针对东南亚沿海地区使用的大型轧钢机拉杆(材料为42CrMo钢)易发生腐蚀磨损的问题,采用单热源脉冲离子渗氮炉对拉杆进行氮碳共渗+后氧化复合处理。通过对模拟试样的预氧化工艺、氮碳共渗工艺及后氧化工艺的研究,得到了满足产品要求的复合处理工艺:350℃×2 h预氧化;550℃×24 h氮碳共渗(炉压为260 Pa, NH3∶CO2=20∶1)和520℃×2 h氮氧共渗(炉压为300 Pa, NH3∶O2=6∶1),共渗完毕,关闭电源,同时以0.5 L/min向炉内通入空气,直至炉温降到300℃,打开炉盖,待试样冷至150℃左右,迅速在试样表面均匀涂上防锈油。在此复合工艺下,渗层深度达到0.39~0.41 mm,化合物层达到10~12μm,与同工艺无预氧化试样渗层及化合物层厚度相比均增加;经盐雾试验检测,试样在70 h后出现腐蚀斑,和只经氮碳共渗处理无后氧化处理相比,耐蚀性提高。  相似文献

利用光学显微镜、显微硬度计、XRD、SEM等分析了预氧化对40CrNiMo钢离子渗氮过程的影响。结果发现:在300℃氧化1 h的40CrNiMo试样,表面生成了厚0. 4~0. 7μm、以Fe_3O_4和Fe_2O_3为主的氧化层。在随后的540℃离子渗氮过程中,当渗氮时间较短(4 h)时,试样出现渗层浅、分布不均和硬度低等缺陷;但随着渗氮时间的延长(8 h),预氧化表现出了一定的催渗效果,同时渗层中脉状氮化物减少;当渗氮时间延长至16 h时,预氧化的催渗效果更加显著,但渗层的疏松有所增加。  相似文献

为探究SDC99冷作模具钢优化的氮碳共渗工艺,对其在不同温度、时间、气压、电压条件下的离子氮碳共渗效果开展研究。结果表明,在530℃×12 h、450~500 Pa、800~850 V、NH3/CO2为16∶1时,氮碳共渗效果较好,渗层深度为160~170μm,化合物层可达4~6μm,表面硬度为1100 HV0.3;随着稀土铈的加入,渗层深度增厚至210~220μm,化合物层可达8~10μm,其中γ'相含量由26.2%增至37.1%,表面硬度达1150 HV0.3,硬度梯度变平缓。稀土催渗样的磨损率比原始试样降低47%,耐磨性显著提高。  相似文献

球铁曲轴常常由于渗氮层薄、质量不稳定而引起断裂失效,本课题研究了球铁曲轴加氧渗氮工艺。对球铁试样经570℃、580℃,不同氨气流量和氧加入量渗氮4h后的表面硬度、渗层深度及渗层组织进行分析,结果表明,加氧渗氮可获得比常规气体氮碳共渗更高的表面硬度和渗层深度。优选出的适合于球铁曲轴的加氧渗氮工艺为:570℃保温4h,氨气流量2000L/h,氧气流量10L/h,炉压35mm水柱;或580℃保温4h,氨气流量1800L/h,氧气流量10L/h,炉压35mm水柱,二种工艺均可获得深度超过0.20mm、表面硬度600HV0.1以上的渗层。  相似文献

目的探索循环离子渗氮与常规恒温离子渗氮技术的工艺效果。方法先对试样进行调质处理,分组进行离子渗氮,固定氨气和乙醇的流量,改变渗氮时间和渗氮温度两种工艺参数及渗氮工艺,分别测定渗氮后各试样的表面硬度及渗层厚度,观察其金相组织,并分析每组试样渗氮层的性能。结果循环离子渗氮530 6 h℃试样的表面硬度最高,随着渗氮温度的升高和渗氮时间的延长,试样的表面硬度增加,但是当温度超过530℃、时间超过6 h后,试样的表面硬度反而降低。循环渗氮550 10 h℃试样的渗层厚度最厚,随着渗氮温度的升高和渗氮时间的增加,试样的渗层厚度变厚,但时间超过6 h后,渗层厚度的增加较缓慢,6、8、10 h试样的渗层厚度差别不大。相同的渗氮温度下,循环渗氮6 h的试样的渗层厚度基本与常规恒温渗氮10 h试样的渗层厚度一样,相同渗氮时间内,循环渗氮510℃的试样的表面硬度高于恒温渗氮550℃试样的表面硬度,且两者的渗层厚度相差不多。结论循环离子渗氮工艺优于常规的恒温离子渗氮,循环离子渗氮550 8 h℃试样的综合性能最好。  相似文献

直流等离子氮化工艺对316L不锈钢组织和磨损的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
应用高压直流辉光放电等离子技术,改变氮化工艺参数,对316L奥氏体不锈钢进行表面渗氮处理。利用XRD衍射仪分析渗氮层的相组成,SEM观察氮化层厚度和结构,表面显微硬度计检测渗层的表面硬度,结果表明:当氮化温度T为400℃时,氮化层为单一的S-phase;当420℃≤T<480℃时,氮化层为CrN S-phase两相混合;当温度为480℃时,S-phase衍射峰消失,仅出现CrN相;渗层厚度约为5~9μm,渗层深度随着温度和气压的升高而增加;表面显微硬度随着温度和气压的增加而增加,最高的表面显微硬度可达839Hv0.1。在MM200磨损实验机上用环块式的方法评价磨损性能,结果表明等离子氮化显著提高了不锈钢表面的耐磨性能;用SEM观察磨损表面形貌,表明未氮化的不锈钢的磨损机制主要是粘着磨损、氧化磨损和磨粒磨损;等离子氮化试样的磨损机制主要是氧化磨损。  相似文献

用Cr12MoV钢制造的摇架手柄成型模具,在970±10℃淬火、160~180℃回火二次的基础上,再进行真空脉冲氮化,由正交试验确定出最佳的直空氮化工艺参数;当氮化温度为510℃、氮化时间为5h、炉压7~53kPa、通氨量为70L/h时,渗层表面硬度、深度、耐磨性、抗咬合性等均获得满意的结果,使摇架手柄模寿命提高25倍左右。  相似文献

对纳米化处理后的热作模具钢H13和低碳钢在600 ℃分别进行4 h、6 h、8 h的等离子渗硼处理.采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电子显微分析(SEM),分别对试样的表面相组成和截面变形层硼化物形貌进行了探讨.结果表明,600 ℃离子渗硼过程中形成铁硼化合物的气压临界值约为400 Pa,渗硼时间越长越有利于硼化物层的形成,但硼化物的生成率越来越低.  相似文献

本文主要研究了3J33马氏体时效钢表面纳米化后,在360℃下脉冲等离子体渗氮0.5~24 h之不同时间下的渗氮行为.通过硬度法测量了渗层的厚度.结果发现,在360℃下即可实现快速渗氮.当渗氮时间达8 h时,渗层可达50μm以上,硬度为800 HV0.05左右;但8 h后时间再延长渗层没有明显的增加.用X射线衍射法标定了渗氮层中相的成分.结果表明,渗层中并不含Fe4N或Fe3N,而是含氮量较低的低氮化物FeN0.0324.纳米压痕试验表明,渗氮后渗层硬度可达13 GPa左右,比未渗氮试样硬度高3倍以上.  相似文献

选用3Cr13马氏体不锈钢作为实验材料,利用深层QPQ盐浴复合处理处理技术,研究氮化温度、氮化时间和氰酸根浓度对QPQ复合处理后的渗层组织的影响.运用显微硬度计检测渗层的厚度和显微硬度值的变化,运用金相显微镜观察氮化后试样渗层的显微组织,检测化合物层的厚度和质量.结果表明:随氮化温度的升高或氮化时间的延长渗层深度增加;经630℃×2h氮化可形成深度高达97 μm的渗层组织;随氮化温度的升高,试样的表面硬度值在600℃后呈下降趋势,有疏松层的形成;氰酸根浓度对渗层的厚度影响显著,特别体现在扩散层的厚度上.而对试样表面硬度影响很小.  相似文献

Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China, has proposed a method for oxidative leaching of chromite with potassium hydroxide. Understanding the mechanism of chromite decomposition, especially in the potassium hydroxide fusion, is important for the optimization of the operating parameters of the oxidative leaching process. A traditional thermodynamic method is proposed and the thermal decomposition and the reaction decomposition during the oxidative leaching of chromite with KOH and oxygen is discussed, which suggests that chromite is mainly destroyed by reactions with KOH and oxygen. Meanwhile, equilibrium of the main reactions of the above process was calculated at different temperatures and oxygen partial pressures. The stable zones of productions, namely, K2CrO4 and Fe2O3, increase with the decrease of temperature, which indicates that higher temperature is not beneficial to thermodynamic reactions. In addition, a comparison of the general alkali methods is carried out, and it is concluded that the KOH leaching process is thermodynamically superior to the conventional chromate production process.  相似文献

In as-welded state, each region of 2219 aluminum alloy TIG-welded joint shows diff erent microstructure and microhardness due to the diff erent welding heat cycles and the resulting evolution of second phases. After the post-weld heat treatment, both the amount and the size of the eutectic structure or θ phases decreased. Correspondingly, both the Cu content in α-Al matrix and the microhardness increased to a similar level in each region of the joint, and the tensile strength of the entire joint was greatly improved. Post-weld heat treatment played the role of solid solution strengthening and aging strengthening. After the post-weld heat treatment, the weld performance became similar to other regions, but weld reinforcements lost their reinforcing eff ect on the weld and their existence was more of an adverse eff ect. The joint without weld reinforcements after the post-weld heat treatment had the optimal tensile properties, and the specimens randomly crack in the weld zone.  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The motion of melt droplets in spray degassing process was analyzed theoretically. The height of the treatment tank in spray degassing process could be determined by the results of theoretical calculation of motion of melt droplets. To know whether the melt droplets would solidify during spraying process, the balance temperature of melt droplets was also theoretically analyzed. Then proof experiments for theoretical results about temperature of melt droplets were carried. In comparison, the experimental results were nearly similar to the calculation results.  相似文献

On the basis of the single-particle framework, a new theory on inclusion growth in metallurgical melts is developed to study the kinetics of inclusion growth on account of reaction and collision. The studies show that the early growth of inclusion depends on reaction growth and Brawnian motion collision, and where the former is decisive, the late growth depends on turbulence collision and Stokes' collision, and where the former is dominant; collision growth is very quick during the smelting process, lessened in the refining process, but nearly negligible in the continuous casting process.  相似文献
