Zn-Ni合金涂层技术是近年发展起来的防腐涂层新技术,与锌涂层相比,该涂层具有十分优异的腐蚀防护性能。随着工业的发展,Zn-Ni合金涂层将会成为锌的替代性涂层,在钢铁腐蚀防护领域得到广泛应用,极具发展前景。文中介绍了用电镀、热浸镀、热喷涂和渗镀的方法制备Zn-Ni合金涂层的主要进展情况,讨论了Zn-Ni合金涂层的腐蚀防护机理,指出了今后应把开发Zn-Ni合金基材作为Zn-Ni合金涂层技术获得突破的关键,把开发Zn-Ni复合涂层作为扩大Zn-Ni合金涂层应用的手段,同时应加强对Zn-Ni合金涂层耐腐蚀机理的研究,为Zn-Ni合金涂层技术的研究和应用提供理论指导。 相似文献

介绍了Mg合金的腐蚀原理、腐蚀类型以及合金元素在镁合金中的作用。综述了Mg合金的化学转化膜、阳极氧化、微弧氧化、化学镀等经典的表面处理方法 ,以及快速凝固工艺和表面改性技术对Mg合金表面耐蚀性能的影响。Mg合金易发生全面腐蚀、电偶腐蚀、点蚀、应力腐蚀和高温氧化。解决Mg合金腐蚀的方法有 :一是研究新合金 ,提高Mg合金自身的热力学稳定性 ,稀土Mg合金是最有前途的耐蚀合金 ;二是通过表面处理使Mg合金表面富SiO2 和Al2 O3 、含SiC和F-等物质或获得的非晶态的涂层结构能有效地提高Mg合金的耐蚀耐磨性能 ;三是改进加工工艺 ,快速凝固和激光退火不仅能获得力学性能优秀的Mg合金产品 ,还能获得纳米结构的表面涂层防护膜 ,提高Mg合金的耐蚀耐磨性能。使镁合金表面涂层结构纳米化、玻璃化是表面处理工艺的发展趋势。 相似文献

综述了碳点的合成路径、改性方法及其在腐蚀防护领域的应用,重点阐述了碳点作为缓蚀剂及其在自修复、自预警等智能防腐涂层方向应用的国内外最新研究进展。首先,分析和探讨了杂原子掺杂型、有机分子修饰型以及生物质衍生型碳点缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理、优势及不足。其次,介绍了基于碳点的本征和外援自修复涂层、腐蚀预警涂层的设计思路及自修复、自预警机制。最后,提出了碳点在缓蚀剂和智能防腐涂层中应用所存在的问题,并对其未来发展前景进行了讨论。未来应秉持绿色、高效理念,进一步优化碳点的制备工艺,深入研究其在缓蚀、涂层自修复及腐蚀预警中的关键作用,以期早日实现工业应用。 相似文献

Magnesium alloys are a light material and for this reason they are of interest for technologies where the weight of structures should be decreased to a minimum. Deformable magnesium alloys have very high strength characteristics. The mechanical properties of deformable magnesium alloys are determined by the structural processes occurring in cold-hardening or its removal. One such process is recrystallization. The literature contains little data on recrystallization of magnesium alloys containing yttrium, although yttrium is an effective strengthening agent for magnesium. Fluid flow has a significant impact on the microstructure evolution of alloys during solidification. Based on the previous work relating simulation of the dendritic growth of magnesium alloys with hcp (hexagonal close-packed) structure, an extension was made to the formerly established CA (cellular automaton) model with the purpose of studying the effect of fluid flow on the dendritic growth of magnesium alloys. The modified projection method was used to solve the transport equations of flow field. By coupling the flow field with the solute field, simulation results of equiaxed and columnar dendritic growth of magnesium alloys with fluid flow were achieved. The simulated results were quantitatively compared with those without fluid flow. Moreover, a comparison was also made between the present work and previous works conducted by others. It can be concluded that a deep understanding of the dendritic growth of magnesium alloys with fluid flow can be obtained by applying the present numerical model. 相似文献
