3D打印技术制备医用生物多孔支架是目前最有前景和吸引力的生物医学应用之一。采用建模软件(C4D)通过随机域建立自生长多孔结构支架,最大程度地模拟松质骨的形态和结构。通过选择性激光熔化技术获得默认尺寸120%、160%、200%和240%比例的的三维结构模型。通过金相分析、热处理、硬度测试和压缩实验,对自生长多孔支架试样进行微观组织和力学性能分析。实验研究发现,自生长多孔支架在200%比例的孔径下,力学性能高于其它孔径比例的自生长多孔支架和天然骨。自生长多孔支架的表面形态和结构与人类松质骨相似,具备较高的细胞曲率驱动效应,有利于成骨细胞的富集,因此,具备更适合修复人体患病骨骼的可能性。  相似文献

研究一种具有径向和轴向孔径梯度的变形Gyroid单元多孔结构参数化设计方法,采用激光选区熔化成形(selective laser melting, SLM)技术,制备出孔隙率为60%和75%的钛合金变形Gyroid单元梯度多孔结构样件。使用有限元法(finiteelementmethod,FEM)对4组梯度多孔支架模型及2组均质模型进行静力学仿真分析,对制备的钛合金梯度多孔样件进行力学性能测试,并与已测试过的均质样件进行力学性能对比分析。有限元计算结果与力学性能试验结果共同表明:变形Gyroid单元多孔结构力学性能随孔隙率的升高而降低,孔隙率相同时,径向梯度多孔支架力学性能优于均质多孔支架,更适用于皮质骨的骨缺损修复,轴向梯度多孔支架力学性能相比均质多孔支架有所减弱,更适用于松质骨。  相似文献

本文进行了烧结气氛和烧结温度对支撑体孔径、透过性能影响的研究。环拉实验结果表明,氢气烧结样品的抗拉强度87.56MPa,氢气+氯化铵活化烧结样品115.20MPa,强度提高了30%。通过烧结温度对支撑体力学性能影响的研究,得到了支撑体致密度和力学性能之间的关系,可实现通过测试多孔材料的密度来预测多孔材料的强度。  相似文献

多孔钛因具有与人体骨组织相近的弹性模量和允许骨长入的孔隙结构而备受关注。其孔隙结构特征不仅影响骨长入效果,而且决定了多孔钛的力学性能。通过三周期极小曲面(triply periodic minimal surfaces,TPMS)隐函数参数的精确调控可以构建出理想的孔隙结构模型。本实验针对TPMS模型中常用的G单元模型,研究了G单元模型隐函数参数对孔隙率、孔径、杆径等孔隙结构特征的影响规律,设计出了孔隙率约为77%,孔径分别为300(G300)、500(G500)微米的均质孔隙结构;模仿自然长骨径向梯度结构模型,构建了相应的G单元仿生梯度孔隙结构。采用选区激光熔化(SLM)增材制造技术制备了相应的多孔钛样件,利用数字显微镜和扫描电镜观测多孔钛的孔隙结构特征,发现SLM多孔钛实测孔隙率低于设计孔隙率,实测孔径小于设计值,实测杆径大于设计值。力学性能检测结果显示,G300和G500多孔钛弹性模量分别为2.04和3.12GPa,其最大抗压强度分别为63.5和103.5MPa,梯度孔隙结构多孔钛弹性模量和最大抗压强度分别为6.3 GPa和186.9 MPa。研究结果表明,G单元梯度孔隙结构多孔钛是一种理想的承重部位骨缺损修复体。  相似文献

针对目前骨组织工程支架微孔结构难以准确设计制备的问题,提出了一种基于点云的参数化建模+3D打印新方法。通过提取cube(C)、diamond(D)、gyroid(G)3种结构的型面函数点云数据,完成对不同孔结构特征的参数化建模。通过对模型有限元力学分析,对不同孔结构特征的多孔钛骨组织支架进行力学设计与订制。借助激光选区熔融(SLM)3D打印技术,完成对不同孔特征的骨组织支架快速成型。对多孔钛骨组织支架进行了相关材料学表征,包括孔结构表征与力学性能测试。结果表明:参数化模型的快速成型制造,能够有效地设计制备钛合金骨组织工程支架的孔结构特性,且可有效设计订制支架的力学性能,从仿生的角度实现多孔钛合金骨组织工程支架生物学功能的设计优化。  相似文献

为获得高强度的微米孔径多孔铝,通过真空压力烧结溶解工艺制备微米孔径多孔铝,对制备过程、微米孔径多孔铝的强度及渗透性能进行研究。结果表明:真空环境下的压力烧结可明显促进铝粉烧结,提高微米孔径多孔铝的抗弯强度;在压制压力500 MPa、烧结温度650℃、烧结时间2 h以及烧结压力150~200 MPa条件下可获得孔隙率44%~61%、平均孔径55~230μm的多孔铝;随着孔隙率和平均孔径的提高,微米孔径多孔铝的相对渗透系数增大;与尺寸相同、孔结构相似的多孔不锈钢相比,微米孔径多孔铝具有较好的渗透性能和较高的耐压破坏比强度。  相似文献

采用泡沫浆料与三维凝胶叠层技术,成功制备了具有合适孔径和良好连通性的多孔β-磷酸三钙支架.研究了不同烧结温度和浆料固相含量对支架材料性能的影响.在优选的工艺参数下,所得到的多孔支架气孔率为72.9%~76.0%,抗压强度为4.9MPa~5.8MPa,其性能可以满足骨组织工程的需要.  相似文献

生物材料支架的精确设计和制造是骨组织工程系统研究的基础。生物材料支架应该同时满足大孔隙率和与骨组织匹配的力学性能要求。这两个目标相互制约,大的孔隙率会降低其力学性能。利用拓扑优化的方法,在体积分数的约束下,寻求刚度最大的最优材料分布微结构。建立算法,得到了不同体积分数的2D和3D最优微结构,并提取3D拓扑优化的结果,然后将其转化为STL格式的CAD模型文件。微结构在三维方向整列成支架结构,通过选区激光熔化方法制造30%(体积分数)的Ti支架样品。从SEM图像看出,支架样品的结构和孔径与CAD模型基本一致,500μm微结构单元的平均孔径为231μm。复杂形状金属生物材料支架的精确制造证实了选区激光熔化技术在金属生物医学材料制造中的可行性。  相似文献

通过3D凝胶打印(3DGP)技术制备了高强度和高孔隙率的磷酸三钙(TCP)多孔支架,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察支架的微观形态,并通过初步的动物实验评估了多孔支架的生物相容性。研究结果表明,适合打印的浆料固含量为34%(体积分数),打印支架在长度、宽度和高度方向上的收缩率分别为11.44%±0.20%,9.41%±0.23%和10.57%±0.20%。当支架在1150℃下烧结2 h后,支架的抗压强度为22.6±0.12 MPa,孔隙率约为62.1%。初步的动物植入实验显示多孔TCP支架在兔股骨髁缺损处未引起明显的排斥反应,并在骨与支架的连接处未见炎症反应或慢性炎症反应。通过3DGP技术制备的多孔TCP支架具有良好的生物相容性和力学性能,有望满足松质骨的植入要求,为下一步的实验研究打下基础。  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward.  相似文献
