固溶处理对快速凝固过共晶铝硅合金组织性能的影响 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
利用单辊旋转甩带法制备快速凝固铝硅合金薄带,并对其进行固溶处理,研究了不同固溶热处理工艺对合金组织和性能的影响.结果表明,快速凝固使Si相的形核和析出受到抑制,α相领先析出;与铸态组织相比,过共晶成分的铝硅合金经快速凝固后得到微纳米级亚共晶组织,且在随后的固溶处理过程中,随着保温时间的延长,Si元素从基体中脱溶析出并逐渐聚集长大,形成细小的Si颗粒均匀分布于基体之上.在480℃下保温100 min并水淬,经自然时效96 h后,Si相颗粒细小且圆整度高,合金硬度(HV)达到最高值241.67. 相似文献

采用软接触电磁连续铸造的方法制备铝硅共晶合金空心管坯,研究了电磁场对合金凝固组织的影响.结果表明,与传统连续铸造的铝硅共晶合金微观组织相比,施加电磁场后凝固组织中α-Al相得到细化,出现了颗粒状初生硅相;随着磁场强度的增加,初生硅的含量减少、平均尺寸减小,形状有球化趋势. 相似文献

Hypereutectic Al-17.5Si (wt pct) and Al-25Si (wt pct) alloys with various content of rare earth Er were prepared by conventional casting technique. The effect of Er on the microstructure and properties of the hypereutectic Al-Si alloys was investigated using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy as well as friction and wear tests. It was found that optimal amount of Er exists in modifying the hypereutectic Al-Si alloys. An appropriate addition of Er improved the anti-wear properties, and reduced the friction coefficient of the hypereutectic Al-Si alloys studied. The primary silicon crystals in the hypereutectic Al-Si alloys were refined with the suitable addition of Er element. The modification mechanism was also discussed in this paper. 相似文献

Rapidly solidified hypereutectic Al-Si alloys were prepared by powder hot extrusion.By eliminating vacuum degassing procedure.the fabrication routine was simplified.The tensile fracture mechanisms at room temperature and elevated temperature were investigated by SEM fractography.Compared with KS282 casting material,the tensile strength of rapidly solidified Al-Si alloy is greatly improved due to silicon particles refining while its density and coefficient of thermal expansion are lower.than those of KS282.The wear resistance of RS AlSi is better than that of KS282. 相似文献

在铝合金压铸生产过程中,Al-P中间合金变质处理和压力铸造工艺都能够使过共晶铝硅合金中的初晶硅晶粒细化.探讨Al-P中间合金变质处理,分别在压铸工艺条件下和普通金属型条件下,对过共晶Al-15Si合金组织的不同影响.试验表明,压铸条件下未经Al-P变质的和经Al-P变质的Al-15Si合金与金属型条件下未经Al-P变质的Al-15Si相比,初晶Si尺寸分别减小50%和75%左右;在相同的压铸工艺条件下,Al-P变质后Al-15Si合金初晶Si尺寸,比未经过Al-P变质的Al-15Si合金初晶Si尺寸减小40%左右.论证了在Al-Si系过共晶铝合金压铸件生产过程中,Al-P中间合金进行变质处理的必要性. 相似文献

Cobalt is generally considered as the element that can promote the high-temperature mechanical properties of Al-Si alloys. In order to develop new hypereutectic Al-Si alloys that can be used at high temperature, the changes of microstructure of Al-20Si-2Cu-1Ni-0.6RE-xCo alloy with different contents of Co were studied in this paper. The results show that, under P-RE complex modification of the alloy melt, the content of Co varying from 0 to 1.5% had little influence on the refining effect of primary Si and modification effect of eutectic Si, but the amount of acicular RE-bearing Al-RE-Ni-Co-Si compounds gradually increased with the increase of Co content. In addition, Co could also modify the morphology of Fe-bearing phases, which solidified as particles instead of long needles. The addition of Co even has an adverse effect on the tensile strength of this RE-containing hypereutectic Al-Si alloy. 相似文献

以群体动力学模型为基础,在充分考虑合金的热物性参数、过饱和度以及第二相形核率变化的基础上,提出描述该合金快速凝固组织演变的数学模型,并结合A390合金进行计算。结果表明:随着雾化合金液滴尺寸的减小,平均冷却速度增加,而初生Si相长大时间减少,所析出初生Si相的尺寸及体积分数也不断减小;当粉末尺寸减小到某一临界值时,初生Si相消失,从而使不同尺寸粉末的微观组织发生很大的变化。计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,说明此提出的模型可以较好地预测过共晶Al-Si合金快速凝固组织的形成,从而为进一步研究高硅合金材料的组织演变奠定基础。 相似文献

In the light of DSC,electronic microprobe and X-ray diffration analyses of the melt-spin-ning ribbons and the structures of liquid hypoeutectic Al-7%Si,eutectic Al-12.7%Si andhypereutectic Al-18%Si alloys have been investigated.The results show that theAl-Si clusters in liquid hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy,the Si-Si clusters in liquid eutectic andhypereutectic Al-Si alloys exist at low temperatures,however,the size of clusters de-creases gradurally with increasing temperature.This process in which inhomogeneous liquidturns into homogeneous one happens in a range of temperatures. 相似文献
