通过对钨丝和灰口铸铁熔体组成的体系施加电磁场,在1573 K时,熔体中的碳原子与钨原子能够原位反应合成碳化钨颗粒。结果表明:当电磁场频率小于4 kHz,得到碳化钨颗粒与钨丝混杂增强灰口铸铁基复合材料;当电磁场频率达到4 kHz时,得到碳化钨颗粒增强灰口铸铁基复合材料。电磁场除了加速熔体中的质量传递外,还有助于在钨丝周围形成一系列的Fe-W-C三元微区,该微区中钨的浓度较高,利于改善原位合成WC颗粒的动力学条件。但是,WC颗粒的间隙类似于一个过滤器,降低了元素的扩散速度。复合材料较好的耐磨性归因于WC颗粒的较高硬度以及颗粒的弥散分布。  相似文献

在1100℃和1150℃下,钨丝和灰口铸铁中的石墨相原位合成WC颗粒,该颗粒与未反应的钨丝协同增强灰口铸铁,得到铁基复合材料.通过SEM、XRD、EDS、微观硬度和干式销盘磨损测试等手段,对复合试样进行组织形貌观察及性能测试.结果表明,在1150℃时,原位合成的WC颗粒较大,其复合材料在小的载荷下耐磨性较好;而在1100℃时,原位合成的WC颗粒细小,其复合材料在大的载荷下耐磨性较好.合成反应的机理受到反应物的扩散速度的影响.  相似文献

对铸态和热处理态下的钨丝增强灰口铸铁基复合材料进行研究,用扫描电镜、X衍射分析、微观硬度和干式销盘磨损测试等手段对复合区微观组织结构及相组成进行观察及分析.结果表明,在1150℃时,将铸态复合试样进一步热处理,可原位合成WC颗粒增强铁基复合材料,并随着热处理时间的延长,反应继续深入;钨丝和灰口铸铁中的石墨相原位合成WC颗粒,复合区硬度较基体有显著提高;相对于铸铁标准试样.复合材料的耐磨性有很大提高.  相似文献

以金属钨丝网和灰口铸铁为原材料,采用离心铸造技术,通过调整钨丝的中心间距和灰口铸铁熔体的浇铸温度,原位合成WC颗粒增强铁基复合材料。利用XRD、SEM以及两体销盘磨损试验机对所得复合材料复合区的物相种类、显微组织以及磨损性能进行分析研究,结果表明:随浇铸温度的提高,WC衍射峰的强度增强,反应程度增大,WC量不断增多。当钨丝中心间距为0.5 mm,浇铸温度为1400℃时,得到较理想的WC颗粒弥散分布于铁基体中的复合材料;在浇铸温度不变时,随中心距的增大,复合材料的磨损率呈现出先降低后略微升高的趋势。  相似文献

以金属钨纤维编织的钨网和灰口铸铁为原材料,选用铸渗-原位反应法制备WCP/W纤维混杂增强铁基复合材料。通过DTA、XRD、SEM以及两体磨损试验对该复合材料的物相、显微组织以及磨损特性进行了分析。结果表明:当铸渗复合和原位反应温度分别为1300℃和1160℃时,可确保复合材料组织的致密性,以及金属钨纤维和灰口铸铁基体中的碳反应合成WC颗粒。反应完全的钨纤维原位生成较多的WC颗粒,起到颗粒强化效果;反应不完全的钨纤维在基体中起到纤维强化效果;复合材料的耐磨性随着载荷的增加不断提高,其磨损机制主要为显微切削磨损。  相似文献

通过液固态的高碳铁和φ0.25mm的纯钨丝形成了微区Fe-C-W三元体系,并在该微区内原位合成WC颗粒,用扫描电镜和X衍射分析对微观组织结构及相组成进行分析.结果表明:原位合成WC受温度的变化较敏感,在1428K时,原位合成WC较少;当温度降到1423K,原位合成WC较多,且颗粒的分散性好.保温时间延长,生成复相化合物的可能性增加.原位合成WC主要受碳的扩散速度影响.  相似文献

采用粉末冶金和原位合成相结合的方法合成V(C,N)颗粒增强铁基复合材料,用扫描电镜、X射线衍射等测试方法对试样进行了组织结构分析,并探讨了原位合成V(C,N)的机理.结果表明,石墨与氮气的存在降低了σ-FeV相的稳定性,使其分解为崮溶大量V的Fe,C、N与V发生反应生成V(C,N);原位合成的复合材料主要相组成为V(C,N)和γ-Fe,所合成的硬质相V(C,N)颗粒细小,在铁基体中均匀分布.在重载十滑动摩擦条件下,V(C,N)颗粒增强铁基复合材料显示出良好的耐磨性.  相似文献

在低频交变电磁场条件下,研究了Al-Zr(CO3)2组元通过熔体反应法原位合成的Al2O3、Al3Zr颗粒增强铝基复合材料,结果表明:外加低频交变电磁场能够有效地改善反应动力学条件,对固液两相反应的传质和扩散起到了很好的促进作用,凝固组织中增强相颗粒在铝基体中的体积分数增加,分布弥散均匀.复合材料干滑动磨损机制是磨粒磨损,磨损量31.7 mg,比未加电磁场时的磨损量下降了46.1%,耐磨性提高.  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward.  相似文献
