金液的性质发季了显著变化。Sr的存在降低了α枝晶固液界面能。导致枝晶尖端的生长过冷度降低。抑制液相中等轴晶的形核,因此Sr的加入促进了柱状枝晶的形成。固液界面能的降低也使得柱状枝晶的二次枝臂间距和一次分枝间距随着Sr量增多而降低。  相似文献

考察了Sr、Sr B对近共晶Al-11.6%Si-0.4%Mg合金组织与力学性能的影响,并测定了T6状态下枝晶α相的显微硬度.Sr变质处理可增加组织中枝晶α相的数量,初晶α相呈细长的高度分枝的柱状枝晶,可显著改善合金的力学性能,特别是塑韧性.T6状态下,枝晶α相的显微硬度先随Sr量的增加而增加,在0.025%Sr处达到峰值,随后下降.在Sr变质的合金中加入B,细长的柱状枝晶转变成等轴枝晶;随着合金中B量增多,枝晶团尺寸显著减小,T6状态下枝晶α相的显微硬度增加.对于近共晶Al-Si-Mg合金,Sr变质 B细化联合熔体处理是非常必要的,可同时显著提高合金的抗拉强度和伸长率.  相似文献

综述了Al-Si系合金中共晶Si变质的研究进展,总结了主要变质剂的应用现状以及影响变质效果的主要因素,总结了变质剂对铸件气孔形成的影响以及变质剂与晶粒细化剂的相互作用。Na和Sr变质剂的研究多集中于变质导致的铸锭或铸件气孔增多的原因及改进方法。冷却速率和合金元素是影响变质效果的重要因素,如何提高低冷却速率下多元AlSi系合金中共晶Si变质等级是重要研究方向之一。Sr和α-Al晶粒细化剂之间存在相互毒化作用,其本质是Sr与细化颗粒之间发生反应,使熔体中的有效变质剂和细化剂含量均降低。通过合理控制变质剂和细化剂的含量及添加顺序等工艺措施,可同时达到变质共晶Si和细化α-Al的目的。此外,开发新型Al-(Si)-Sr-(Ti)-B中间合金也是避免相互毒化作用的有效手段。  相似文献

研究了添加不同含量的B对含Si蒙乃尔合金铸态组织及硬度的影响。结果表明,在0~0.10%B(质量分数)范围内,随着B含量的增加,合金枝晶组织开始细化,共晶组织形貌由网状向断网状发展;B含量达到0.03%时,枝晶组织明显细化,共晶组织形貌呈断网状;进一步增加B含量,枝晶组织开始粗化,共晶组织形貌又开始向网状趋势发展。在0~0.10%B范围内,随着B含量的增加,合金的硬度呈先提高后降低的趋势;B含量达到0.03%时,合金的平均硬度HB达到最高值3440MPa。合金组织得到明显细化及合金硬度得到提高的主要原因是微量B元素在合金中起到强变质剂作用的结果。  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The invention provides a method of making a mold which can reduce SOx generation rate while preventing decrease in hardening rate in the case of using sulfuric acid for a hardener composition. The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The hardener composition contains sulfuric acid. In the mixture step, sodium carbonate is added. A molar ratio of the sulfuric acid to the sodium carbonate is 0.5 or more and 4.0 or less.  相似文献

The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward.  相似文献
