在连续式超临界水氧化试验装置中,测量了316不锈 钢和825镍基合金在150℃~450℃分解杀虫剂毒死蜱过程中的腐蚀速度.两种合金的均匀腐蚀 速度随温度升高而增加,825镍基合金的腐蚀速度比316不锈钢的腐蚀速度小,450℃下316不 锈钢和825镍基合金的均匀腐蚀速度分别达143 μm/h和125 μm/h;200℃以上发生孔蚀 ,在较高分解温度下,由于孔蚀和均匀腐蚀的同时进行,形成相互贯穿的敞口蚀坑腐蚀形貌 .热力学分析表明,Fe-Cr-Ni合金在高温氧化性介质中是不稳定的,并且低熔点金属氯化物 的产生也可能是合金在超临界条件下出现高腐蚀速度的原因之一.  相似文献

Investigations on material and corrosion problems for the oxidation of contaminations in supercritical water A selection of stainless steels and special alloys for the oxidation of organic contaminations in aqueous solutions under high pressure and high temperatures (SCWO -- Supercritical Water Oxidation) is shown. A high pressure laboratory plant for representative corrosion studies under real conditions of SCWO (temperatures above 647.35 K, pressure above 22.1 MPa) is described. The corrosion behavior of the selected alloys (X 2 CrNiMo 18 10; × 5 CrNi-Mo 17 12 2; × 5 CrNi 18 10; NiCr 15 Fe; NiMo 16 Cr 16 Ti; NiCr 23 Mo 16 Al) in operation as fittings and reactor material is presented and discussed. Especially the degradation of 4-chlorophenol with oxygen as oxidizing agent shows clearly the difference in corrosion resistance between stainless steels and nickel alloys.  相似文献

The current paper explains the corrosion characteristics of the titanium alloy, IMI-834 in three different environments which simulates acidic, marine and industrial environments at various temperatures. The titanium alloy forms a protective oxide scale under different environmental conditions at lower temperatures. However, they do not form a protective oxide scale at higher temperatures. The corrosion rate in different environments and at different temperatures increases by about five times in acidic and industrial environments when the temperature increases by a factor of 2. While in marine environments, the corrosion rate was found to increase by two times when the temperature increases by two times. The pitting corrosion studies in different environments revealed that the alloy is resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion at lower temperatures but is susceptible at higher temperatures. The corrosion morphologies were correlated and the degradation mechanism that is leading the titanium alloy to fail under various environmental conditions was discussed. Finally, based on the results obtained with different techniques, the alloy was recommended to fabricate components intended to use in a variety of environmental conditions.  相似文献

综述了油井管现状、钛合金组织与力学性能,重点探讨了钛合金作为油井管的耐蚀性能、影响因素与耐蚀机理,并对第一性原理计算在钛合金管材成分设计与界面腐蚀特征中的应用进行了概述。研究发现,钛合金管材具有较强的抗硫化物应力开裂(SSC)性能,在高温高压(HTHP)油气田的工况条件下具有极低的腐蚀速率,对孔蚀、缝隙腐蚀、接触腐蚀以及氢脆等也具有高的抵抗力; Ti-6Al-4V(TC4)合金表面的钝化膜在含H_2S腐蚀环境中更易遭到破坏,其稳定性会因温度变化与其他元素介入而发生变化,抗腐蚀性能也会随之发生改变。  相似文献

Characterization of Cold Spray Titanium Supersonic Jet   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Titanium is widely used in aerospace, highly corrosive environments, and implants due to unique properties such as high strength to weight ratio and excellent corrosion resistance. Cold gas dynamic spray (cold spray) technology, in contrast to current fabrication technologies, has provided the potential for titanium to be utilized in broader industrial applications and at lower cost. Particle velocity is the most important parameter in the cold spray process that leads to successful deposition of titanium at supersonic speeds. In this study, particle image velocimetry (PIV) is utilized to characterize supersonic flow field for a commercially pure (CP) titanium powder. The results represent experimentally determined velocity for titanium particles under supersonic conditions with respect to propellant gas, spray temperature, and stagnation pressure. The high velocity flow region outside of the cold spray nozzle was significantly extended using helium. An increase in stagnation temperature results in a high velocity region close to the axis of the cold spray nozzle. In contrast, an increase in pressure expands the high velocity regions in the cold spray plume. The PIV that is a whole-flow-field process is a practical characterization technique for optimization of parameters and validation of the future models for the cold spray process.  相似文献

综述了钛合金及其他合金在深海极端腐蚀环境下的研究成果,总结了深海环境下腐蚀特征及应力腐蚀开裂、低周疲劳及高压蠕变等主要腐蚀破坏形式,指明上方海水的高静水压造成深海装备等的腐蚀失效和缺陷对于深海空间站等大型装备的安全性等至关重要。深海腐蚀的电极反应受到深海高静水压的影响的与普通水溶液腐蚀大为不同,值得深入研究;另一方面,对近期利用材料计算工程方法对于深海极端环境下腐蚀过程的模拟进行了介绍和总结,并总结了自主研发的专用深海腐蚀模拟装置的发展现状。基于钛合金在深海会发生的应力腐蚀开裂、低周疲劳、高静水压力导致的高压压缩蠕变及相应的电极反应方面研究,提出了我国深海环境下钛合金腐蚀研究的主要问题和未来亟待解决的相关问题。  相似文献

SCWO, sometimes referred to as hydrothermal waste processing, uses the solvating traits of water in its supercritical condition to effectively destroy liquid organic wastes. One major problem in the supercritical water oxidation process is corrosion, because all metallic tubes in the process are exposed to high temperature and high pressure as well as severe corrosive species such as Cl, F, S2−, and O2−. The presence of Cl when the pH of a solution is very low and the solution has excess oxygen causes active corrosion and metal loss by metal-chloride and/or oxychloride formation. This study performed a chromizing treatment on 316 stainless steel and immersion tests in supercritical water. Weight change of chromized steels and untreated steels was measured, and the chemical state and composition of oxide films on 316 stainless steel were investigated. On the basis of SCWO tests using distilled water, the oxide layer was found to be very thin and homogeneous and weight gain was observed regardless of testing temperature, while the chromizing treatment slightly reduced weight gain. In the case of SCWO tests using salt water, weight loss was observed regardless of testing temperature and its corrosion mode was pitting by chloride ion, while chromizing treatment greatly decreased the corrosion rate.  相似文献

深海水环境具有静水压力大、溶氧量低、侵蚀性离子复杂等特点,使得深海水环境具有较强的腐蚀性。目前,钛及钛合金在深海环境下的腐蚀及应力腐蚀行为机理尚不清楚,这对钛合金在深海环境中的应用造成较大的威胁。文中采用电化学方法及U型弯试验研究了工业纯钛TA2在模拟深海环境下的电化学行为及应力腐蚀行为。结果表明,静水压力对TA2均匀腐蚀及阴极析氢反应均有所促进,随着静水压力增大,TA2腐蚀电流密度及析氢电流密度均增加。硫化物的加入一定程度上降低了TA2钝化膜稳定性,并对阴极析氢反应有较为明显的促进。应力腐蚀试验表明深海硫化物作用下TA2具有一定的应力腐蚀敏感性。TA2在深海条件下,虽然SCC以氢致开裂为主,但是由于氧含量与浅海等环境的不同,阳极溶解机制也是TA2在深海条件下SCC开裂的原因。  相似文献
