利用5kW连续波CO2激光器对Zn-2%Cu包晶合金进行了表面快速熔凝实验研究,扫描速率从6mm/s至1207mm/s.随着凝固速率的提高,该合金微观组织形态由低速平界面向层片状组织、浅胞晶直至高速绝对稳定平界面转变.实验结果表明,该合金微观组织演化规律与利用林鑫等的数值模型和Jackson—Hunt的共晶模型相结合所得到的界面响应函数作出的预测结果吻合较好. 相似文献

采用定向凝固方法研究不同试样尺寸对Al-4%Cu合金凝固固/液界面特征的影响.结果表明:当凝固速率v=1 μm/s时,小尺寸试样的平界面更加平直;当v=5 μm/s时,随着试样尺寸的增大,界面形态分别为浅胞-深胞一初始枝晶,同时,试样边缘的组织比中心的组织更不稳定;在相同凝固速率下,小尺寸试样的温度梯度较大,促使界面稳定性提高;试样尺寸的增大引起径向温差增大,促进溶质流动,使试样边缘产生溶质富集,从而使平界面弯曲;由于试样中心排出的溶质大部分流向界面前沿糊状区的液相中,而枝晶糊状区的液相比胞晶的多,因而形成的枝晶界面弯曲程度比胞晶的小. 相似文献

采用定向凝固连续铸造技术成功制备了纤维增强的自生复合Cu-Cr合金电车线线坯,并对自生复合Cu-Cr合金的定向凝固特性,包括组织形态、枝晶间距及纤维长度等,作了详细的研究。实验结果表明:保持平面状或胞状的凝固界面有利于纤维状的自生复合组织的形成;当GL=210℃/cm,V=0.6mm/min时,Cu-0.8%Cr合金凝固界面呈平面状;增加凝固速率,Cu-Cr合金的一次枝晶间距呈先增大后减小的规律, 相似文献

在温度梯度为200 K/cm和凝固速率为2-10μm/s下, Cu-1.0%Cr亚共晶合金的凝固组织中分别存在单相平界面和共晶、单相平界面和胞晶及胞间共晶、单相胞晶和共晶3种带状组织.从实验和理论两方面阐明了上述带状组织的产生与合金定向凝固界面前沿的溶质分布有关;形成的原因是合金未达到稳态凝固,凝固速率和合金成分一直处于变化之中.另外,单相平界面和共晶的带状组织中,合金凝固速率在单相平界面凝固中随着界面液相成分的增加而逐渐增大,而在共晶组织中随着界面前沿液相成分的减少而逐渐减小. 相似文献

对Cu-7.9%Co包晶合金不同定向凝固速率下的凝固组织进行了研究。结果表明:在定向凝固速率1μm/s~100μm/s下,随凝固速率的提高,初生α-Co相体积分数减少,使形态从定向生长的枝晶转变为等轴枝晶,相应地β-Cu包晶相的生长界面形态由平界面转变为枝状界面。利用最高界面生长温度假设,计算得到了凝固速率在0.55μm/s~5000μm/s范围内α-Co相领先于β-Cu相生长,与实验结果较为吻合;并当凝固速率大于5000μm/s时,β-Cu相的凝固界面生长温度高于α-Co而成为领先相,可以不通过包晶反应直接从熔体中凝固析出。 相似文献

基于WBM模型,耦合热力学数据库,建立了相场模型,模拟了Ti-43Al合金L→β定向凝固过程中微观组织的演化.讨论了相场参数以及凝固参数对界面形态的影响.结果表明,各向异性系数越小,尖端生长越慢,侧枝生长相对容易,易于形成胞状晶;减小界面厚度,溶质易于在胞晶间凹槽处富集,导致浅胞状枝晶向深胞状转变;随温度梯度增大,界面形 态的演化模式为:深胞-浅胞-平界面. 相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。 相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems. 相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries. 相似文献

The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward. 相似文献
