研究了一种铸造金属颗粒用定量器滴嘴的结构及其制造工艺。结果表明,由烧结陶瓷加工而成的滴嘴本体及与滴嘴本体配合的塞子两部分构成的组合式定量器滴嘴,强度高,韧性、耐磨性和耐蚀性好,使用寿命长,更换时不断裂,可提高铸造金属颗粒生产线的作业率,降低金属颗粒加工成本。金属液流经定量器滴嘴后,能够实现平稳、断续流动,加工的金属颗粒尺寸均匀、稳定性好。  相似文献

采用锡锭预热后经输送辊进入熔化炉,锡锭熔化后,采取连通管从熔化炉底部和锡液保温炉连通渗流,使熔化炉内的液面比保温炉内的液面高100~200mm,用连通管以保温炉底部取液方式与造粒炉相连,使保温炉内的液面比造粒炉内的液面高30~50mm等工艺措施,制备出表面光洁、圆整、致密、颗粒均匀、无污染的金属锡粒,并在电镀锡钢板生产中获得了良好的应用。  相似文献

本文用渗流法制备了孔径为2~5mm的通孔泡沫金属,并用正交试验法研究了影响液态金属渗流的工艺参数。结果表明:渗流长度随颗粒尺寸、颗粒预热温度、外加压力及铝液浇注温度的增大而增加。填料颗粒尺寸的影响最显著,其次是颗粒预热温度,外加压力和铝液浇注温度的影响不明显。  相似文献

根据短流程熔炼工艺特点,采用热分析、金相分析、断口分析和力学性能测试等手段,对短流程熔炼工艺的过热温度与保温时间对铁水质量的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明,短流程熔炼过热温度在1510~1540℃,保温时间10~15min时,通过改变热力学和动力学条件,可以得到相对纯净的高质量的铁液,最大限度地消除高炉铁液的遗传因素影响。  相似文献

介绍了年产2万t机床床身及相关配套铸件的铸造车间采用短流程树脂砂工艺的车间设计过程与思路,设计采用高炉与6 t并联谐振式双供电中频感应升温、保温电炉熔化,树脂砂造型制芯和旧砂再生生产线。车间厂房结构采用轻钢彩板、排架结构,厂房长108 m,宽69 m四连跨,其中造型与清理隔开,有利于车间改善环境。设计中注重环保、消防、安全、卫生、节能各项措施。车间建成后试运行正常,取得了良好的经济、环保、节能、社会综合效益。  相似文献

近年来,国内采用高炉+中频炉双联短流程熔化工艺大部分以生产铸铁管、磨球和配重件的普通铸铁为主,生产高档铸件的企业为数不多。2011年,国家发改委把直接利用高炉铁液生产铸铁件的短流程熔化工艺与装备列入鼓励类项目。为适应国家宏观战略,结合企业生产实际,对采用高炉+中频炉双联短流程熔炼工艺生产HT200、HT250机床铸件进行了深入的研究,重点提出并研究了强化高炉熔炼和中频炉熔炼铁液孕育处理,使企业批量生产出了5万t以上HT200、HT250等牌号机床铸件,取得了良好的经济、能源、社会效益。  相似文献

分析了高炉-中频炉双联熔炼短流程生产工艺的特点,采用液态金属状态测评系统研究短流程铁液状态.通过比较短流程生产和常规流程生产的铁液状态,提出了短流程铁液状态调控措施,来改善其凝固组织和力学性能.结果表明,高炉-中频炉双联短流程工艺能生产出完全符合技术要求的高质量铸件.同时,探讨了短流程生产工艺在能源消耗、环境保护、生产成本等方面的优势.  相似文献

通过固/液复合铸造技术制备了具有"半固态显微组织/枝晶组织"分布特征的包覆型7075/6061复合铸锭,研究了外熔体温度对该复合铸锭界面组织形态与力学性能的影响规律,探讨了该复合铸锭的界面结合机制。结果表明:外熔体温度760℃、半固态坯料预热温度300℃、保温40 min、空冷条件时,制备的7075/6061双金属复合铸锭的显微组织分布与形态特征较好、抗压强度较高;随着外熔体温度的升高,内层7075合金半固态坯料的近球状α-Al固相颗粒逐渐粗大、球形化逐渐减弱;复合界面处内层半固态坯料局部重熔的现象逐渐增加,界面附近的半固态显微组织形态呈:球状固相颗粒合并长大、非球状化、枝晶化的演变规律;室温压缩时,复合铸锭以圆柱体轴线呈45°角方向裂开,而非复合界面方向。  相似文献

基于短流程熔炼工艺特点,对短流程熔炼工艺生产高强度铸铁的技术进行了研究。利用热分析、金相分析、力学分析和拉伸断口形貌分析等技术手段,对短流程熔炼的铁液过热、净化处理、保温与孕育处理等工艺过程进行了分析研究。结果表明,恰当地过热、净化、保温和孕育工艺,可最大限度地消除高炉铁液的遗传影响,获得高强度孕育铸铁件。同时,对短流程熔炼工艺生产高强度铸铁的能源效益、经济与环境效益进行了分析。  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The invention provides a method of making a mold which can reduce SOx generation rate while preventing decrease in hardening rate in the case of using sulfuric acid for a hardener composition. The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward.  相似文献
