模拟两阶段控轧控冷工艺,进行了低碳贝氏体钢轧制实验,分析了轧后快速水冷和空冷对低碳贝氏体钢组织及性能的影响。结果显示,钢轧后,在两种冷速下得到的组织形貌差别较大,快速水冷得到强度较高的板条贝氏体组织,缓冷得到强度较低的粒状贝氏体组织,粒状贝氏体的形成温度较高,没有明显板条特征;板条贝氏体屈服强度比粒状贝氏体高出278MPa,抗拉强度高出307MPa;而粒状贝氏体的塑性和韧性指标明显优于板条贝氏体,延伸率和-20℃低温冲击功指标是板条贝氏体的近3倍。  相似文献

研究了弛豫-析出控制相变(RPC)技术生产的细晶低碳贝氏体钢回火后组织与性能的变化,并与控轧后空冷(AC)以及传统的再加热淬火工艺(RQ)得到的钢板的回火组织及性能进行了比较。采用RPC工艺得到的钢板经500℃~700℃回火1h后,随回火温度升高呈现软化-硬化-再软化的变化规律,采用AC工艺得到的钢板回火后硬度和强度的反复变化不明显,而经过RQ处理后的钢板随回火温度升高强度和硬度则单调下降。RPC和RQ钢板回火前的组织均为板条状贝氏体和少量粒贝的复合组织。回火后RPC钢板组织变化不明显,而RQ钢板随回火温度的升高板条很快消失,最终演变成多边形铁素体。实验结果表明,RPC钢板具有良好的热稳定性。  相似文献

研究了弛豫—析出控制相变(RPC)技术参数(弛豫时间)对超细化低碳贝氏体钢回火后组织与性能的影响,同时与控轧后空冷(AC)以及传统的再加热淬火工艺(RQ)得到的回火组织及性能进行了比较.不同RPC技术参数得到的钢板经300—700℃回火1h后,随温度升高均呈现软化硬化再软化的变化规律,只是变化速度及硬度值有所不同.经过AC工艺得到的钢板在回火后硬度和强度变化不明显,而经过RQ处理后的钢板随回火温度升高强度和硬度单调下降.回火前RPC和RQ两种工艺得到的钢板组织均为板条状贝氏体和少量粒贝的复合组织.回火后RPC工艺钢组织变化不明显,只是弛豫不同时间的试样组织粗化速度不同,而RQ工艺钢随回火温度的升高板条很快消失最终演变成多边形铁素体.实验结果表明,利用RPC工艺得到的高强韧性钢板具有良好的热稳定性这种稳定性是由于不同工艺引起组织内位错与析出状态不同造成的。  相似文献

在Gleeble-1500热模拟机上模拟了不同的弛豫析出控制相变(RPC)工艺过程,结合金相、SEM、TEM以及EBSD技术研究了不同变形温度,变量量以及弛豫时间对含Nb,Ti低碳微合金钢最终组织细化的影响。此外Fe-Ni合金被用来研究弛豫过程的位错亚结构变化以析出行为。结果表明,经RPC工艺处理后,贝氏体束可得到明显的细化。弛豫过程中同时存在位 错弛豫,多边形化形成位错胞状亚结构以及应变诱导析出,这两者是引起最终贝氏体组织细化的主要原因。当两种因素互相协调并促进时,细化效果最佳,在本模拟条件下,最佳控制工艺为850℃变形后弛豫60-200s左右。  相似文献

在热轧试验的基础上,采用多功能材料试验机及光学显微镜,研究了不同冷却制度对700MPa级低碳贝氏体钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,根据冷却制度的不同,所研究低碳贝氏体钢的微观组织表现为准多边形铁素体、粒状贝氏体和板条贝氏体等的比例、形态及尺寸的不同。轧后空冷时,试样的微观组织主要为准多边形铁素体和粒状贝氏体,其强度较低,但塑性较好;轧后水冷时,试样的微观组织主要为板条贝氏体,具有较高的强度和较低的伸长率;轧后油淬时,试样的微观组织主要为板条贝氏体、粒状贝氏体、准多边形铁素体及针状铁素体的复合组织,这种组织具有较好的强度和塑性配合;轧后水冷至531℃而后空冷至室温时,试样的微观组织主要为粒状贝氏体,具有高的屈服强度和屈强比。  相似文献

介绍了通过试验研究得出的控轧控冷工艺对含Ti高强度汽车板组织和性能的影响。研究得出,钢中主要是细小的板条贝氏体组织,贝氏体板条内存在高密度位错,其板条细化和位错强化使钢的强度提高,而Ti的碳化物沿位错线弥散析出,进一步加强了析出强化效果。  相似文献

试验钢采用低碳Nb、Ti、Ni、Cu、Mo等合金化设计理念进行X100管线钢化学成分设计,用真空感应电炉冶炼,并经试验轧机TMCP工艺控制轧制,轧后弛豫并在机后快速冷却线中进行快速冷却。冷却后采用显微分析方法和力学性能测试等手段研究终冷温度对试验钢微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着终冷温度的降低试验钢显微组织的变化规律是由多边形铁素体向准多边形铁素体、粒状贝氏体、贝氏体铁素体、马氏体型转变。在418℃时出现板条状贝氏体组织且随着终冷温度降低,组织中板条状贝氏体的含量增加,贝氏体板条束的直径变小板条间距变窄,提高了试验钢的强度和韧性指标。301℃时出现马氏体组织,试验钢的强韧性有所降低。未发现终冷温度对原始奥氏体晶粒尺寸有影响,因为影响试验钢原始奥氏体晶粒度的主要因素为控轧工艺。  相似文献

研究了不同贝氏体组织类型对780 MPa级低碳贝氏体钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:粒状贝氏体组织中的M/A岛无序地分布在贝氏体铁素体边界及基体上,板条贝氏体中,细小薄膜状M/A岛平行于板条束,板条特征明显;不同贝氏体组织类型对试验钢的力学性能有明显的影响,板条贝氏体类型低碳贝氏体钢的强度及冲击韧性均优于粒状贝氏体组织类型低碳贝氏体钢。实际工业生产中,应控制试验钢得到板条贝氏体。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward.  相似文献
