研究了激光重熔Ni60 20% WC喷涂层的组织和性能,通过对涂层显微组织、硬度、耐磨性等试验的结果分析表明:火焰喷涂后的Ni基WC喷涂层经激光重熔处理后,涂层中有新的硬质相和共晶组织形成,WC均匀地分布在涂层中.涂层中除了包含γ固溶体外,还有WC,W2C,Ni3B,CrB,Cr7C3,Cr23C6,Cr2B,(Fe,Ni)23C6等硬质相和化合物.这些化合物有效地改善了涂层的组织和性能,得到了硬度和耐磨性较好的喷涂层.涂层表面的硬度值可以达到HRC60,涂层截面的显微硬度可以达到800 HV.  相似文献

利用等离子喷涂的方法在45钢基体上喷涂Ni基WC涂层;并研究了涂层的显微组织、硬度、耐磨性。结果表明:涂层组织致密与基体结合良好,喷涂中WC颗粒部分分解形成W2C,同时生成新的硬质相和共晶组织。涂层中包含了W2C、Ni3B、Cr7C3、Cr23C6和(Fe,Ni)23C6等化合物,有效地改善了涂层的性能。  相似文献

采用高频感应熔覆方法在Q235低碳钢基体上制备了不同含量的WC增强Ni60A合金复合涂层.利用SEM和XRD分析了涂层的显微组织和相结构,并进行了耐磨性试验.结果表明,复台涂层中主要由WC、W2C、Cr7C3、Cr23C6、Cr2B、Ni2B、Ni3Si及Ni3Fe等相组成,并与基体实现了冶金结合.在相同试验条件下,涂层的硬度和耐磨性随WC含量的增加而提高,加入WC涂层的相对耐磨性为Ni60A涂层的2-6倍,当WC加入量为50%时涂层的耐磨性最好,为Ni60A涂层的6.5倍.涂层的磨损机制主要为轻微的塑性切削和硬质相的脆性剥落.  相似文献

将不同比例的WC/17Co与Ni60粉末进行混合,并采用氧乙炔火焰喷焊工艺制备了相应的涂层。分别用洛式硬度计和X衍射仪测试了各涂层的硬度和相结构;采用湿砂橡胶轮式磨粒磨损实验机对各涂层的抗磨粒磨损性能进行了测试,采用扫描电镜观察了喷焊粉末形貌和喷焊层的磨损形貌,并进行了能谱分析。结果表明,喷焊层的组织为在γ-Ni固溶体基体上弥散分布着细小的Cr7C3、Cr23C6、Cr2B、CrB2和WC等硬质相。喷焊层的硬度随WC/17Co添加量的增加先增加后减小,当WC的含量为25wt%时,喷焊涂层的硬度最高,相应的抗磨粒磨损性能最好。  相似文献

采用等离子弧喷焊技术,利用后送粉装置在45钢表面制作了WC颗粒增强铁基合金复合涂层,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和能谱仪(EDS)分别对涂层组织结构及成分进行了分析.结果表明,WC颗粒主要分布在涂层顶部,在中部和底部有少量的WC,分布比较均匀;从涂层与基体的熔合区到涂层顶部分别出现了平面晶、胞状晶、树枝晶和等轴晶;涂层表面组织中化合物主要由WC,Fe23B6,Cr23C6,Cr7C3,W2B5,FeW2B2等组成;在喷焊过程中,WC发生了溶解,涂层顶部WC的溶解量比较大;从基体到涂层表面,硬度值基本呈上升趋势,最高达2 218 HV.  相似文献

采用扫描电镜、电子探针、X射线衍射和透射电镜技术分析了氧乙炔火焰喷焊WC增强镍基自熔性合金复合涂层的组织结构,并采用湿砂橡胶轮式磨粒磨损试验机对该涂层与等离子喷涂NiCr/Cr3C2涂层的磨损性能进行了实验比较.结果表明,复合喷焊层内形成了γ-Ni固溶体基体,其中弥散分布着大量细小的碳化物硬质相Cr3C2、B4C、Cr7C3、Cr23C6等.WC颗粒仅在边缘处发生部分溶解,与涂层基体形成了冶金结合,周围生成针状的碳化铬枝晶.该组织决定了喷焊层基体具有较高的硬度,WC增强颗粒与基体之间具有很高的结合强度.复合喷焊层具有很好的耐磨粒磨损性能,其磨损失重量仅为NiCr/Cr3C2涂层的57%.  相似文献

纳米WC增强Ni基合金喷熔层组织结构与抗磨粒磨损特性   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
目的研究纳米WC对Ni基合金喷熔层抗磨粒磨损性能的影响。方法采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析了氧乙炔火焰喷熔Ni基合金层和两种不同结构WC增强Ni基合金喷熔层的微观组织和相结构,并通过磨粒磨损试验平台对三种涂层进行磨损性能测试。结果纳米WC粉末的加入,能有效提高喷熔层的宏观硬度。通过组织分析得出纳米WC增强Ni基喷熔层中除含有γ-(Ni,Cr)固溶体、Cr的碳化物、硼化物以及微米级WC颗粒之外,还含有一定量的纳米WC团聚体和少量高硬度的W_2C相。磨粒磨损实验结果显示,纳米WC增强Ni基喷熔层的磨损失重分别为Ni60和NiWC35涂层失重的56%和73%。对比磨损后涂层的表面微观形貌可知,纳米WC颗粒在涂层中能有效降低磨粒压入喷熔层的深度,从而控制磨粒对喷熔层的犁削量。结论纳米WC增强Ni基合金喷熔层中含有的γ-(Cr,Ni)固溶体、Cr_(23)C_6、Cr_7C_3、Cr_3Ni_2及未熔化的WC颗粒和WC脱碳形成的W_2C等硬质相,使镍基自熔合金涂层的硬度有较大提高,同时也大大提高了涂层的抗磨粒磨损性能。  相似文献

以W6Mo5Cr4V2为基体,采用等离子喷涂-重熔技术和喷焊技术,分别用30%SiC、10%Cr3C2和30%WC粉末制备Ni60-SiC涂层、Ni60-Cr3C2涂层和Ni60-WC涂层.然后对各涂层进行显微组织分析和显微硬度测试,并对涂层的热物性参数进行检测.实验结果表明,采用喷焊的方法,配比为70%Ni60和30%SiC的粉末得到涂层性能最好.从宏观形貌、微观形貌、显微硬度和热物性参数上都满足热锻模表面的使用要求.  相似文献

利用AC-HAVF喷涂技术在水轮机叶片材料0Cr13Ni5Mo不锈钢上制备Ni67、Ni60/WC涂层,对两种涂层的微观组织及冲蚀磨损、空蚀性能进行研究.结果表明:涂层主要由Ni-Fe固溶体以及Cr0.19Fe0.7,Ni0.11,Cr26C3,CrB2等相组成,Ni60/WC涂层中还含有WC、M6C(Ni2 W4C或Fe3W3C)等硬质相;涂层与基体结合很好,两种涂层的孔隙率都很低,具有很高的结合强度和硬度;两种涂层的冲蚀磨损性能优异,磨损失重约为0Cr13Ni5Mo基体的20%,较基体有很大程度的提高,但耐空蚀性能较差,低于基体,耐空蚀性能有待提高.  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward.  相似文献
