借助于EBSD对比研究了常化退火对高牌号无取向电工钢热轧组织和织构演变的影响,分析了常化退火对热轧板各厚度层织构的演变规律。结果表明,常化退火改善了热轧组织的均匀性,并弱化了热轧变形的γ纤维织构。升高常化退火温度,可增大热轧板的晶粒尺寸,提高{100}和{110}织构组分占有率,有利于提高无取向电工钢成品板的磁性能。  相似文献

利用EBSD技术研究了电工钢中不同的柱状晶尺寸及退火工艺下{100}织构的演变规律.结果表明,初始晶粒尺寸的影响最显著.细小柱状晶热轧后经过常化处理,组织已均匀,但中心层有强{100}织构.粗大柱状晶中{100}织构的遗传性强,常化及中间退火后,中心层仍有粗大的以{100}取向为主的晶粒;脱碳退火后才能完成组织均匀化和织构梯度的弱化.常化时的升温速度也对织构演变存在影响,低的升温速度有利于{100}织构的保留,但升温速度的影响没有初始晶粒尺寸及退火次数的影响显著.细小柱状晶样品经过热轧及三次退火工艺适合制备取向电工钢.  相似文献

试验研究了无取向电工钢50W350在热轧、常化、冷轧和退火过程中的组织及织构演变。结果表明,热轧板组织分层明显,表层是细小的等轴晶,次表层是形变组织与等轴晶的混合组织,芯部是拉长的纤维组织;表层主要为(011)和(112)面织构组分,芯部主要为{001}100立方织构、{001}110旋转立方织构。常化板组织在厚度方向上与热轧板类似,各层平均晶粒尺寸较热轧板均增大,常化板表层主要为{112}110织构,芯部主要为{112}110织构和{001}110旋转立方织构。冷轧板为沿着轧制方向伸长的纤维组织,退火板为再结晶组织,平均晶粒尺寸为100. 84μm,主要为{001}100立方织构。  相似文献

以Cu粒子为单一抑制剂的新型取向电工钢能降低板坯加热温度以及避免长时间高温退火,具有节约能源、降低成本等优势。以Fe-3%Si-Cu取向电工钢为研究对象,研究了Cu粒子为单一抑制剂时对其热轧板及常化板的显微组织、织构及析出相的影响。结果表明,Fe-3%Si-Cu取向电工钢热轧及常化板均有明显的显微组织分布不均匀,表面脱碳层分布宽度由热轧板的311.7μm增加到常化板的427.3μm,平均晶粒尺寸由热轧板的20.2μm增加到26.3μm,织构分布以{110}<112>、{112}<111>、{110}<001>及{114}<418>为主;次表层为等轴晶和变形晶粒混合组织,Goss织构主要分布在表层及次表层,热轧板常化后Goss织构组分减小;中心层主要为变形晶粒,织构分布以{114}<418>、{100}<110>及{100}<001>为主。热轧板中存在尺寸为10~40 nm的Cu粒子,粒子平均直径为23.4 nm,分布面密度为7.30×109个/cm2,常化后C...  相似文献

通过对3种不同成分的无取向硅钢退火板进行微观组织观察以及分别使用XRD和EBSD进行宏观织构和微观织构观察,研究了3种典型元素对无取向硅钢组织和再结晶织构的影响。结果表明:无取向硅钢再结晶组织对其磁性能有影响,晶粒尺寸越大,无取向硅钢的磁性能越好,1.35Si-0.25Mn-0.28Al的再结晶平均晶粒尺寸达51.6μm,铁损值达3.577 W/kg。Si和Al元素有利于平均晶粒尺寸的增大,Mn含量的提高有利于减少夹杂物对晶粒长大的限制。无取向硅钢再结晶织构主要由强的γ织构(特别是{111}112织构)和弱的立方织构以及高斯织构等组成。有利织构中,立方{100}001织构和旋转{100}011立方织构含量较高,1.35Si-0.25Mn-0.28Al钢中立方织构含量达8.2%,1.33Si-0.17Mn钢中旋转立方含量达7.8%,有利织构含量越高,磁感应强度值越大,1.35Si-0.25Mn-0.28Al钢的磁感应强度达1.739 T。铜型{112}111织构和黄铜{110}112织构组分含量较低,1.33Si-0.17Mn钢在退火样品中黄铜织构最多,其比例仅为1.4%。无取向硅钢的化学成分对织构组成有影响,Al和Si含量的增加有利于{111}121织构和立方织构组分的增加、不利于{111}110组分和高斯织构增加,在1.35Si-0.25Mn-0.28Al钢中{111}121织构的含量达44.3%而{111}110织构含量为17.2%,高斯织构含量仅为1.2%。Mn的含量一定程度上有利于增加无取向硅钢中旋转立方织构的含量。  相似文献

借助金相显微镜和EBSD技术观察了紧凑式带钢(CSP)工艺生产的热轧Hi-B钢板的显微组织和晶粒取向分布情况,分析了晶粒取向的演变过程。结果表明:与传统厚板坯工艺生产的Hi-B钢相比,CSP工艺生产的Hi-B钢热轧组织更加细小均匀,在压下量不足的情况下可以在热轧板表层产生少量较为严格的取向Goss晶粒;CSP工艺生产的Hi-B钢热轧板织构强度比用传统厚板坯生产的热轧板织构强度高,表层以{110}面织构为主,同时含有少量Goss织构、黄铜织构和铜型织构等。较高取向度的Goss晶粒与黄铜晶粒和铜型晶粒相邻。中心层主要为轧制变形晶粒,织构组分聚集在α取向线上,其中{112}110织构组分强度最高。  相似文献

利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)等方法,对不同轧制工艺制备的N36锆合金带材中的第二相、晶粒尺寸和微观织构进行了研究。结果表明,锆合金带材中织构主要以{0001}$\bar{1}2\bar{1}0$和{0001}$01\bar{1}0$两类基面织构为主,第二相粒子主要为HCP型Zr(Nb, Fe)2粒子。在热轧总变形量一致的情况下,热轧工艺道次变形量的变化对最终带材的晶粒尺寸和微观织构影响不大,但是对第二相粒子的尺寸有很大影响。热轧过程第一道次变形量越大,最终带材中第二相粒子尺寸越小。在热轧过程中,换向轧制会影响最终带材的织构组成,也会促进锆晶粒的[0001]轴平行于带材的ND方向;同时在带材的轧面(RD-TD 面)上,晶粒的取向性减弱,晶粒取向更加随机。终轧过程中的变形量增大,会使最终带材的晶粒尺寸减小,再结晶程度提高,使得最终带材中{0001}$\bar{1}2\bar{1}0$织构增强,而{0001}$01\bar{1}0$织构减弱。  相似文献

采用热力模拟实验和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)等测试方法,研究温度为350、420℃和应变速率为0.1 s-1条件下新型Al-Zn-Mg-Cu超高强铝合金轴对称热压缩变形以及400℃、1 h退火微观组织和织构的演变。结果表明:在350℃条件下进行80%的压缩变形过程中微观组织的演变机理是动态回复和大应变几何动态再结晶;主要织构是沿着α取向线分布的黄铜织构{110}112和少量的Goss{110}001织构;退火过程中发生静态回复和程度较小的静态再结晶,出现旋转立方织构{100}011,黄铜织构Brass{110}112沿着α取向线向Goss织构{110}001转变;420℃进行80%压缩变形的微观晶粒组织较均匀,细小的再结晶晶粒分布在变形剧烈的晶界或三角晶界处,织构类型为旋转立方织构{100}011;退火过程中发生亚动态再结晶和晶粒长大,该过程中旋转立方织构{100}011减弱,并出现黄铜织构{110}112。  相似文献

对不同加热温度处理的热轧低硅钢带进行了冷轧及退火实验,分析了热轧钢带的组织对冷轧无取向硅钢再结晶退火过程中的组织及织构的影响。结果表明:热轧组织对冷轧无取向电工钢冷轧板再结晶组织及织构演变有重要影响;等轴晶粒组织的热轧钢带比混晶组织的热轧钢带冷轧后再结晶退火快,且退火后晶粒尺寸均匀;随着等轴晶粒尺寸增加,冷轧退火后形成的冷轧硅钢{110}类型的织构增强,{100}类型的织构减弱;表明热轧组织为等轴晶粒时,不利于冷轧无取向硅钢磁性能的改善。  相似文献

采用EBSD技术研究了某钢厂厚板坯流程试制的50W270高牌号无取向硅钢980℃常化过程中显微组织及织构的演变。结果表明:常化过程是热轧板再结晶及晶粒长大的过程,常化使组织均匀化,但厚度方向上始终存在织构梯度。常化过程中再结晶初期形核主要发生在s=0.5层中的{116}110变形晶粒上,新晶粒主要织构为{116}110~{001}110,再结晶后期形核主要发生在旋转立方织构变形晶粒上,与热轧板织构的区别是s=0.5层出现较强的高斯织构。再结晶形核阶段符合亚晶聚合机理,织构的演变可以解释为再结晶阶段的特殊取向的择优形核和晶粒长大阶段的特殊取向晶粒择优长大。  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The rheology feature of Sb, Bi melt and alloys was studied using coaxial cylinder high-temperature viscometer. The results showed that the curve of torsion-rotational speed for Sb melt presents a linear relation in all measured temperature ranges, whereas for the Bi melt, the curve presents obvious non-Newtonian feature within the low temperature range and at relative high shear stress. The rheology feature of Sb80Bi20 and Sb20Bi80 alloy melts was well correlated with that of Sb and Bi, respectively. It is considered that the rheology behavior of Sb melt plays a crucial role in Sb80Bi20 alloy and that of Bi melt plays a crucial role in Sb20Bi80 alloy.  相似文献
