为了快速计算六辊冷轧机辊系的弹性变形,提出了一种新的辊系弹性变形算法。该算法直接采用数值法计算轧辊挠曲,避免了复杂的公式推导,简化了计算过程;在辊系协调变形的迭代计算过程中,内层迭代首次引入辊间中心点处压扁和辊间压扁区倾斜两个迭代调节量,建立了与辊间接触合力和接触区的总力矩的联系,外层迭代通过不断修正辊间相对压扁量增量循环迭代辊间接触力与轧辊挠曲,实现了整个辊系变形的快速协调。通过与国外计算结果比较和算例的验证,证明其有好的计算精度、收敛性和快速性,能离线指导新轧机工艺方案设计,具备板形在线设定计算应用的可能。 相似文献

在四辊轧机的轧制过程中,辊系的弹性变形、轧制压力分布等都很复杂,现有的辊缝形状解析模型一般都计算繁琐,不能直接应用于板凸度的在线控制。针对轧制过程中轧辊的弹性变形和轧辊与轧件间的相互作用,通过对四辊轧机辊系变形和具体的受力状况分析,从理论上详细推导了直观的辊缝形状函数,明确了其与相关因素的对应关系。同时,为了验证模型的准确性,采用该模型对某“1 4”铝热连轧机的精轧末机架的出口板凸度进行了理论计算,并与在线所测得数据进行比较,其计算结果表明计算精度高,误差在15%以内。因此,该模型具有重要的理论意义和实用价值,为板形的预报和控制提供基础。 相似文献

Continuous roll forming (CRF) is an effective process to manufacture swept surface parts of sheet metal. The forming tool in CRF is a pair of small-diameter bendable forming rolls, a swept surface is formed continuously after the rotating rolls sweep out the whole sheet metal blank. The two bent rolls and the non-uniformly distributed roll gap along the rolls’ length make the sheet metal bent in longitudinal and transverse directions simultaneously, the cross-section curve of the formed swept surface is controlled by the curved profile of the forming rolls and the spine curve is controlled by the differential elongations of sheet metal generated by roll gap. In this paper, a necessary condition for the formation of a swept surface is proposed and analyzed, the parametric equations of the formed surface in CRF are derived and the method to determine the roll gap for forming a given swept surface is presented. The numerical simulations and analyses on the CRF processes demonstrate the validity of the presented theoretical models. The experimental and measured results show that the formed surfaces are in good agreement with the desired surfaces, and swept surface parts with good forming precision can be obtained by CRF process. 相似文献

In metal forming processes, the interface between a workpiece and a tool was occasionally observed directly. However, the rolling interface has almost never been observed because of high-speed roll rotation. To achieve the in situ observation, this paper proposes a novel method where one roll is fixed in the space without rotation, while the other roll revolves around the fixed roll with rotation. With passing the gap between the two rolls, a sheet is rolled. A prototype machine with transparent rolls was fabricated, then the interface in solder rolling was successfully observed from the interior of the fixed roll. 相似文献

Severe vibrations, known as chatter, occur often in both hot and cold rolling of steel. A recent chatter outbreak at the second stand of hot strip mill in Hastings, Australia, prompted an investigation into the causes of chatter by a literature review, the development and deployment of mathematical models, and a rigorous analysis of plant observations. The investigation suggests that the frictional conditions in the roll gap are the principal cause of chatter in this mill, though residual chatter marks on work rolls can occasionally cause it. The frictional conditions appear to be associated with the thickness and properties of oxide formed on rolls. 相似文献
