Cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and scanning electron microscopy were employed to study the influence of Zn^2 ion concentration in electrolyte solutions on zinc electroplating process. The results show that, at high overpotentials, the nucleation of zinc is instantaneous, and nuclear density increases with the overpotentials increasing. While at low overpotentials, the zinc may be preferentially electrodeposited on surface inhomogeneities such as emergence points of edge, screw dislocations, atomic disorder, kink sites, or monoatomic steps, and no distinguished nucleation current can be observed. The major dissolution peak in cyclic voltammogram drifts positively due to the change of the rate-determining step of zinc electroplating processes from diffusion to the electrochemical reaction with the increase of Zn^2 ion concentration.  相似文献

Experimental investigations on the DC spot welding of Mg alloy AZ31B are presented. Experiments are carried out to study the influence of spot welding parameters ( electrode force, welding heat input and welding time) on the tensile shear load and the diameter of nugget, based on an orthogonal test and analysis method. The optimum parameters are as follows: electrode force is 2 000 N, welding heat input is 80% and welding time is 6 cycles. The microstrueture of spot weld is single fine equiaxed crystals in the nugget, of which the structure is β-Mg17Al12 precipitated on α-Mg boundaries induced by nonequilibrium freezing. And the surface condition of the workpiece has great influence on the joint quality.  相似文献

Four Ti-C-Fe powder mixtures, with a same molar ratio but different particle sizes of Fe and Ti, were used to measure the reaction velocity of the combustion synthesis. The results show that in the case of the finer Ti powder used, the reaction velocity of mixture with the finer Fe powder is higher than that with the coarser Fe powder. However,in the case of the coarser Ti powder used, the reaction velocity of mixture with the finer Fe powder is lower than that with the coarser Fe powder. The effect of particle size of Fe powder on reaction velocity can be explained with the previously proposed mechanisms of the combustion synthesis of Ti-C-Fe system.  相似文献

采用激光辐照对FeCrAlW电弧喷涂层的组织进行致密化处理,借助扫描电镜和X衍射对涂层的组织进行了分析.测试了涂层的显微硬度.结果表明:涂层组织致密度提高,孔隙率明显降低.随着激光扫描速度的增加,涂层的显微硬度降低.在较低的扫描速度下,涂层与基体之间形成互熔区,涂层与基体之间产生良好的冶金结合.  相似文献

扫描电镜观察显示胫骨是一种由羟基磷灰石和胶原蛋白组成的自然生物陶瓷复合材料.羟基磷灰石具有层状的微结构并且平行于骨的表面排列.观察也显示这些羟基磷灰石层又是由许多羟基磷灰石片所组成,这些羟基磷灰石片具有长而薄的形状,也以平行的方式整齐排列.基于在胫骨中观察到的羟基磷灰石片的微结构特征,通过微结构模型分析及实验,研究了羟基磷灰石片平行排列微结构的最大拔出能.结果表明,羟基磷灰石片长而薄的形状以及平行排列方式增加了其最大拔出能,进而提高了骨的断裂韧性.  相似文献

The technology of ultrasonic welding of components made of Capron tapes producing welded joints with high strength parameters has been developed. The numerical values of the main parameters of the conditions of ultrasonic welding of the Capron tapes are determined. It is shown that the increase in the amplitude and welding pressure shortens the welding time. The experimental results show that the Capron tapes are characterized by geometrical homogeneity in both the transverse and longitudinal direction so that the welded joints can be produced both along and across the tape.  相似文献

The present authors proposed a new technique of plastic bending of adhesive-bonded sheet metals. In this process, large transverse shear deformation occurs in the adhesive layer, which in some cases would induce the geometrical imperfection (so-called ‘gull-wing bend’) and the delamination. Since the strength of the adhesive is highly rate-sensitive, the amount of shear deformation of the adhesive layer and, as a result, ‘gull-wing bend’, are strongly influenced by the forming speed. In the present work, the effect of forming speed on the deformation characteristics of adhesively bonded aluminium sheets was investigated by performing V-bending experiments with various punch speeds at room temperature. In order to discuss the effect quantitatively, the numerical simulations for the bending were also conducted using a rate-dependent constitutive model of plasticity for the adhesive. Consequently, it was found that the large shear deformation and ‘gull-wing bend’ are suppressed by high-speed forming since the deformation resistance becomes higher at high strain rate.  相似文献

A large number of ab-initio calculations of energies of formation of intermetallic compounds have been performed in the last 15 years. The currently used methods are listed. The paper presents a review of the aluminium based compounds which have been studied. Comparisons of calculated and experimental enthalpies of formation are provided for aluminim-3d and-4d transition metal alloys at equiatomic composition. A mathematical model of a turbulent boundary layer, describing the non-stationary non-isothermal flow of an incompressible gas in axisymmetric channels with the heat exchange is constructed. The equations of motion, continuity, and energy; the closing relationships for the coefficients of friction; and the heat transfer at the appropriate boundary conditions can be used for the analysis of the effect on the processes of friction and heat transfer with subsequent synthesis of phenomena – investigation of their combined effect and the determination of correlations between them, together with optimization of the profile of the surface with the flow around from the viewpoint of minimizing the thermal loading and energy dissipation.  相似文献
