目的 探究锡锌合金镀层对铝硅熔体与Q235钢润湿行为的影响。方法 通过磁控溅射法和热浸镀法在Q235钢基底表面镀覆不同厚度(190~5 500 nm)的锡锌合金镀层。采用改良座滴法测试700 ℃下铝硅熔体与不同表面处理的Q235钢基底的润湿行为。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)对凝固润湿试样截面和表面组织及成分进行表征分析。结果 700 ℃时铝硅熔体与未镀覆基底为部分润湿,初始接触角和终态接触角分别为88°和66°。施加190 nm锡锌合金镀层后,初始铺展速率明显增大,终态接触角约为13°,并在铺展前沿形成前驱膜;随着镀层厚度的增加,终态接触角减小,熔体铺展速率及前驱膜宽度增大,1 680 nm时趋于完全润湿(终态接触角约为2°)。铝硅熔体与未镀覆钢基底界面反应产物为Fe2Al5相和Al8Fe2Si相,反应层垂直界面向熔体侧快速生长而隔离熔体铺展前沿与基底的接触。施加镀层会促进反应层(Fe2Al5相和Al8Fe2Si相)沿铺展前沿快速生长,前驱膜表层主要为Al8Fe2Si相。镀层过厚(5 500 nm)的凝固润湿试样界面附近存在分离的低熔点锡相。结论 锡锌合金镀层主要通过改变界面反应层生长及润湿三相线组态而影响铝硅熔体与Q235钢的润湿行为。锡锌合金镀层能有效改善铝硅熔体与Q235钢的润湿性,有助于铺展前沿前驱膜的形成。随着镀层厚度的增加,熔体铺展速率增大,终态接触角减小。趋于完全润湿(1 680 nm镀层)后继续增大镀层厚度对润湿行为无明显影响,但过厚的镀层会促进低熔点锡相在凝固界面附近形成,这会弱化界面结合。  相似文献

研究了转速对铝/镁搅拌摩擦焊接头金属间化合物和低熔点共晶的影响,并用电子背散射衍射表征了铝侧和镁侧界面微观结构。结果表明,当采用375 r/min的低转速时,镁侧界面上部出现由Mg固溶体和Al12Mg17相组成的共晶层,平均厚度为38.83 μm。在镁侧界面上部还发现一层厚度为12.3 μm的连续柱状Al3Mg2层,垂直于Al3Mg2层与共晶层的边界。在镁侧界面的中部和底部,只有Al3Mg2层和Al12Mg17层,其厚度沿厚度方向从上到下依次减小。此外,铝侧和镁侧界面的Al3Mg2层具有较高的平均晶粒取向差,这为铝和镁原子间的扩散提供了一条途径。当转速为600 r/min时,Mg固溶体与Al12Mg17相组成的共晶层沿厚度方向分布在镁侧界面上,共晶层厚度较低转速(375 r/min)时显著增加。镁侧界面上部的Al3Mg2层和共晶层的平均厚度分别为32.89和68.92 μm。最后,由转速引起的应变速率对金属间化合物的生长起着重要作用。  相似文献

研究了BT25Y钛合金在600 ℃、700 ℃和800 ℃下的高温氧化行为。采用连续氧化增重法,并结合氧化速度常数、氧化活度等理论计算了合金的氧化动力学和热力学规律;利用XRD、SEM和EDS等表征方法研究了氧化膜的相结构和表面、截面形貌及元素分布。结果表明:BT25Y钛合金在600 ℃和700 ℃均有较好的抗氧化性能,其连续氧化动力学曲线符合抛物线规律,氧化层由细小TiO2和Al2O3组成,氧化膜可有效阻止氧渗入基体,降低氧化速度;BT25Y钛合金在800 ℃氧化严重,其连续氧化动力学曲线近似符合直线规律,氧化层由Al2O3层和TiO2层交替组成,氧化膜疏松多孔,不能有效阻挡氧向基体一侧的扩散。  相似文献

本文以纯钛板与纯铝板为原料,通过爆炸复合法制备钛/铝/钛层状复合材料,之后采用热处理以及热压工艺对钛/铝/钛层状复合材料进行进一步处理。研究结果表明:复合板界面主要由波状界面和平直状界面构成,铝元素与钛元素在界面上发生了互扩散,界面结合性能优良,可以承受后续较大的二次塑性变形;热处理后的复合板界面发生明显扩散,在热处理25 h后热压2.5 h后铝层完全反应,扩散反应层主要由TiAl3相以及Ti2Al5相构成。  相似文献

以CuO-Al作为反应体系,在6063铝合金中原位反应生成Al2O3颗粒,采用近液线相铸造的方法制备6063Al-XAl2O3(X=0,2,4,6)复合材料。研究原位反应颗粒Al2O3与6063铝合金自带的原位结晶颗粒Mg2Si的形状、尺寸、数量、分布、界面特征等对合金微观组织和耐磨性的影响机理。结果表明,在6063铝合金中原位反应生成尺寸在亚微米级的近球形θ-Al2O3颗粒;其(311)晶面与6063铝合金基体(111)晶面成共格界面;6063铝合金中Mg2Si尺寸大约为100nm,呈条带状,其(02-2)与Al基体(111)晶面属于共格界面。随着Al2O3颗粒含量的增加,6063铝基复合材料的晶粒组织形貌由蔷薇状逐渐向等轴晶转变,晶粒尺寸逐渐减小。当Al2O3的质量分数为6%时,复合材料组织由等轴晶和细小的柱状晶组成。载荷为50N时,6063铝合金的磨损量为6.72mg,6063-6Al2O3复合材料的磨损量为1.63mg,相对于6063铝合金降低75.7%。原位颗粒(Al2O3+Mg2Si)与铝基体都成共格界面,界面之间无污染,界面结合强度高,在磨损过程中,不易从基体中脱落,承当磨损过程中的大部分载荷。原位生成高硬度的Al2O3颗粒与原位结晶颗粒Mg2Si协同作用共同提高复合材料的耐磨性。外加载荷为40N时,随着增强相质量分数的增加,复合材料的磨损机制由粘着磨损转变为磨粒磨损。6063铝合金磨损机制以严重的粘着磨损为主。6063-2Al2O3复合材料磨损机制主要以粘着磨损为主,6063-4 Al2O3和6063-6Al2O3复合材料主要表现为磨粒磨损。  相似文献

采用AgCuTi钎料实现了Al2O3陶瓷与Fe-Co-Ni合金的钎焊连接,并调查了不同钛含量的钎料对Al2O3/AgCuTi/Fe-Ni-Co钎焊接头机械性能和微观组织结构的影响。扫描电子显微镜(SEM), X射线能量色散光谱仪(EDS), X射线衍射仪(XRD)及电子万能试验机用于分析钎焊接头的机械性能和微观组织结构,结果表明:钛含量的增加明显提高AgCuTi钎料与Al2O3陶瓷的相互作用,在Al2O3/Ag-Cu-Ti界面生成一层由Ti-Al 和 Ti-O化合物组成的反应层。Al2O3/AgCuTi/Fe-Ni-Co钎焊接头的抗拉强度随钛含量的增加而增加,当钛含量提高到8wt.%时,抗拉强度达到最大值78Mpa。通过微观组织结构分析发现,采用AgCu4Ti在890℃保温5min的条件下可以获得较好的钎焊接头,典型接头的微观组织结构为Al2O3/TiAl+Ti3O5/NiTi+Cu3Ti+Ag(s,s)/Ag(s,s)+Cu(s,s)+(Cu,Ni)/Fe-Ni-Co。采用AgCu8Ti获得的钎焊接头的界面反应层与AgCu4Ti差异不大,但反应层稍微增厚,并伴有TiO和Ti3Al在Al2O3/Ag-Cu-Ti界面生成。  相似文献

采用Al2TiO5颗粒增强的Ag-CuO-Al2TiO5复合钎料,在钎焊温度为1050 ℃保温30 min工艺参数下,对ZrO2陶瓷与GH3536合金进行了空气反应钎焊(RAB),分析了钎焊接头的界面结构及其形成机制;同时研究了接头在800 ℃氧化不同时间的组织演变规律及其对连接性能的影响。结果表明,钎焊过程中Al2TiO5颗粒分解产生Al2O3和TiO2,TiO2与ZrO2陶瓷反应生成ZrTiO4相。GH3536侧金属元素发生氧化形成尖晶石层,并分别与钎缝中的Al2O3、CuO反应,在钎缝中生成细密分布的NiAl2O4相及紧邻尖晶石层的团块状NiCuO2相。ZrO2/GH3536接头高温氧化1000 h后,钎缝中NiAl2O4呈团块状分布,Cr2O3薄层保持稳定;尖晶石层内部元素均匀化,厚度有明显增加。接头强度随着氧化时间的延长先降低后稳定在20 MPa。  相似文献

采用AgCuTi钎料对Al2O3陶瓷与GH99高温合金进行了钎焊连接,研究了工艺参数(连接温度、保温时间)的变化对接头力学性能的影响,并分析了不同参数下接头的断裂位置,结果表明:保温5min时,在不同的连接温度下进行钎焊,随着连接温度的升高,接头的抗剪强度先增后减,在900℃时取得最大值,为127.24MPa,连接温度较低时,主要断裂于Al2O3/钎料侧,随着温度的升高,接头TiNi3反应层增厚,因此还有部分断裂于TiNi3反应层/钎料界面;在连接温度为900℃时,随着保温时间的延长,接头的抗剪强度逐渐降低,保温时间较短时,主要要断裂于Al2O3/钎料界面,保温时间过长,TiNi3反应层延伸入钎料中部且厚度大大增加,在该反应层中产生微裂纹,造成接头强度大大降低,此时部分断裂于钎料中部及TiNi3反应层中。  相似文献

以NH4Cl为活化剂,采用包埋法在309不锈钢上制备了纳米CeO2改性铝化物涂层。采用X射线衍射分析仪、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪对涂层以及循环氧化50次后的表面和横截面进行了分析。微观结构研究表明,改性涂层中包含Fe4Al13相,由于基底金属的向外扩散,改性涂层捕获了少量的CeO2纳米颗粒。与不添加CeO2纳米颗粒的普通铝化物涂层相比,在900 ℃的大气环境下,分散CeO2改性铝化物涂层表现出更好的防氧化剥落性能;在50次循环氧化后,CeO2改性铝化物涂层上仍然可以发现一些Fe2Al5相,并存在向外扩散的Al层、中间的FeAl层和外部的Fe2Al5+FeAl混合层,这表明CeO2纳米颗粒可以延缓铝化物涂层的降解。  相似文献

采用中频磁控溅射和超音速等离子喷涂依次在锆合金(Zr-4)基体表面制备了Zr(84.61 at.%)Cr/Zr(17.39 at.%)Cr/Al2O3(ZrCr梯度界面层)和Al2O3 (无ZrCr梯度界面层)涂层。利用XRD、SEM和HRTEM等重点分析了ZrCr梯度界面层对Zr-4/Al2O3涂层界面微观结构、结合强度和抗热震性能的影响。研究结果表明:通过增设ZrCr梯度界面层,能显著提升Zr-4/ZrCr/Al2O3体系结合强度至50.3±2.52 MPa,较Zr-4/Al2O3体系结合强度值提升约46%;循环热震条件下,Zr-4/ZrCr/Al2O3体系膜基界面完整,与ZrCr梯度界面层能显著提升界面结合强度且喷涂及热震实验过程中ZrCr梯度界面层Cr原子优先形成较致密的Cr2O3能进一步有效抑制氧扩散至Zr-4有关;Zr-4/Al2O3膜基界面则出现明显开裂甚至剥离行为,其主因是Zr-4/Al2O3两者界面热应力集中而导致Zr-4/Al2O3界面开裂;HRTEM和EDS线扫描结果证实在Zr-4/Al2O3界面开裂处形成的疏松ZrO2氧化物是后续热震循环中进一步加剧涂层大面积剥落失效的根本原因。  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The invention provides a method of making a mold which can reduce SOx generation rate while preventing decrease in hardening rate in the case of using sulfuric acid for a hardener composition. The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The rheology feature of Sb, Bi melt and alloys was studied using coaxial cylinder high-temperature viscometer. The results showed that the curve of torsion-rotational speed for Sb melt presents a linear relation in all measured temperature ranges, whereas for the Bi melt, the curve presents obvious non-Newtonian feature within the low temperature range and at relative high shear stress. The rheology feature of Sb80Bi20 and Sb20Bi80 alloy melts was well correlated with that of Sb and Bi, respectively. It is considered that the rheology behavior of Sb melt plays a crucial role in Sb80Bi20 alloy and that of Bi melt plays a crucial role in Sb20Bi80 alloy.  相似文献
