对Ti_3-Mo-Nb,Ti_3Al-Nb-V,Ti_3Al-Zr-V三个赝三无合金系的实验结果表明,α_2/α_2+β相界遵守电子浓度规律,且合金元素的价电子数由它们的电子结构决定过渡族元素Ti,Zr.V,Mo,Nb的价电子为s+d电子。即N_(Ti)=N_(Zr)=4(s~2d~2),N_v=5(s~2d~3),N_(Nb)=5(s~1d~4),N_(Mo)=6(s~1d~5)、非过渡族元素Al的价电子为s+p电子,即N_(Al)=3(s~2p~1)α_2相的计算模型为N=ΣN_if_i,α_2/α_2+β相界的特征电子浓度值为N_c=ΣN_if_i=3.787.  相似文献

研究了Ti-44.9Al(at.-%)和Ti-44.3Al-3Cr(at.-%)合金的铸态组织及其在热处理过程中的变化。结果表明:Cr增加了Ti-Al合金中TiAl(γ)相的含量,促使Ti3Al(α2)相由片状变成块状;加速了α2+γ片状组织的不连续粗化过程,形成了尺寸较小的新生α2+γ晶。因此,加Cr和1150℃长时热处理是细化α2+γ两相合金铸态粗晶组织的有效途径;Cr促进有序体心立方β2相的  相似文献

研究了TiAl金属间化合物在熔融盐中的热腐蚀行为。TiAl在900℃(Na,K)2SO4中呈现良好的抗热腐蚀行为,形成的腐蚀产物具有分层结构,外层为TiO2与Al2O3的混合氧化物,和二层由致密的Al2O3组成,内层是Ti或Al的硫化物。在Na2SO4+NaCl的混合盐中,TiAl遭受严重的热腐蚀,不能形成保护性的Al2O3层,形成的Al2O3和TiO2混合膜的粘附性差,较易剥落。  相似文献

研究了TiAl金属化合物在熔融碳酸盐中热腐蚀行为,TiAl在650℃(Li,K)2CO3中表现出良好的抗热腐蚀性能,形成的主 物主要由LiAl和Li2TIO3组成,其下层是TiO2和Al2O3,在750℃时腐蚀产物中Li2TiO3的熔化导致明显减重。  相似文献

研究了涂覆单一涂层Y2O3或Al2O3的Ti纤维增强γTiAl基复合材料的界面和性能。动用物理气相沉只法在Ti比例有面涂覆Y2O3或Al2O3涂层后,然后用类似箔叠法制得了Ti-Y2O3/γTiAl和Ti-Al2O3/γ-TiAl复合材料,复合材料的弯曲强度从449MPa提高到562MPa(Ti-Y2O3/γ-TiAl)或573MPa(Ti-Al2O3/γTiAl)而且高于纯Ti纤维增强了TiAl  相似文献

In order to improve the wear resistance of titanium alloy Ti6Al4 V and high temper-ature oxidation resistance of intermetallic compound TiAl, the Double Glow PlasmaSurface Alloying Technique (DG technique) was applied to modify the surface proper-ties ofthese materials. Mo, Nb, Cr, Ni were diffused into the substrate materials toform alloyed layers with different properties. This paper shows the microstructures,microhardnesses, distributions of the alloy elements of the alloyed layers. Wear andhigh temperature oxidation tests were carried out. The test results indicate that thewear resistance of Ti6Al4 V and the high temperature oxidation resistance of TiAl wereimproved significantly.  相似文献

1473K,30MPa,1h的热压条件下烧结了Ti/Ti TiAl/TiAl粉体叠层材料,在烧结过程中,混合层Ti+TiAl内部发生了剧烈的化学反应(Ti+TiAl→AlTi2),该反应波及到相邻的Ti层及TiAl层,因而形成了物相组成渐变的精细梯度结构:Ti/Ti+AlTi2/AlTi2/AlTi2+TiAl/TiAl.使用A176Si10Zn10Cu4质量分数,%)合金钎料在853K,20min的钎焊条件下将该材料的TiAl例与Al进行了连接界面的测试表明,钎焊过程中钎料中的元素Si向TiAl表面扩散,并有Ti-Si化合物生成对反应机理进行了探讨.最终获得的Ti/TiAl/Al系密度梯度材料不仅整体致密,而且其密度治厚度准连续变化  相似文献

研究了溅射Co-30Cr-6Al-0.5Y及Ni-30Cr-6Al-0.5Y涂层对TiAl金属间化合物抗高温氧化性能的影响。结果表明,在900℃-1000℃范围内,CoCrAlY,NiCrAlY涂层表面由于可形成粘附性良好的Al2O3膜。大大改善了TiAl金属间化合物的抗氧化性能。  相似文献
