为了在T10A钢表面得到厚度薄且孔隙率较低的化学镀镍层,运用单因素分析法,考察了施镀温度、施镀时间、硫酸镍质量浓度和次磷酸钠质量浓度对化学镀镍层厚度及孔隙率的影响,并初步得到各因素指标的适宜浓度范围。在此基础上,通过正交试验法,确定了化学镀镍的最优工艺配方:硫酸镍25g/L,次磷酸钠25g/L,醋酸钠25g/L,辅助配位剂25g/L,光亮剂2g/L,硫脲2mg/L,pH=4.0,施镀温度70℃,施镀时间10min。正交试验的极差分析表明:在施镀温度、施镀时间、硫酸镍质量浓度和次磷酸钠质量浓度4个因素指标中,硫酸镍质量浓度对于镀层厚度、孔隙率及镀层显微硬度的影响都最大;且采用该化学镀镍配方,可获得孔隙率为12点/cm2,镀层厚度为4.1μm及镀层显微硬度为487HV0.1的镀层。  相似文献

目的 优化联氨-氨配合体系化学镀纯镍的工艺条件。 方法 以壳聚糖为织物的预处理剂,通过单因素实验,探讨化学镀镀液各组分的浓度和 pH 值、温度、施镀时间等因素对化学镀纯镍锦纶织物的方阻和增重率的影响。 结果 最优化学镀工艺条件如下:乙酸镍质量浓度 45 g / L,水合肼质量浓度 20 g / L,硫酸铵质量浓度 8 g / L,镀液 pH 值为 9 ,施镀温度为 75 ℃ ,施镀时间为 2 h。 结论 采用此反应体系,锦纶织物经壳聚糖改性处理后,可在最优施镀工艺条件下得到纯镍镀层,且镀层致密,方阻较小。  相似文献

为使化学镀镍-磷合金镀层具有更高的硬度,进一步提高其耐磨、耐蚀的性能,利用化学复合镀技术制备出镍-磷-纳米Al2O3复合镀层,并研究了pH值、温度、固体颗粒含量等几个关键工艺因素对镀液的稳定性、镀速和镀层磷含量的影响,特别是对固体颗粒的分散方法进行了较深入的研究.结果表明,在合适的工艺条件下,即当镀液的pH值为4.4~4.6,施镀温度(90±2)℃,颗粒含量12~14g/L,采用机械搅拌加超声波分散,机械搅拌转速200~250r/min,超声波分散频率40kHz时,可获得性能良好的复合镀层.  相似文献

为研究聚氨酯泡沫化学镀镍在超声波处理条件下的最优工艺,探讨不同超声波功率对聚氨酯泡沫化学镀镍沉积速率和电阻率的影响,并在超声波频率25Hz、功率90W下设计正交试验,确定聚氨酯泡沫化学镀镍的最佳工艺条件。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和热震试验等手段分别对镀镍聚氨酯泡沫的表面形貌、晶型结构和镀层的结合力进行表征。结果表明:随着超声波功率的增大,化学镀镍的沉积速率加快,在超声波功率为90W时,沉积速率增加趋势减慢,电阻率得到最小1.3Ω.cm。通过正交试验得出:当NiSO4浓度为35g/L,NaH2PO2.H2O浓度为20g/L,Na3C6H5O7.2H2O浓度为20g/L,pH为9,温度45℃,施镀时间为40min时,工艺条件最优。在最佳工艺条件下进行施镀,聚氨酯泡沫镀层光亮、均匀、覆盖完全,导电性和结合力良好。  相似文献

研究了在镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层上进行低温化学镀镍的工艺,并对镀层的成分、结构和耐蚀耐磨性能进行了分析。实验确定,在40℃左右对陶瓷层进行有效化学镀镍的镀液配方为:NiSO4.6H2O 40g/L,NaH2PO2.H2O 40g/L,(CH2CH2OH)310mL/L,C6H8O7.H2O 7.5g/L,NH4HF 20g/L,用NH3.H2O调节pH值保持在9.5左右。采用上述镀液在40℃施镀,得到的镀镍层为低磷微晶结构,与陶瓷层结合紧密且对陶瓷层有封孔作用,耐蚀和耐磨性能良好。  相似文献

研究了硬质合金表面Ni-P/纳米Ti(C,N)化学复合镀工艺以及热处理对复合镀层性能影响的规律.结果表明:1) 施镀工艺中各因素对镀速影响的显著性顺序是:温度→pH值→纳米Ti(C,N)加入量→χ(Ni2 /H2PO2-);2) 较好的施镀工艺为:28g/L氯化镍、25.76g/L次亚磷酸钠,50g/L氯化铵、45g/L柠檬酸钠,0.001g/L PbCl2,6g/L纳米Ti(C,N),pH=10,温度为80℃.3) Ni-P/纳米Ti(C,N)复合镀层较优的热处理工艺为:在400℃保温150min.采用所推荐的施镀和热处理工艺,获得了硬度是硬质合金基体硬度的2.16倍的Ni-P/纳米Ti(C,N)复合镀层.并对以上结果产生的原因进行了简单讨论.  相似文献

研究了乳酸作络合剂的酸性镀液中,络合剂添加量对镀液稳定性的影响,以及硫酸镍、叫氯化锡、还原剂含量对化学镀镍-锡-磷合金镀速和镀层成分的影响。研究结果表明:在保证镀液已有与镍盐摩尔比为1:3的络合剂外,需要再加入按与锡盐摩尔比为1:7的量计算的络合剂,才能保证镀液足够的稳定性:在镀液中硫酸镍质量浓度为30g/L,四氯化锡为20g/L,次亚磷酸钠为30g/L时镀速较快;在pH值为4.8,85-90℃的操作温度下,所获镀层中锡的质量分数w(Sn)可达7.1%。  相似文献

采用主要含硫酸镍、次磷酸钠、表面活性剂、醋酸钠及柠檬酸钠的镀液对不锈钢试片进行化学镀镍,研究了硫酸镍和表面活性剂的浓度、镀液pH值及温度对沉积速度的影响,确定了这几项参数的较佳取值.结果表明:硫酸镍25g/L、表面活性剂0.1g/L、温度85℃、pH值4.6较为适宜,在该工艺条件下所得的镀层样品经弯曲、热浸和人工汗实验均合格.  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward.  相似文献
