文章在研究螺旋曲面的加工原理的基础上,提出以工件旋转、刀具的坐标变化以及刀具的螺旋角度变化为基础,按空间包络法计算刀触点轨迹,由四轴插补形成了刀具沿螺旋线方向的进给运动,从而实现了前后两个加工截面之间的螺旋位置关系。该方法在国内首次提出四轴坐标系下应用无瞬心包络铣削理论实现螺旋曲面加工,为四轴联动数控机床加工复杂螺旋曲面提供了可靠的理论基础。 相似文献

为了解决非圆形螺旋槽截面变螺距螺杆的数控编程难题,文章根据非圆柱形包装瓶输送螺杆的结构特点,首先运用Pro/Engineer软件绘制螺旋线的展开线,再根据螺杆螺旋槽的截面尺寸及粗糙度值计算出刀具路径的步距,最后运用Mastercam软件编制数控加工程序,同时对切削参数的选择与编程技巧进行了说明。从而为这种非常难加工的特殊螺杆提出了一种独特的、先进的数控加工方法。 相似文献

Influence of feed, eccentricity and helix angle on surface roughness is presented for side milling operations with cylindrical tools. A model was developed to predict surface topography as well as different roughness parameters. Roughness topography was obtained for one specific tool having grinding errors and eccentricity, for different helix angles.It was found that, as feed increases the number of cutting edge marks on the workpiece’s surface per revolution maintains or increases. As grinding errors and eccentricity increase, the number of cutting edge marks tends to decrease. Regarding helix angle, it was observed that roughness profile does not change along the workpiece’s height if no helix angle is considered. When helix angle is considered and the tool has both high eccentricity and high runout due to grinding errors, roughness heterogeneity bands are observed. The bands’ pattern is repeated along each helix pitch. The higher the helix angle, the narrower the roughness heterogeneity bands become. 相似文献

微细铣削加工是使用微型立铣刀在高主轴转速下制造微型元件的加工方式,分析切削力和加工稳定性对表征微细铣削加工过程起着重要的作用。提出一种数值分析的方法来研究螺旋齿球头立铣刀在可变径向切削深度下的微细铣削加工过程。首先建立了球头铣刀微细铣削的模型,并推导了切削力的计算公式;采用时域仿真的方法详细计算了螺旋齿球头立铣刀和平头立铣刀铣削加工的切削力,并对比了二者切削力仿真的结果;通过时域和频域研究相结合的方式详细分析了小径向切深下球头铣刀微细铣削的稳定性。最后,分析得到了Hopf-flip分岔,并深入对比和分析了不同加工条件下铣削加工的稳定性状况。 相似文献

This paper deals with the comparison of measured and calculated results of cutting force components and temperature variation generated on the tool tip in turning for different cutting parameters and different tools having various tool geometries while machining AISI 1040 steel hardened at HRc 40. The geometric variables (approaching angle and rake angle) of the tool were changed using selected cutting parameters; thus, the cutting force components and temperature variations on tool face (in secondary shear zone) were determined. The selected cutting variables and the tools in different geometries were tested practically under workshop conditions. In this way, the essential information about the validity of selected values was obtained. During the tests, the depth of cut and cutting speed were kept constant and each test was conducted with a sharp uncoated tool insert. For making a comparison, the main cutting force/tangential force component for different cutting parameters and tool geometries were calculated by Kienzle approach and the temperature values were calculated based on orthogonal cutting mechanism. Finally, the effects of cutting parameters and tool geometry on cutting forces and tool tip temperature were analysed. The average deviation between measured and calculated force results were found as 0.37%. The cutting force signals and temperature values provided extensive data to analyse the orthogonal cutting process. 相似文献
