通过搅拌摩擦加工(FSP)手段,对3 mm厚的AZ31镁合金板材作表面加工处理.然后在质量分数为5%的NaCl腐蚀溶液中添加不同浓度的碳酸钠作为缓蚀剂,通过动电位极化曲线以及交流阻抗(EIS)测试,研究了室温下该缓蚀剂对镁合金母材及搅拌摩擦加工处理镁合金电化学行为的影响.结果表明,添加缓蚀剂后,FSP镁合金及母材的腐蚀电流密度均减小,极化电阻及电荷转移电阻均增大,而且FSP镁合金的缓蚀效率要优于母材的缓蚀效率,且随浓度的增加而增加,碳酸钠是一种有效的无机缓蚀剂,并且其缓蚀作用效果与金属表面状态密切相关.  相似文献

对AZ31镁合金进行搅拌摩擦加工(Friction stir processing,FSP),并对母材(Basal material, BM)和FSP试样进行碱热处理(Alkali heat treatment,AHT),研究了AHT对搅拌摩擦加工后AZ31镁合金微观组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,FSP可以显著细化晶粒,平均晶粒尺寸由BM的12.8 μm细化至FSP后的3.1 μm,高角度晶界比例从BM的75.9%降低至FSP后的45.3%,晶界亚结构增多。AHT使材料表面形成致密的MgO和Al2O3混合涂层,有效地提高了AZ31镁合金的耐浸泡腐蚀性能。  相似文献

搅拌摩擦挤压(FSE)是一种新型制造技术,它使得通过金属片或实心坯的固结和挤压直接生产线材成为可能。本文作者采用搅拌摩擦挤压法将AA7022铝合金切屑制备成线材,研究基材和挤压后样品的显微组织和力学性能。用动电位极化曲线法测试样品的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,在较高转速下制备的试样其表面质量较好。随着转速的增加,样品的加工温度升高,晶粒尺寸增大,而力学性能下降。使用FSE可使晶粒细化、晶界的体积分数提高以及使影响合金耐腐蚀性能的析出相进行再分布。此外,腐蚀试验结果表明,采用FSE法制备的试样具有足够的耐腐蚀性能,但在较高模具转速下制备的样品其腐蚀电流密度增加,耐腐蚀性能下降。  相似文献

为提高医用金属材料的耐腐蚀性能,以一种商用316L不锈钢为研究对象,采用冷轧及退火工艺制备了平均晶粒尺寸为198 nm的超细晶(UFG)、776 nm的亚微米晶(SMG)和1.18μm的细晶(FG)试样,通过电化学实验测定了不同平均晶粒尺寸试样在模拟人体体液中的动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱。结果表明:腐蚀电位和击穿电位随着平均晶粒尺寸的减小而增大,UFG试样具有较高的腐蚀电位(-0.38 VSCE)和击穿电位(-0.03 VSCE);电容半径随晶粒尺寸的减小而增大,晶粒细化后,316L不锈钢在模拟人体体液环境中的耐腐蚀性能得到提高。其中,退火温度750℃条件下保温5 min制备的平均晶粒尺寸为198 nm的超细晶316L不锈钢在模拟人体体液环境中具有最佳的耐腐蚀性能。  相似文献

采用搅拌摩擦加工制备SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料,研究搅拌次数对复合层晶粒尺寸、硬度、拉伸及磨损性能的影响。结果表明,搅拌加工时添加SiC颗粒可提高复合层的硬度、耐磨性,但会降低其强度。随着搅拌次数的增加,复合材料硬度得到提高,添加SiC颗粒的试样经4道次搅拌后搅拌区平均硬度130 HV,而未添加颗粒时为118 HV。添加颗粒试样搅拌4次后,抗拉强度比搅拌1次试样强度明显提高,可达360.6 MPa,可达铝合金母材的68.5%。添加颗粒能够提高复合层的耐磨性,未添加颗粒时复合层摩擦系数为0.6,相比添加颗粒时仅为0.5。随着搅拌次数的增加,搅拌区晶粒细化程度得以提高,SiC颗粒分布更加均匀。  相似文献

试验的样品为3 mm厚挤压态AZ31镁合金,采用搅拌摩擦焊接工艺对焊而成.通过静态失重法、动电位极化曲线以及交流阻抗谱(electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,EIS)测试,研究了室温下浓度5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中AZ31镁合金搅拌摩擦焊焊缝和母材的电化学行为.结果表明,在室温腐蚀介质中通过静态失重法测得AZ31镁合金母材和焊缝在168 h后的平均腐蚀速率分别为0.154和0.135 g/(m2·h),通过动电位极化曲线及交流阻抗谱(EIS)测得AZ31镁合金母材和焊缝的腐蚀电流分别为0.001 63和0.000 45 A/cm2,极化电阻分别为9.553和12.61Ω/cm2.AZ31镁合金搅拌摩擦焊焊缝的抗腐蚀性能优于其母材的表现.  相似文献

选用轧态AZ31镁合金为基体、C60颗粒为增强相,采用搅拌摩擦加工技术(FSP)制备镁合金表面复合材料,搅拌针头旋转速度为600 r·min~(-1),加工速度为118 mm·min~(-1),分别进行1~3道次FSP加工后,通过金相、透射、硬度和拉伸等测试,对搅拌加工区复合显微组织和力学性能进行表征分析。研究表明:FSP可使镁合金晶粒显著细化; C60加入后,在1~3道次FSP内,随着加工道次升高,C60分散程度上升,复合材料平均晶粒尺寸降低,材料硬度上升,抗拉强度上升,但弥散于晶间的团聚颗粒使其拉伸性能低于母材;添加C60后的试样中,2道次硬度有明显上升,最高硬度可达母材的1. 73倍,3道次试样硬度平均值最高。结果表明,可通过FSP制备镁基表面复合层强化材料。  相似文献

采用模糊PID控制技术进行了超细晶6061铝合金的搅拌摩擦加工制备,并与传统搅拌摩擦加工制备合金进行了晶粒尺寸、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的对比。结果表明,与简单控制的传统搅拌摩擦加工相比,基于模糊PID控制的搅拌摩擦加工能使超细晶6061铝合金的晶粒细化、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能提高;-20℃抗拉强度增加179 MPa、0℃抗拉强度增加185 MPa、20℃抗拉强度增加144 MPa、-20℃冲击吸收功增加23%、腐蚀电位正移148 mV。  相似文献

目的 采用高转速搅拌摩擦加工技术在AZ31B镁合金表面制备一层组织结构均匀化和致密化的加工层,改善镁合金表面的耐腐蚀性能.方法 采用高转速搅拌摩擦加工技术对AZ31B镁合金表面进行单道次加工,并利用XRD、OM、EBSD、TEM和SEM分析不同转速下加工区的相组成、晶粒形貌、织构特征、二次相分布和表面腐蚀形貌,利用无纸记录仪和电化学工作站分别测试加工区的热循环曲线和表面耐腐蚀性能.结果 经高转速搅拌摩擦加工之后,在AZ31B镁合金表面制备了宏观成形美观且微观组织结构明显细化、均匀化和致密化的加工区.加工区相组成与基材一致,均由α-Mg和β-Al12Mg17组成.加工区平均晶粒尺寸较基材明显细化,织构强度明显增大.随着转速的增大,加工区平均晶粒尺寸逐渐粗化,织构强度逐渐减弱,β-Al12Mg17相分布更加均匀弥散.加工区耐腐蚀性能较基材明显提升,自腐蚀电位由基材的–1.49 V增至–1.28 V,自腐蚀电流由基材的2.08×10–4 A减小至9.51×10–5 A.在转速为3000 r/min和加工速度为100 mm/min的工艺条件下,加工区展现出较佳的耐腐蚀性能.结论 高转速搅拌摩擦加工可显著细化晶粒,均匀化和弥散化析出相分布,有效改善镁合金表面耐腐蚀性能.  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward.  相似文献
