5Ni-xNiO-NiFe2O4 cermets with different NiO contents were prepared and the corrosion behaviour in Na3AlF6-Al2O3 melts was investigated in laboratory electrolysis tests. The results indicate that adding NiO is unfavorable to the densifieation of NiFe2O4-xNiO ceramics, while small Ni doping can greatly improve the sintering property. The electrolysis tests show that excess NiO is beneficial to the reduction of Fe while has little effects on that of Ni in the bath; the steady-state concentrations of Ni, Fe are below the corresponding solubilities of NiFe2O4-xNiO, implying that corrosion mechanism changes while electrifying. Post-electrolysis examination of anodes shows that Ni metal leaches at the anode surface, yet the substrate ceramic prevents the penetration of bath and the further loss of metal phase.  相似文献

本文以NiO和Fe2O4为主要原料,采用机械化合两步烧结法制备NiFe2O4基金属陶瓷试样。研究了球磨时间、助磨剂含量、球磨转速对制备前驱体粒度的影响,并利用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜等进行表征。结果表明,球磨参数越好,粉体颗粒越细,提高冷等静压压坯的致密度、降低试样烧结温度,最终提高惰性阳极试样密度,改善试样的导电性和抗腐蚀性等性能并达到保护环境、节约能源的效果。本实验制备惰性阳极球磨阶段最佳球磨条件为:助磨剂含量150ml、球磨时间6h、球磨转速300r/min,此条件下制得了体积密度为5.68g/ml的阳极试样。  相似文献

在不同烧结气氛下采用冷压烧结法制备5Ni/(10NiO-NiFe2O4)金属陶瓷,通过XRD研究其物相组成,SEM研究其显微结构,并用三点抗弯测试和抗热震实验检测其力学性能。结果表明:在真空气氛及氧含量分别为2×10-5、2×10-4和2×10-3的气氛中均可获得Ni/(10NiO-NiFe2O4)金属陶瓷,但气氛中氧含量对物相含量影响较大。在真空气氛中NiO含量相对较高。材料中NiFe2O4和Ni的含量分别随着气氛中氧含量的上升而增加和减小;在真空烧结气氛中,可获得晶粒尺寸为3.90μm的5Ni/(10NiO-NiFe2O4)金属陶瓷,其抗弯强度可达138.59MPa,且在960°C实验条件下平均抗热震循环次数可达6.67次,具有相对较好的力学性能。  相似文献

Ni/(10NiO-90NiFe2O4) cermet inert anodes with metal Ni content of 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 (mass fraction, %) were prepared and their corrosion behavior in Na3AlF6-Al2O3 melts was investigated in laboratory electrolysis tests. The results indicate that the content of metal Ni in anodes has little effect on the steady-state concentration of impurities Ni and Fe in electrolyte and the values range in (114-173)×10^-6 and (287-385)×10^-6, but the content of impurities in the metal aluminum manifolds. There is preferential corrosion for metal Ni in NiO-NiFe2O4 based cermet anodes. Considering the corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity, the cermet containing 5%Ni (mass fraction) behaves best among NiO-NiFe2O4 based cermet anodes studied, and should be further studied.  相似文献

以NiO、Fe_2O_3和Cu、Fe、Ni为主要原料,采用两步固相烧结法,制备出Cu-NiFe_2O_4和Cu-Ni-Fe-NiFe_2O_4金属陶瓷试样.用阿基米德排水法测试样密度,并结合XRD和SEM分析其微观结构,测量了试样的静态热腐蚀率、抗热震性和电导率.研究表明,与Cu-NiFe_2O_4金属陶瓷比较,金属Fe、Ni的加入能够起到晶粒细化、提高致密度的作用,同时使Cu与陶瓷的润湿性得到改善.Cu-Ni-Fe-NiFe_2O_4试样在冰晶石熔盐中的静态热腐蚀率有所降低,而抗热震性有较大提高.电导率也有一定提高,原因是由于金属相均匀的分散于陶瓷相中,减小了晶界间的势垒作用,从而使载流子更易通过晶界.  相似文献

采用高分子网络法制备混合纳米粉体,研究稀土氧化物Y2O3和Pr6O11加入量对Al2O3陶瓷相对密度和热导率的影响。采用阿基米德方法测定样品的体积密度,利用激光脉冲法测量试样的热扩散率并计算得出热导率。结果表明:两种添加剂都可以降低Al2O3陶瓷的烧结温度,提高Al2O3陶瓷的热导率,其中Y2O3的促进作用较强;当保温时间相同、烧结温度为1 500~1 650℃时,Al2O3陶瓷的相对密度和热导率都随烧结温度的升高而增大;当烧结温度相同、保温时间为30~120 min时,Al2O3陶瓷的相对密度和热导率也随保温时间的延长而增大。  相似文献

利用计算机编程建立了Al--Zn--Mg--Cu合金 (7175铝合金) 中α--Al, η相及α--Al大角度晶界原子集团模型, 采用递归法计算 合金中Zn, Mg, Cu和H的环境敏感镶嵌能、原子间相互作用能、Fermi能级和态密度等电子结构参数, 分析了合金的应力腐蚀机理. 计算 结果表明: Mg, Cu和H容易在晶界偏析. Mg对H具有吸引作用, 促进H在晶界偏析, 引起晶界氢脆; Zn增大晶界与晶内的电位差, 降低合 金抗腐蚀性; Cu能减小晶界与晶内Fermi能级差, 降低晶界与晶内的电位差, 具有减缓合金腐蚀的作用. 计算结果还表明: η相的Fermi能 级最高, 腐蚀过程中作为阳极优先溶解. 由于η相俘获H, 当晶界析出断续η相时可减弱晶界H的偏析, 提高抗腐蚀性; 但晶界连续分布η相则形成腐蚀通道, 加速腐蚀进程.  相似文献

10Cu/(10NiO-NiFe2O4) cermets doped with Yb2O3 were prepared by conventional powder metallurgy technique. The effects of Yb2O3 content and sintering temperature on the relative density, phase composition, microstructure of the sintered cermets and the corrosion resistance to Na3AlF6-Al2O3 melts were investigated by sintered density test, XRD analysis and SEM. YbFeO3 phase, which distributes in the ceramics grain boundary as particles or film, is produced by the reaction between Yb2O3 and ceramics. The addition of Yb2O3 accelerates the sintering process of ceramics matrix, eliminates pores in the boundary and results in coarsened crystalline grain. The relative density of the cermets with about 1% (mass fraction) Yb2O3 sintered at 1275 °C increases to above 95%. Addition of about 1.0% Yb2O3 can inhibit obviously the corrosion of NiFe2O4 grain boundary and Cu phase in Na3AlF6-Al2O3 melts.  相似文献

采用烧结时在陶瓷坯体上施加一个较小的轴向压力方法实现了铋层结构Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15铁电陶瓷的织构化。实验表明,随压力增加,陶瓷的横向延伸率上升,材料密度略有降低。同时,XRD分析表明,轴向压力提高了平行压力方向和垂直压力方向上晶粒取向度的差异,表明施加压力有助于提高陶瓷的织构化程度。同时,电学性能测试表明,随着压力增加,压力方向上的陶瓷介电常数和损耗均随之下降。在NBT体系的烧结过程中,低熔点的Bi2O3等低熔点物质会首先熔融,形成局部液态;NBT晶粒具有片状结构,在外力和高温熔体的共同作用下,发生倾斜和滑移,产生定向排列的趋势;随后,这些局部定向的大晶粒作为模板,促进了NBT陶瓷的晶粒定向和织构化。  相似文献

In-situ rod-like A1203 grain was prepared by adding CAS multiphase additives under the sintering condition of 30 MPa, 1 550℃ and 1 h. The sintering behaviors, microstructure, toughening mechanism and access of Al2O3 ceramics were investigated by SEM, EDS and WDW omnipotent electronic mechanical testing machine, etc, and the crack propagating model of cylindrical crystal/3Y-TZP composite toughening Al2O3 ceramics was established. The results show that the composite additives prompt the anisotropic growth of Al2O3 grain, which strengthens toughening effect of 3Y-TZP in 3Y-TZP/Al2O3 composite ceramics. Moreover, the experimental material density is near to theoretical density, bending strength is 556.35 MPa, and fracture toughness is 6.73 MPa.m1/2. (Cu-Ni)/(10NiO-90NiFe204) cermet inert anodes containing metal Cu-Ni0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 wt pct were prepared and their corrosion resistance to Na3AlF6-Al2O3 melts was investigated. The results indicate that the content of metal Cu-Ni has little effect on the steady-state concentration of Ni in the electrolyte and the values could not be used to effectively differentiate their corrosion resistance. The steady-state concentration of Fe decreases from 304×10^-6 to 168×10^-6 and that of Cu increases from 21×10^-6 to 71×10^-6 with the content of metal Cu-Ni increasing from 0 to 20 wt pct. Post-examination shows that metallic phase Cu-Ni is corroded preferentially during electrolysis and many pores are left at the anode surface. Ni–Co–Fe2O3 composite coatings were successfully developed by sediment co-deposition. In order to improve their hot corrosion resistance, a pre-oxidation treatment was conducted at 1000 °C for 6 h. The corrosion behaviour of the oxidised composite coating was investigated at 960 °C in an atmosphere consisting of a mixture of Na3AlF6–AlF3–CaF molten salts and air. They exhibited good hot corrosion resistance due to not only the pre-formed oxide scale with (Ni,Co)O and (Ni,Co)Fe2O4 phases after pre-oxidation, but also the formation of (Ni,Co,Fe)Al2O4 phases in the outer layer and a well-distributed NiFe2O4-enriched phase along the grain boundaries in the subscale area during the corrosion process.  相似文献
